HELLO, MY ADOBE EXPRESS IS NOT LOADING ON MY WINDOWS COMPUTER, OR MY OS TABLET OR MY ADRIOD PHONE. I'VE TRIED ON MY COMPUTER WITH WIFI, MY TABLET THAT USES CELLULAR DATA AND MY PHONE. IT WILL NOT LOAD UP ON ANYTHING. I WENT TO THE CHAT AND TRIED RESTARTING THE APP, RESTARTING THE COMPUTER, CLEAR CACHE "BROWSING DATA" WHICH WAS EVERYTHING IT TOLD ME TO DO. I AM ALSO UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH A REP. IS THERE AN OUTAGE OR WHAT? WHAT IS GOING ON?
I've never had trouble with this App, but all day, today, it will not load photo searches, or it will load a few then go blank. And, it will not download. It gives a blank box. Have done all the usual things -- look for update (none found), restart app (several times to no avail), restart phone (numerous times, still nothing). Anyone have any ideas? This has been such a great App and tool, and I pay for Premium to avoid unnecessary issues. Getting a little frustrated. I was using the app and all of a sudden it will no longer load. I was using it for work so if this bug could be fixed quickly that would be great!
Everything I've saved won't load unfortunately. I have saved templates I use for social media daily, hopefully this is fixed soon.
Have been having issues with the app crashing after ever once to two edits i would make. Not nothing will load at all so I'm unable to finish my project.

I spent an hour working on an image and I can't download it. It froze at 90%. When I closed out the project it shows a blank page. I tried downloading from the content page but I end up with blank page in my photo app! Help! EDIT(2025/09/06): Ok, the problem fixed itself. Apparently it was something on Adobe's end. Found out through their subreddit page. I didn't know they had a system status page
My files are always there when I sign in. Keep getting error to try again Screen shot attached Cleared history and cache -Tried different browserchanged password Need to access to work Cannot access adobe express my stuff for hours
The app will not let me save or download, templates are not loading. Fix your app. I'm paying for something that doesn't work and you will lose a customer if this not fixed by AM tomorrow. Not putting up with this, there are lots of apps out there.
As of Sept 5 10:36pm adobe express is not working and is unusable. Please fix this issue as I use this run my small business online and website posts.
I have Adobe Express through work and a personal subscription. I can get into my work account just fine, but when I log into my personal account my files aren't there and I get the message:"Something went wrong - Please refresh Adobe Express." I have refreshed it, closed the browser, and restarted my computer and am still having this problem. I have a major project I need to finish tonight and would appreciate some support! My previous chat did not resolve the issue.
Extremely urgent and important for me to be able gain access back to my files and project. I have almost completed my big project of the year and it must be finished by Monday. I have 100's of hours in this project. The program froze mid typing and would not restore. I closed it out and restarted it only to find that an error code replaced my prject telling me to return to hompage and try again or restart program. I did both several times and nothing is working. Need this sorted out and fixed ASAP. It will be unacceptable to lose my work.

Hello Adobe Support,I’ve been using the Animate from Audio tool in Adobe Express successfully in the past. However, after clearing my browser cache and history, the tool no longer loads. None of my files are loading. Tried on every device, cleared cache, tried 3 different browsers.I have the new mac book pro and tried it through safari and chrome. Also tried it through my microsoft laptop using microsoft edge. Also tried my IOS iphone 16 Pro through the app and nothing is loading.
I'm using Safari Version 18.3, on Mac OS Sequoia 15.3. I use express daily, nothing has changed on my end. I am able to get the home page to load but once I select the option to create a new graphic, or even pull up a previous one, it just stays in the "get everything ready" mode. Nothing ever loads. When I am on the home page, it shows I am logged in, and my previous work at the bottom, etc, everything looks good, but once I try to work on content, everything goes blank with log in.
Is anyone able to help me access the Adobe Express scheduling tool? I have a premium membership through my work, and when I try to access the scheduling tool, I either get booted back to the main Express page, which doesn't have a share option, or I get the error "Can't access document". It happens on both the web browser and desktop app versions.
I’ve been facing a Dynamic Text Layout bug in Adobe Express on iPhone for over a year. I tested on 3 different iPhones, reinstalled the app many times, even reset my phone, but the issue persists. It worked fine before, then one day it started and never stopped. Since then, Adobe has released many updates and new features, but this major bug is still not fixed—so it seems to be an Adobe Express issue, not my device. The bug:• After adjusting line spacing in Dynamic Layout, resizing the text box resets the spacing back to default.• Touching the spacing control restores it, but then the text shrinks.• Every resize repeats the problem, making consistent layouts impossible.
The duration function is not working while creating my videos. I have to do it manually it takes a lot of time. Please help.
How do I solve this? How do I even start over? This requires too much work of cut and paste and duplicate and crop! Oh my! What do I do now?
