Adobe Scan

I wasn't having an issue yesterday. Today I open the app and they're all gone. It's as if I've never used the app before. I checked acrobat.adobe.com and nothing is there either, only a few files from a couple years ago. None of my files that I've uploaded over the past year.

Hello, I am using Adobe Scan on my iPhone. I scanned very important documents, but they are no longer showing in the app. My Adobe Cloud storage shows 0% used, even though I never logged out of this account and have used only this one. A similar issue happened earlier but was resolved after an update. This time, I cannot see my scans anywhere, and they are extremely important. Can you please check my account and help me recover my missing scans?I followed all instructions but still can't find anything. I haven't even logged out from my phone so the account it correct as well.

I can't see any documents when I installed adobe scan into a new device with same login. I also uninstalled from previous phone and now entire document storage is lost

Buenas tardes, quiero cancelar mi suscripción y no me da la opción de hacerlo; ¿cuándo es la ruta para cancelarlo? La ruta de suscripción que presentan, no me funciona porque no me da la opción de cancelar Adobe. Muchas gracias 

Hi, I've been using Adobe Scan for a short time. However, I am more than surprised that the scns are not stored on the mobile phone, but are obviously uploaded to an unspecified cloud, from where they then (more than cumbersome) have to be downloaded again.This procedure is completely incomprehensible to me. Is it possible to turn it off and save all documents only on the device?If not, what happens to the documents, which may also contain sensitive and personal data? Are they stored at Adobe? Will they be deleted at some point?I am very grateful for information about this...Best regards, Lorenz.

I signed in for seven days free trail in Adobe scan app . I cancelled the subscription within 7 hrs , But i was charged 890 rupees please help me for refund it's a humble request 

Hi, I have a blue tooth remote and have been trying to use it help me capture when scanning documents.  I'm working on an iPhone 16, and for some reason it is changing the volume settings.  I have turned off the settings that allow you to change the volume with the side button, restarted the phone and app - nothing is fixing it.  I tried the remote in adobe photoshop and it captures.  What is going on? 

Does Adobe Scan have api integration and is it free?

When accessing Adobe Scan files through the Files app in iOS on an up-to-date iPhone 15, I consistently get the error "couldn't communicate with a helper application" when trying to download the drive offline (clicking cloud with arrow button). The Drive shows an error state at all times. I have tried reinstalling the app and turning the Adobe Scan drive off and back on again in the files app, which did not change anything. I would like a refund. I didn't even use it. I signed up for the 7 days trial but I was charged immediately. I would like a refund 

Dear Adobe Support Team, I mistakenly subscribed to Adobe services by clicking on the Autopay option. Initially, ₹2 was deducted as a verification amount, and today ₹6,200 has been charged from my account. I have already canceled my subscription and kindly request a refund of the deducted amount. Please let me know if you require any further details to process this request.  

Hello, I have more than enough storage on my device and I am signed into the correct Adobe scan account but my files are missing all of a sudden. I was in the process of scanning a document and then the wheel began spinning in the middle of the screen saying loading files for several minutes but none of my files appeared. I also signed in and out, deleted the app and downloaded again but the same thing happens where the loading files circle continues to spin and nothing else happens. It looks as if I never scanned any documents. Is there a technical issue with the Adobe scan app right now?

Howdy,when trying to "share a copy" of a scanned PDF, after I select email/outlook and try to enter an email address in the "to" field, the window always closes and I have to select "email" and do this again and again until it finally works after 5-10 attempts 

Since July 13th all my new scans on Adobe Scan (iPhone, free version) were not uploading.  They all said Uploading with the rotating progress circle never stopping.  Now after updating iOS I started Adobe Scan and it has asked for my login again.  I logged in and there are no documents after July 13th.  I did not have the save to photos option checked.  I don't see these pdf's anywhere else on my phone's files.  How can I get all of them back, help!?

Today I subscribed to Adobe Scan which was showing a 7-day free trial with ₹2 verification charge. But i was charged ₹890 for the annual subscription without completing the trial period.I have already requested a refund from Google Play, but I want Adobe to review this case as it clearly seems like a mischarge. it is like a scam is not it?Please help me get my refund processed at the earliest.

Hi, i think i created a new account last month but today it disappeared. Just one scan i did in that one. I cant remember the email address so is there any solution to see that document via icloud or any other system? Thanks

I just spent 8 hours going through & scanning years worth of receipts for taxes -- To find that now when I try try to use the app again -- It continues to be "loading" and remains "loading". All of a sudden my folders with various scanned pdfs are no where to be seen. WTF. I have been paying Adobe pro for years now. And this is the first time I have used this feature part of the package. I have tried deleting the app. Resetting my phone. Updating my iPhones software. It is stuck.

Help, all my scan have disappeared out of no where and I even tried reinstalling the app on both ios and android devices. Unfortunately, I was unable to get those scans.
