Acrobat Reader Mobile

It is getting embarrassing how poor a user experience using Acrobat on an iPAD connected to a monitor and external keyboard and input device like a mouse. Acrobat half the time will not recognize mouse clicks, and moving the text cursor with keyboard arrows is a not go, just to mention a few. This is BASIC functionality, and the fact that Acrobat has limitations on such basic usability in unexcussible. 

Good morning Adobe There seems to be a mistake. I have never subscribed to the standard plan and only to the Adobe Acrobat Premium version but I have cancelled it before the free trial ended. I now had to install the app again after cancelling everything and now when I opened the app it says im still subscribed to premium. My card has also been receding fraudulent activities and I have cancelled it.  Kind regardsWelding,D

document doesn't load; it initially said "saving into cloud" and then now it is blank when I open it. It was a document with fillable spaces but now I only see the fillable boxes and not the text?

Hi I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged $14.99 plus tax totaling $15.89 and got subscribed to the monthly adobe acrobat without my intention. I canceled the subscription in less than 3 minutes after realizing I was charged for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service but I did not receive a refund and is stuck in a month subscription against my will . I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks in advance 

I use to edit text from my smartphone but when I open the same file in my laptop, it doesn't work. O have the adobe premium account.

hey adobe. can you please look into my refund request? i haven't gotten my refund yet for my monthly subscription which i cancelled not even an hour after i accidentally purchased it. it has been DAYS since i cancelled my subscription and not even a single penny is transferred back into my wallet. i dont want any of your repeated answers, i want you to actually help me get back my money.

How do i sync my Acrobat files (currently stored in my i-phone  Acrobat apps) onto my Acrobat Account's Cloud Storage?

I use the Adobe Acrobat Reader app on my iPad for study and have always been able to read an article, make highlights and annotations and the markups will save to my OneDrive. However I'm no longer able to save. I can still access the files from OneDrive but get the below message when I leave the PDF. Has something changed as I've never had this issue before?

hi adobe! please hear my plea. i literally cancelled my monthly plan not even an hour later after i accidentally puchased it. no email was sent to me but i have cancelled my subscription in apple pay already. i haven't gotten my refund still. i need my money back for i am just a student.

Dear Adobe Reader Community I have access to edit files and have been deleting some of the text information. I noticed that after closing the file, it has taken more storage space, as if the file is getting bigger, when in fact I am removing data. Why would this happen?

Hello, I am really unsatisfied with what has happened. A week ago I needed to use acrobat on my phone as I was away and had to sign some documents and this was pretty much the only time I used it. I found out that I had to start a subscription to be able to edit the doc but while trying to do it I got an error and thought okay maybe there was an issue with my connection and when I tried to do it again(this is to start the 7 days trial) it was giving my an error saying that I already had purchased this. Now fast forward a week from that time I get a receipt where £53.89 VAT included are gone from my account while acrobat still shows that I don't have a subscription so there was no way for me to cancel and still not and just losing money. Great, now can I please somehow cancel this and please get my money back? I never ended up using the premium feauture anyway as I still have no acess to it, just somehow getting my monety though.

Estou tentando editar um PDF e quando clico na guia editar texto, o Adobe já salva as alterações sem antes mesmo de eu editar.....

I uploaded a PDF to my Adobe Cloud from my laptop and was able to access it via the app on another device. Now I have made edits and changes, but those are not reflected when accessing the file via laptop or the web. It is still in the cloud and should be syncing. How can I solve this issue without losing my edits?

I accidentally logged out, before logging out I noticed the encrypted email address on the account. I purchased the Adobe Premium annual which shows in my subscription but I can't log back in due to the encrypted email address. How do i log back in to my paid subscription through this 3rd party?

Hello, the app offered me a 7 day trial and i wanted to try it. I subscribed but i got charged instead. I immediately unsubscribed. I dont know what happenned. Is there any chance i could get my money back? Thank you very much.
