Purchased the app for 1 year only four days before. Whenever i save the file after modification, getting the error as "Adobe scan quite unexpectedly"Couldn't able to proceed further. Kindly resolve the issue if not pls refund my amount.Attaching the screenshot  Thanks 

I have been an Adobe Scan user for a couple of years and love it! Today I am no longer able to email myself the scans. I have an iPhone.i rebooted the phone with no luck. Looked for app updates and there are none. Deleted and reinstalled the app and still no luck. Any suggestions???

Hello, I accidentally uninstalled Acrobat Reader from my Android Samsung Ultra S24 Phone & got my heart stopped for a minute when I just realized it !!! I cudnt see any of my saved documents !! I cannot imagine runn8ng around to get all those back from all those departments in India!!! It's very important. I don't even remember how many, what titles etc., Moreover, I am not fluent in these apps, computers etc., Someone taught me basics & I was following to use it !!  PLEASE.... CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ? PLEASE.....

I have been trying to download my folder with 700+ documents unto my desktop but it just gives me an error message saying that the folder may have been removed and cannot be downloaded but it clearly isn't since it's still on my scan folder. Image provided below, has anyone have a solution to this?

**UPDATE: It works now. To my knowledge, I did nothing different. I had a spare moment and decided to try yet again and was successful. It is working fine now.** I downloaded Adobe Scan earlier this week but cannot get it to email anything I scan. I have tried to share a link, send a copy, and email directly. I have turned my phone on and off and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have looked at other posts on this topic in the community and still can't make it work. iPhone 6siOS 13.3Adobe Scan Version 19.11.12 What can I do? Thanks.

I have been using Adobe Scan on iOS for the past 3–4 years and upgraded to premium today.1. All my 40+ scans from 2020–2025 (until yesterday) have disappeared.2. My storage has not increased (it keeps showing a notification: “Hold on tight… we are increasing your storage. Check in a few minutes” for the past couple of hours).3. The Restore Subscription button is not working.I have tried logging into my account on other devices, but the issue persists. Can someone help me recover my lost files?

Attempting to scan a book (side-by-side) via mobile phone.   Works fine until accessed on the laptop for editing.   On the laptop (cloud), the 30 page file has been duplicated, pages are out of sequence in some places and upside down.   When attempting to edit (delete dupes, right-side photos, etc.) it performs the function but then I get an error message when trying to save the revised file.   Can anyone comment on what to do?

Today I used Adobe Scan on the iPhone to scan artwork that was too large to fit in my scanner. The scan came out well but I could not upload my file to Adobe Cloud. I finally gave up and sucessfully sent the file to DropBox. I'm still waiting for Adobe Scan to upload the file. There is nothing in my Adobe Scan folder more recent than 2023.It was impossible to rename the file or to exit loops to offering to scan more pages. Adobe Scan's imaging performance is excellent but the app hampered by a bad interface. As an Adobe CC subscriber, I wish that Scan functioned even minimally better within the Adobe ecosytem.

I have a subscription but now to use scan it's asking for another "premium" subscription.It says I don't have one but it got payment in February.

I changed more phone.I continue to use same account.The documents that were stored on earlier phone are not available on new phone.How can I retrieve the old documents ?

Like others here on the forum I've lost all the scanned documents I had scanned with theAdobe Scan app. They where store on the Adobe Cloud which now is completely empty.  What happened? Are you not suppose to trust you firmware? // Very disappointed 

Files in adobe storage missing between July 24 to sep 24 pls help to retrieve 

I searched the forum and saw lots of related questions, but I didn't find any solution. All my files in the document cloud disappeared and I could not see anything, no recent files, no scans. I can log into https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/, but nothing shows in the "Your Documents" tab. Moreover, the lower left corner showed 0 GB of 0 GB usedNaN% On my old Android phone, I can see all my files as thumbnails but I cannot download any them. 

Hi I noticed all my scans disappeared from the Adobe scan app. All but my latest scan which was a couple days ago. I can't find them anywhere . How do I restore the scans?  Aren't they saved somewhere ?
