When I use a certain email for the 2nd signer Adobe requests that user signs in. I don't want to have to sign in. I ensured that in Security Settings the option requiring signers to sign in is unchecked. Please login as an authorized signer in order to view and sign this document. Could this be because the signer email address has an Adobe Sign account? Surely this shouldn't matter. This is completely unuseable at the moment. I have spent a long time writing a Flow that uses Adobe Sign in Power Automate.
Bonjour, J'aimerais savoir si il est possible de préparer plusieurs documents à la signature et les envoyer en 1 seul envoi au lieu de les envoyer individuel. Le tout est d'éviter de surcharger les boites courriels déjà bien pleines 🙂
Hi there,I'm having an issue when sending my document for electronic signature to another part to sign. I go to "send for signatures" , and then "prepare the form" , I drag the appropriate boxes to the fields that I need them to fill in , then i send it to the email address of the person I need to sign it. - no problems here. However, the signature of the other person always comes back and it is not in the signature box where I need it, sometimes the signature is 12 pages away from where I placed the signature box. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DCCan someone please tell me what I seem to be doing wrong ?
Why can't I resize the Signature Block option like I can the Signature option in Adobe E-Sign? The Signature Block covers up required information on court forms, which is a problem. I like the fact that the Signature Block provides the Name, Date, and Email address of the signer but given the size of the box, it is mostly useless to me. I note that if I send a document to a client to sign outside of our company, their signature will automatically include the date and time they signed. I want this function for all signatures.
Description:We’ve integrated Adobe Sign into our application using the available REST APIs and OAuth 2.0 for authentication. While the integration mostly works, we’re encountering an issue with the login behavior during the OAuth flow.Issue Details:When the Adobe Sign login dialog opens (triggered via the OAuth authorization URL), the user is presented with the standard login screen. However, upon clicking "Sign In" on the first screen:Instead of returning the authorization code or access token and redirecting back to the requesting app's redirect URI (as expected in OAuth 2.0 flow),The user is taken to their Adobe account page (https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login), and the dialog remains open. This breaks the intended OAuth flow. Ideally, once authentication is successful:The login dialog should close, andThe requesting application should receive the authorization code/token via the redirect URI.Expected Behavior:After successful login, Adobe should redirect to the configured red
Hello all. I create templates that get sent out to clients for them to sign certain documents. Recently, the documents' signature lines are randomly moved to a different section of the forms, instead of the lines on each form where the boxes were placed when the template was created. How can I stop this from happening? Why is it happening?
Hello all, I've run into a problem where I require a recipient's name be populated on a document, but the form shows complete once they sign and the name field is left blank. Any suggestions or feedback is appreciated!
We have change request forms we submit to the board members on a weekly basis. I would like to use an email template with all the define users/roles populated in order, drop in the document and push send. I have not seen how to do this or whether it even exists. I have tried to send an email with multiple documents to sign but the resulting PDF in one locked document rather than the multiples defeats our purpose to house each CR seperately.
How can I dynamically display or not display a section in my word document template. My current markup in the template is... {{!IF(account:billingCity = "Calgary", account:billingCity, "")}}but that doesnt seem to work. I am using Adobe Sign Templates for Salesforce.
I need to have an employee sign the documents as well as HR under "Send in Bulk" in classic view. How do I add HR's signature?
I'm trying to send agreements using the v6 API and I'm successfully creating a draft agreement and then updating it to 'in process.' My problem is that none of the signers are receiving emails with the agreement to sign, which makes the whole thing pretty worthless. Is there any way to make that happen?
Hello Adobe Community,I have several Adobesign webforms originally created in 2023 and 2024 that contain larger text boxes (for research descriptions) using the Multiline feature, with the font set to Auto. I have made small updates to the forms over time, like tweaking drop-downs and adding color to text, etc. Overall, the forms have been working perfectly. However, today and one other time earlier this year, it seems those large text boxes stop working. Today's issue was the text not showing up once the form was sent to the next signer. Earlier it was the font size stuck on 400 pt and not minimizing. In both cases, I went in and changed from auto font to either 10 or 12 pt, but why would I have to do this? What causes this? Updates? Thanks in advance for any help or tips!
I have a document that I need to sign but when I click on the email link, it takes me to the log in page and when I try and login I get error message that my free trial has ended and to subscribe. I should not need a subscription to sign a document a paid subscriber send me.
I'm also having the same issue with my web forms. It shows as a multi-line when users fill it out, but when once it is submitted, all text is displayed on a single line in font way to small to read. I've tried different font sizing and different fonts (Times New Roman is not an option).
Is it possible to remove the verbiage overall? As in, do not list the verbiage, "Attached is the final agreement between"
Hello everyone. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro plan and I want to use Webhooks when signing forms to send POST requests to my website for accounting purposes. Can I do this on my plan or do I need to upgrade to another one?
There are only two options for the Reminder Frequency when creating an Adobe Sign Template from Power Automate. But using the portal has 6 options. To use these options create a Compose action and enter one of the values below:DAILY_UNTIL_SIGNEDWEEKDAILY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_OTHER_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_THIRD_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_FIFTH_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDWEEKLY_UNTIL_SIGNED Then choose custom value in the Reminder Frequency field and reference the Compose action.
This is what I get when I click on the PDF:Document retention policy appliedThis agreement has been deleted, but transaction meta data is still available
I need to create a web form (with the intent on using the web form link in a templated email) that has the ability to have either 1 signature or 2 signatures, depending on whether the signer is married or not. When I create a web form and add a second participant, it asks me to enter the email address for the second participant.Creating a web form seems a bit pointless if I have to be the one to add email addresses and send for each use case. I want clients to be able to click on the hyperlink in the templated email that I send, and complete the document. What is the solution to this?
When I log into Adobe Esign and go to manage, I want to view in classic view. I do NOT like the enhanced. Prevoiusly, I could change it back but that option is no longer there. Please contact me to assist.
Anyone having issues with Adobe Sign, specifically email deliverability? It seems to have started this morning, instead of the usual sender address header as adobesign@adobesign.com, it was spoofing the sender's address so it would come from username@company.com instead. This meant our anti-spoof policy was rejecting these Adobe Sign signature emails - I have since created a rule to accept spoof emails from the adobesign.com and echosign.com domains but users are still not getting emails delivered - they're not even appearing in our email system, its as if they were never sent (looking at Adobe activity page in one of the e-sign agreements, I can see that the email to some of our users gets bounced.) Again this only started happening from this morning - UK time.
Good Day We had an issue causing adobe sign mails being blocked on our mail servers, the issue has been resolved however we beleve our domain has been blocked due to too many failed attempts on the adobe mail server. Can i please be put in contact with one of the AD/Messaging engineers to have this resolved
