Photoshop 24 .2  0Bridge Version 13.0.2.636OS Ventura 13.2.1Computer Apple iMac M1, 24 inch 2021 When selecting files in Bridge to open in Camera Raw/Photoshop the thumbnails are missing.  I can move mouse cursor over where the thumbnails should be and they will show as long as the cursor is over it.  I can only select all the files to open by using Select All command.   In the past, before the latest version, the thumbnails were shown.

Installed 13.0.3.630 beta on Windows 10 Pro. First run, said yes to import previous settings, got a blank dialog box (shown below) then crashes with crash log generated. Uninstalled, reinstalled, declined import of previous settings. Bridge beta just hangs with no crash logs generated. i'm having several problems with bridges taht crashes many times a dayit started with the last update at the beginnin of marchthat's impossible to work.that's a shame they relased a version without testing.running - not running - with mac os big sur

I just updated Bridge, finding two issues (really appreciate that previews aren't continuing to flicker after loading in this update). First, star ratings in full screen don't show up correctly even through they register. For instance if I rate an image 1 star nothing seems to happen, or the star quickly flickers on and disappears. If I back up one frame and then go forward again the star is there. Makes it hard to be confident the ratings are taking hold. It's possible this issue goes away once the folder cache has finished building. Second, if I'm viewing a filtered number of selects and change the settings to show a wider edit (for instance previewing 3 star rated images and then changing the filter to show 1+ star images) the selected frame goes back to earliest images in the folder. Using version 13.0.2.636 I have content tabs spread across two displays. I noticed recently that spacebar-full screen preview would'nt load the image, going full screen, but remaining blank. On a hunch, I closed the content tabs on the secondary display. Full screen worked again. I reopened those content tabs. Full screen stopped working. I moved all the content tabs to the primary display. Full screen worked again.  I didn't have to choose between using both displays and having full screen previews before. It's not the only workflow-killer to crop up in recent versions of Bridge, but this one doesn't seem deliberate so perhaps there's a chance to plead for it to behave as before.

Ik gebruik een USB 2.0-kaartlezer om mijn foto's naar mijn Imac-computer te uploaden. Sinds ik de nieuwe versie van Bridge 13.02 heb geinstalleerd herkent de computer de Card Reader niet meer. Wie weet de oplossing.  

My keywords .txt file doesn't import properly in Bridge 2023. The same text file imports correctly in Bridge 2022. In Bridge 2023, only 4 lines of 359 lines in the keywords list gets imported. Running Mac OS 12.6. 

the page-up and page-down keys are not working since the update to Bridge 2023.

I have a problem with Bridge. (Win 10 and Bridge i have at the last update).When i close bridge, all at windows freeze. I must restart notebook. It is not for all time. But when i use Bridge for long time, it is always. When I kill Bridge process, than is all ok. I have disabled comprimation after close.

Since "upgrading) to 13.0.2 all I get on my desktop computer is the Bridge menu bar and a small dialog box without in the centre of the screen with the word Bridge and an OK button. Doesn't respond! I can't seem to interupt the boot with Ctrl Alt Shift as suggested in some "fixes". Is there a way of clearing all caches / preferences etc from Windows (if it is likely to help)? Creative Cloud isn't offering me the option of rolling back to an earlier version! Also downloaded and tried the latest Beta version with exactly the same problem. On a similar spec laptop 13.0.2  seems to work OK. Thanks

I use "Browse in Adobe Bridge 2023" feature a lot. Now I get "Maximum tabs opened" error message all the time. I don't want to try and remember to close the tabs, because I absolutely don't need them. How can I get rid off these tabs altogether?

Even with the latest update: 13.02.626, the Grid Lock option from the View menu, still does not work. When Grid Lock works properly it contrains viewable preview thumnails to their borders when scrolling; but that's still not happening.

My Bridge is showing previews with incorrect colors. Images look washed out and dull. When I activate Software Rendering and restart it`s working fine. But why is it like that? I know this is a known issue... any version where this is finally solved? 

The screen has 2560*1440 at native resolution. Interface scaling, if relevant, is at medium position.

I have gotten to the point where Bridge can access and see the folders on my external drive by giving permission in Privacy, Files and Folders BUT there is a red circle and a negitive sign through each folder not allowing me to open them.  Can someone please help me with this problem.

Hello, I am having issues with the map down keywords out of Bynder DAM System on the original download. While working in Bynder, if the keywords are edited, the map down should reflect this when downloading the original out of Bynder DAM System. When I go to read the keywords in Bridge there is a cut-off happening in the keywords. When I open up the asset using exiftool I think the original map down for the original is reading line. (IPTC) keywords line - the keywords are showing exactly where the keywords are cutting off at wild just like this line of code. I think the derivates map down are reading line(XMP) subject as they are not getting cut off and corrected just like this line of code. But Bynder support thinks that it is an Adobe Bridge issue and wanted me to send in a support ticket. If anyone has any insight on this I would be very interested to hear it. 

I normally rename by photo files in Bridge using "tools".  Yesterday, I renamed 26 files and unlike previously it renamed those 26 files and created duplicates of these files.  So I brought them into camera raw and deleted the duplicates -- camera raw deleted all 52 files.  Luckily, I had these images on the SD card so I was able to reload.  I have used this process for years - why has it changed.  I checked to see if there was an update that I missed -- all was updated.  Help me figure how to rename files without getting duplicates; and if I get the duplicates, how to delete the extra files without losing all the files.

This might help if anyone has had similar problems.I was routinely looking at the spinning wheel of doom when trying to swap between any folders in Bridge and often had to force stop the program.I had Bridge installed on C drive, but had my cache location on D drive as it needed space not available on C.This week I moved the cache from D to C (same as the program) and instantly all the "not responding" messages have stopped and I can use Bridge as I want to. This was also an issue in Bridge 2022, but it was magnified when I updated to 2023.Hope this is of use to someone as it has frustrated me for ages 

So annoying. I call up the File Info dialog and load a template. As soon as I load the template, the description input box gets huge, and I have to drag to shrink it down, or scroll. I want it always to be 3-4 liines worth, but it expands every time. Any way to stop this?

    Like nothing at all in certain folders . While does work in other folders. I couldn't figure out a pattern. It started not in current version but actually at some point before. I tried "show items from sub folders" and it doesn't change a thing.    Crl +F had been best and only feature I always used Bridge for and now it turns useless. If somebody could tell that old version where it worked just fine and where to download it I would be greatly appreciative

When I open the latest version of Bridge, I cannot open the Files menu or any other selection from the menu bar. I cannot close Bridge with the Close button. There is also a blank area at the top of the screen, and when I click on it, it seems to click through to the desktop.  I tried to reset preferences using CTRL-ALT-SHIFT but Bridge did not respond to this. I uninstalled and reverted to previous versions until I got one that worked, which is Bridge 12. Any help appreciated.

I am seeing within the App: “Get Photos from: <None Detected>. and “No Device Found”.It previously worked reliably in 2022.Now when I attach an SD card reader to my Macbook Pro, 15-inch, 2019, the Photo Downloader app immediately opens, but it fails to recognise the device.Following this error:-I have tried alternative card readers.I have re-installed the latest version of Bridge (vers 13.0.2.636). and I also tried an earlier version.I have rebooted the MACbook and reset the NVRAM running on the latest macOS Ventura 13.2If I run the same Photo Downloader version on my older MacBook Pro which now only works on the Monterey Operating System, the App works correctly, recognising the same SD card.Does anyone have any ideas about what corrects this problem? 

In this new version of Bridge, the folders in my selected drive wont load so I can't view photos within a folder on that drive. I just get a spinning wheel.
