Had no problems till yesterday. Today as usual when I opened Adobe expresss app to create new content. Both media and favourites are not loading up. Is Adobe facing any technical difficulties?

The alignment option is missing from the Express app. I have updated my iOS and also the Express app. Still it is missing. I have version 29.1.0 for my app. 

Hi,  Adobe Express' background removal doesn't deliver transparent pngs - and has yet to be fixed. Any news?

When uploading a video into any Express project, the quality is degraded significantly. Colors are extremely blown out, contrast is extreme and the general quality is just blurry and poor.

This app is so buggy for me. It just remains on the loading page whenever I try to start making a poster and the generative AI brush doesn't brush....

The manage subscription link is broken in Adobe Express. I cannot cancel the Multilingual add-on because this link is busted. The loading icon just hangs. I've tried this on multiple browsers.

Express is not able to be freely resized in iPadOS 26. Please fix!

I've been experiencing a lot of freezing and issues with refreshing my Adobe Platform. It takes a very long time to refresh and it freezes all the time and stuff doesn't appear as It should. I'm also missing a page in one of my Projects file I need to determine how to retrieve it or what happened. It just disappeared. This is not the first time the first time I thought perhaps I might have accidentally deleted one of my animation projects, but I'm certain that that project disappeared as well as this one it just disappeared. One day it was there and the next day without even interacting with the project. It was not no longer there.

I am create reels for social media and have create one made up of several still images (I do this alot) but this time when I download the MP4 file all of the images have been roated to the incorrect orientation in the video. When I view and work on my file all the images are up the correct way, I can also download single JPEG/PNG from the file and they are the correct orientation - what is going on here? how can I fix?

Hello-- I've been trying to connect an Instagram (professional) account to scheduler but nothing has been working. Its only displaying my main IG account when I see the connection options.  

Animations behave differently 'Auto play' Vs 'play on click' depending on your presentation being viewed in Full sdcreen Present mode Vs the View-Only link in fullscreen.This is irritating.

Will not load any options or menu items so cannot work on any of my projects. Loads options for a new project then says unable to connect even though its 2 feet from a wifi6 router so can't even start a new project. Work's fine on my old phone which has neither latest android or express update. What do we pay for? Adrian

Dear Sir, I have been facing an issue with Adobe Express installation or web siteWhen I went to the site.It pop's out with an error of "something's is missing... your system isn't supported"then I clicked more option for details message.The system requirement it shows that windows 10 or udpate version and memory of 4 GB. I was surprised to see that I meet all the requirement.But I failed to install or browse it.Please help me with this situation and contact me as soon as possible.Thank You

Hallo zusammen,kann mir bitte jemand helfen?Mein Sohn hat ein Video in Adobe Express bearbeitet, aber beim erneuten Öffnen war leider nicht mehr die aktuelle Version vorhanden. Es fehlen ganze Szenen, außerdem sind Töne und die Hintergrundmusik verschwunden.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die zuletzt bearbeitete bzw. aktuellste Version wiederherzustellen?Über Tipps oder Erfahrungen wäre ich sehr dankbar!Viele Grüße

I have recently been experiencing issues/bugs with abobe express, when I am removing parts of the image wi the the ai remove tool I'm most of the results work great but it's making the whole image really pixelated and a bit blurry while some results the image is normal.Also, when I try to discard edits the app freezes see screenshot, I then have to force quit the app.im using iPhone 16, I have tried deleting app and reinstalling it to no avail.  

Yesterday I had access to my Premium Adobe Express. Today, Adobe has reduced my to the Free version!  What the fudge!  Anyone else have this issue - I need my account access restored ASAP!

Recently used the Remove object feature and noticed that while the credits were deducted, the output quality was unfortunately not usable. The AI left visible patches and distortions, which didn’t meet the quality I expected.Since credits are deducted even if the result isn’t satisfactory, it feels discouraging to try again.

We are having an issue where the text in all our graphics in Adobe Express is stuck loading while in the web browser. This is happening on multiple laptops, but it is working on the mobile app. 

Hi there  This is the second time this has happened.I open Adobe Express to create content and suddenly my Brand are no longer there. Entirely empty. Kindly explain and also recover my world please.  Thank you. 

I have the September 2025 release of Adobe Express on an iPad (iOS 18.6.2)I need to change the font size of a string of text but only one digit of the font size is displayed.   This just appeared with the latest version. See attached image 

I have tried disabling pop ups, signing out and in, going through each file, etc. 

I hit the crop button and the grid comes up but not only am I not able to pull and move the grid in a free crop mode, the crop never applies, there is no done button or apply button or anything? Also, the premium version has no Magic Wand?? Seriously? Why drop such a fantastic and necessary tool, you have a zillion other capabilities now, why drop something so fundamental and helpful? And if you do get rid of it, why not give me some manualk capability with a lasso? I am incredibly unimpressed and will not be subscribing and definitely not recommending.
