I’ve been unable to access Acrobat online for a few days now but can access my other products fine. I’ve tried both Edge and Chrome browser but there is no difference, is the online version down?
I'm trying to split pdfs into separate pages using the supposedly "free" adobe acrobat pdf splitter tool. I was able to do it with one file, which required me to log in. I used to have an Adobe subscription but no longer do because it was a waste of a LOT of money & I never really learned much with the different programs. Every help thing or search engine thing I find claims the splitter tool is free for use in a browser. But after I did the first one, every time I try to do the next one it tries to make me sign up for a subscription & doesn't let me get to the actual tool to split the document. Adobe is simply not worth the money for me as I am not really a designer & as far as I know they started doing a lot of unethical things that screw over their customers/creatives. Just trying to use the free version of Canva for the moment. What am I missing? Adobe's own help articles claim that the splitter is free to use. I'll look into finding another free splitter but this is dr
How do I disable cloud storage in the admin console? If it's not currently possible to disable it in the admin console, Acrobat should inform us when this feature will be reinstated. On the other hand, pls. provide the uploading url of the cloud document and let me block it directly in the firewall. This problem has existed for several years, but Acrobat has not taken any action. It is very funny indeed.

I have googled the issue and tried every suggestion, and yes, I went into Preferences>email accounts> and unchecked always send files as a link.I have changed my registry.I have made sure my settings in outlook are correct, and the Acrobat cloud add in Outlook is disabled.Any ideas?Thanks,Clutter-bug
I am not sure how this portfolio setting suddenly appeared when I attempt to combine multiple pdf files into one. The combine files process before was fast and easy. HELP me understand how to use this portfolio setting.
I want to convert pdf to word. But I get error message cannot convert due to exceeding storage limit but I have virtually no files in my document cloud storage
I am hoping someone can help me. I'm assisting a professor with research. I'm finding articles on newspapers.com and clipping them, or savings them as PDFs. Some of these start one one page and then "jump" to another. What she needs is this: She'd like a download of the actual clippings and additionally, combine the PDFs into one article. Also is it possible to select the entire text transcription and copy/paste into a text file, and send that to her? Doing both allows her to make an html version of the article and provide a pdf of the real thing for download.I’m sorry if these are very elementary questions but I don’t work with Acrobat very much at all. Thank you!
I cancelled my account on 11/05/2026 and had an email to confirm this but a payment has been taken from my PayPal account today. I want a refund

I have created a MS Word Document with Bookmarks.Tried to convert to PDF using Adobe PDF Services online. It converts the document but shows the Markup changes that MS word tracks. I've done everything possible to "hide markup" and "Turn off" Track Changes, but still the PDF conversion includes the "formatting"Any ideas?

I'm using the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 64-bit. Several of my coworkers have the "Enable cloud-based auto tagging for accessibility" checkbox available to them at Menu --> Preferences --> Accessibility, but I don't have that option. There's just... nothing there (see red box in graphic). Any ideas on how I can get the checkbox to appear as an option for me?
Hi,Even after disabling all "Document Cloud" feature for Acrobat Pro DC via Adobe Customization Wizard DC, I'm still able to see this "Adobe Document Cloud For MS Outlook add-in" in Outlook. Can you please tell is it disabled or not? or Is it expected to be there even after it is disabled? If not, how can I disable this add-in via Customization Wizard?

I have Adobe PDF Pack. My package ends in March 2019. Yesterday (Aug 22) I downloaded a pdf and began to fill out the form. I saved it so I could continue today. When I opened it today, I am no longer able to fill out the form. What happened? Worked fine yesterday. Today, I'm locked out.
I receive PDF files on a daily basis from many different people, and never have an issue opening them. However, one of the contacts I regularly get emails from, has PDF files that I cannot open. The following dialog pops up when I attempt to open it: "Adobe Acrobat reader could not open '[filename].pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."I contacted the sender and made them aware of our problem. They said they send similar files to all their other contacts in the same manner and no one else has a problem with opening them. I have my acrobat reader up to date with the latest version, and my account is active. I have no idea why I cannot open the file. I did, however, try to right click on the file on the email, and it doesn't give me an option to "open with...", only to "save as..." which saves as a webpage. What is the issue here? And how can I fix it?
I have a desktop app and trying to convert pdf to excel but I’m getting a message “More tool components are being installed. We’ll let you know when you can use the tool” What do I do?

Hi!Our company has been experiencing a strange bug for some time now. Some users of Adobe Acrobat Pro use the online version(https://acrobat.adobe.com/), but recently nothing works in it anymore. The buttons don’t respond, and it’s impossible to edit files. I’ve checked this with different users, on different computers, networks, and using various browsers, but every time it’s the same — nothing works.
I password protect all of my sensitive and financial PDF documents. The downloaded PDF Chase Bank statements are already password protected and can't be modified. To get around this, I print the docs using "Microsoft Print to PDF" option. The new generated doc allows me to a add my password.
How do I update or change a PDF in the Document Cloud without having to create a new Shared Link? I have an existing document in the Adobe Document Cloud. The shared link has been sent to many users. Can I edit the document so the end users see the changes without having to send a new link, if so how is this done? Thanks!
