Hello,We are having an issue with one of our pdf forms that uses mutliple date fields. When you add the date, it closes then pops back up. It doesnt allow you to do anything. Once it you can get it to scroll, it crashes the app.the app is current for ios, version 25.01.05 anythoughts?

in the previous Adobe Acrobat Reader iOS app I could view the PDF in full by just tapping the PDF now when I tap the PDF the top menu bar is still visible. Is there a way of removing this or is there an app I can download where I can view a PDF in full without any menu bars or tool bars

I have been trying to use the highlighter tool but it does not work, after selecting the tool I am not able to select the text I want to highlight. I am also facing difficulty selecting words or lines in case I want to copy them.

I have been charged for Adobe reader 8,49€ and it's not letting use the app it says subscribe when i have already been charged.I can't restore the payment because it tells me there is no payment, but the money from the card has been deducted.either give me my money back, or activate the subscription I need!

Essa é uma dúvida para o suporte. Utilizo o Adobe pelo iPad. No leitor de PDF, na funcionalidade de "Realçar", uma espécie de marca texto, foi modificada? Quando clico na parte marcada, aparece a opção de adicionar comentário, excluir a marcação ou mudar a cor da marcação, contudo, agora não há a opção de mudar a cor, só a tonalidade. Isso atrasa bastante a dinâmica da leitura se você utiliza a ferramenta de realçar textos com diferentes cores. Entendo que toda atualização vem para somar e melhorar a experiência para o usuário, porém, essa alteração/atualização veio para atrapalhar e piorou a leitura com marcações no PDF. Por favor, retornem com a opção de mudar a cor do texto marcado quando o selecionamos. 

PDFs with 300 to 400 pages on an Android smartphone in the Adobe PDF Reader app. When I open a PDF with AI on my smartphone, the AI chat works, but as soon as I save the PDF, the AI chat stops working. It keeps loading indefinitely, and after 10 minutes, an error message appears telling me to try again. 

I have a few Problems with the Google Card because Microsoft, not credited ...

It seems nobody actually wants to refund you for an auto subscription that i thought that i cancelled and i still got charged for it. If i talk with google they send me to you guys and you guys send me to them. In the end everyone is avoiding to solve the issue to get an refund for an product that i never used even if on your website shows you will be refunded within 14 days.   efundedd within the 14 days. 

On Android, I can use Adobe Reader without problems to fill PDF forms on a Cloud Device, e.g. Dropbox. On Close, these are written back to Dropbox. I can also connect to my local network via SMB and open a PDF file, but on Open it is always written to the Download folder and after editing saved back to that folder. How can I automatically open from and save back to SMB?

I was charged 12k TL on the turkish website as a renewal fee. However I cannot find any trace of my plan. I want to cancel it but I cannot 

I'm currently unable to fill out my documents in PDF as I had done so before. I've check through the document settings and it only shows page layouts. Such as continuous pages, single pages etc.

Highlights section is not work properly. If i am selecting any sentences for highlights but not select properly text and not highlighted in right way

Cannot open files offline or in flight mode

Links between two independent files, in order to navigate from one to the other (e.g. between the table of contents and the topics of an article) created with Acrobat Pro on a Mac work perfectly, while they do not work at all if the same files are opened in iPad with Acrobat Reader. Is this right, or am I missing a step? Thank you.

I purchased the AI subscription in December via the Google play store but I have not been able to access it. When I try restore the purchase it says there is an active subscription for account null which I don't understand because I made the purchase for the premium features in the same way and those are working just fine. I've tried signing out and back in a suggested but this hasn't worked. Reinstalling also hasn't worked. The play store said to contact the developer. Adobe customer service said the funds from Google need to reflect first.Please fix or please refund me.
