Hi there  I accidentally opened a word doc from an email in the acrobat app on my iPad  and now any word doc on my iPad will only open in acrobat and not in word so i cannot edit them!!! It's really infuriating and i need to edit documents for class. Can you please let me know how i can fix this i cannot find anything in settings.  I would really appreciate if you could let me know  Thanks 

Hi, I was editing a business plan, I press done when I finished editing a section, then I was looking at papers , when I went back my editing was gone the whole project was gone, when I looked in files every where I only saw the original pdf , can I get it back or is it gone

Dear people of the community, Recently I had some trouble for updating some apps in my devices due to previously had signed in the store using different mail accounts. Then, to solve definetely the issue, I decided to remove some of them for later performing a reinstallation. But, my mistake, I didn’t backup the data stored in one of them, the acrobat reader, so, I ended up losing a huge amount of documents relatively important to me. Hence, finally, my question is if there is a manner in which I could recover the data lost during the removal of that application.  Thanks for your attention and patience. Have a good day.

Quero cancelar a assinatura que foi renovada automaticamente sem eu solicitar. Assinei só por um mês e renovou automaticamente, porém não preciso mais.  Não encontrei opção nenhuma para cancelar no aplicativo.

De la nube de Adobe se me han borrado todos los archivos que tenia hay subidos, sin haber tocado nada, tanto en la computadora, como en el teléfono. Necesito una solución, que puedo hacer al respecto dado q no aparece eb eliminado y si intento buscar el archivo me aparece pero al querer abrirlo me dice que hay un error en el servidor.Hay manera de recuperar los archivos de la nube?

Hello, I have the same problem as other users. I am in my free trial period. Since I paid a small fee to start this period my experience with using Adobe acrobat mobile app was not satisfactory. I wish to terminate my subscription! I red the instructions on your web page but I do not have the option to "manage subscriptions" and I did not go thru a 3rd party app to subscribe to it I dont want to be charged for something I keep trying to cancel  Please take care of it soon, definitely before there is a charge when the free period ends. Thank you! 

Hola, el día 4 de septiembre se realizó cargo automático por renovación mensual no autorizada, *AUN NO VENCÍA mi suscripción, sino hasta hoy 6 de septiembre; y ya está cancelada desde hace 2 dias porque ya no la ocupo de momento. Podrías ayudarme conel reembolso por favor.

When I click to open a pdf document in another app, instead of Adobe opening, random other apps appear in the selection screen after a quick flash image of the Acrobat landing page. I have done everything I know to do set Adobe Acrobat as my default PDF viewer on my android phone which is what I am using. Anyone else ever had this happen and found a solution to fix it?Thanks!! 😊

I have android app for Adobe acrobat. I have a subscription and use app daily to create pdf's for my daughters' school work. Well today, all of a sudden, it doesnt want to work. It will take 20min and say something along the lines of "failed to combine files".. these are not big files and I keep the file names small. These are a few pictures of homework and thats it. A real human to fix the issue would be great.

I need to open my bank statement but adobe pro refuses with message “Read-only PDF This tool is not available because the document is read-only.” I tried exporting but results need too much correction. If bank provide statement in read only, and don't provide spreadsheet, how can account holder access text?

URGENT!I have never subscribed to the standard plan and only to the Adobe Acrobat Premium version but I have cancelled it before the free trial ended. I now had to install the app again after cancelling everything and now when I opened the app it says im still subscribed to premium. I have done this multiple times and I still get charged. I am not going to pay for something that I never bought/subscribed to to "change my plan" as this is all that I have been receiving. My card has also been receiving fraudulent activities and I have cancelled it. Now Adobe won't stop trying to deduct money from my account number and has now put it into a negative state. All I ask for is for Adobe to stop trying to take money from my account and delete my account because I'm not getting the option to do it myself. My so called "subscription" to Adobe is not even showing up on any of my things.
