Hi! Hope you guys can help me "recover" or open an old secure, digitally signed pdf (an official digital transcript). I was able to open it fine when I first received it back in 2015, but couldn't access it at all a few years later - on PC/Mac using the latest (then) Adobe Reader. The pdf has a statement of authenticity with a digital certificate issued by GeoTrust CA, according to the corresponding doc that came with it. I've recently tried opening it again on my Chromebook using the Adobe Acrobat reader app from Google Play and here's the message that popped up when trying to load it: Error Access to this document is restricted by this remote server: lc01.parchment.com, however we are unable to connect to it at this time. Please try to open it again later. If you continue to see this message, check whether your device is supported by the server. Is there any way for me to open this pdf again? It's a bit of hassle to request another copy. Thanks in advanc
Onde pego meu reembolso ?
Adobe has been charging my bank account $29.99 a month for services that I have not been receiving since February. I have contacted both Apple and Adobe customer service but neither one claims to have an active subscription on record. In addition, neither will take responsibility for the continuing charges which are automatically deducted from my account every month. So, not only have they essentially stolen $120.00 from me, but I have no way to cancel the automatic payments from my account, likely resulting in continued charges for a subscription that no one can locate. I am beside myself with frustration and anger with absolutely no support from either company.
I am trying to subscribe to adobe premium so I can combine pdf files but everytime I try to subscribe it says "Your enterprise account does not have permission purchase this feature. Please contact your administrator for access" how do soulve this problem?
I purchased the subscription from Galaxy store and am still a free account. I feel shafted. This is the second time I've had this encounter.

Hi,On 08th May I was trying to activate the free trial of your app. When I was trying to activate, the window appeared as no due charges on 08th May & I will be charged US$ 19.99 on 15th May after free trail ends. (Have proof). But at the same time of activating the free trial, US$ 19.99 was charged from debit card. Being very disappointed I deactivated the subscription on the same day. Then got an email saying that you will refund the charged amount as I deactivated the subscription. (Have proof) Today is 23rd of May, but I still didn't got the refund. It is very sad to your app is making charges in the face of free trial & not refunding it.Please take necessary actions to arrange the refund otherwise I have to note that your app is making fradualent charges.Thank you
I need to contact billing department. Can I get an email address or phone # to contact them with my question. Thanks
I am using Microsoft 365 with SharePoint and Outlook, and I have a corporate account registered for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I also use the Outlook and Acrobat apps on my iPhone.Previously, when I opened a PDF file stored in SharePoint from an email link in the Outlook app and added an e-signature using Acrobat, the file would sync back to SharePoint. However, recently, after adding an e-signature to the PDF and saving it through Acrobat, the changes are not syncing with the original PDF stored in SharePoint. The signed version only saves in the Acrobat app and not on SharePoint.Has there been any change in the functionality or specifications that could explain this issue?
This is a complete nightmare!! Adobe makes signing up so simple, but when it's time to the cancel free trial, there's no info displaying once you follow directions given. You gain access to customers payment info and then dupe them so you can attempt to charge and state the account wasn't canceled in a timely fashion. What type of nonsense is this?.
Merhaba,Adobe Acrobata mobil telefonumdan aboneyim.

The adobe edit feature is unable to edit a pdf. How do I get this functionality for use in the Adobe Premium subscription.
Hi Team, I was subscribing 7 day free trial for abode Acrobat PDF features. I thought it will be a 7 day free trial and after that only amount will be deducted from the account. But when I subscribed immediately the amount was deducted from the account. Then I cancelled my subscription but amount haven't credited back to my account. Could you please do the needful to refund the amount.
In the attached video, I show the bug that occurs when I open a PDF document in Adobe from my iPad Air; both the iPad and the Adobe app are fully up to date. Basically, when I select a portion of text and tap "Highlight" it only shows the color I currently have selected and doesnt display the full range of colors to change it. Instead, it only shows the option to adjust the shade of the currently selected color. Surprisingly, if I minimize the app at that moment, switch to any other app, and then return to Adobe, the color palette does appear. However, once I select a specific color and try highlighting text again, Im back to only being able to adjust the shade of that specific color. I would have to use that same "trick" I discovered (minimize-switch app-return to Adobe) to get the color palette to show up again. On the other hand, if I use the Highlight option from the toolbar on the left, I can change the color BEFORE highlighting any text. However, if I try to change the color
For the last couple of weeks every time I open a file on my ipad through adobe, rather than saving and snycing to onedrive, it just creates recovered files on my ipad internal storage. I tried logging out of one drive and adobe and deleting the apps and re-downloading and signing in. I tried to reset up access to one drive through adobe online. Online the files I edit through the adobe website will sync to one drive. On my ipad they do not and continue to just make recovered files. I even bought a new ipad because of this and I am still having the same issue. Beyond frustrated.
I purchased adobe premium to edit my pdf files, at first it was working great but now when i edit pdf file and try to select the text it isn't working. It's frustrating, please help me out.
As a paying customer of Adobe Acrobat, I’m disappointed to find that the iPad version of the app lacks the ability to add watermarks—a feature I consider essential and expected in a full-service PDF editor. It’s surprising that third-party applications on the App Store offer more advanced and flexible watermarking tools than the official Adobe mobile app. I rely on mobile workflows, and having to switch to a desktop or external apps for a basic feature like watermarking undermines the value of my subscription. Please consider prioritizing this functionality in future updates. Acrobat should meet or exceed the capabilities of its competitors, especially given its premium pricing. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely,Long Time User
Consigo "visualizar" apenas sublinhado. Também consigo "desenhar". Atenciosamente
