Desde navegador hasta la aplicacion de ADOBE EXPRESS intento descargar video de proyecto y no me deja, ya borre cache de navegador y no me deja descargar video aun. Agradeceria su apoyo.

My issue is that the scheduler isn't saving the link after I add it to my pin. It shows as saved, but once I exit and return, the link is gone. I've tried repeating the process several times, and the link is always missing, although the image and description remains. I've tested it on Chrome, Firefox, and the iPhone app, and the result is the same. I've tested several different links to see if it's a formatting issue but it hasn't resolved. I've had to cancel all my upcoming scheduled pins.

My file does not download from Adobe Express. When I try to download it in PDF format, it keeps loading at 90%. My file has 31 pages, and I would like to download it as a single PDF file, but it is still stuck at 90% loading. Even when I try to download each page individually, only three pages can be downloaded in PDF format.I also tried clearing the cache and changing the browser, but it still does not work.Please help me fix this issue. Hi, I’m facing an issue in the Adobe Express iOS app while trying to animate characters. I keep getting the following error message:Oops! Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page. I tried refreshing the app multiple times, but the error still persists. Is anyone else experiencing this problem on the iOS app? Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

The punctuation on the different fonts isn't working in my adobe express. It's showing the same types of quotation marks no matter what font I use.

The primary issue I'm having is that the "Your Stuff" menu seems not to be working, and is not loading my files.Pertinently, I think one of the reasons responsible for the lagging response of the "Your Stuff" menu is that the menu is overloaded.For instance, I simply wanted to delete the file I was currently working on but could not find any trash can /delete icon and to make things worst I couldn't access "Your stuff".I think for optimal performance and best user experience, you may need to decongest the "Your Stuff" menu and include trash can or delete icon on the top toolstrip bar and also include "delete current file" under the File menu option.

Audio files not playing in Express, 

As you can see in the image, the text has a shadow, while I never selected that. This has happened a few times before. Manually adding shadow and then removing that shadow luckily fixes the problem, but it is still a bit annoying. I'm using the iOs app on iPad Air 5, with the latest software update.

I noticed, at first, that one of my pieces of text only saves the first line and deletes the rest. Which wasn't too bad, since it was only three lines in total and contained only a few words... but every time I add them back and refresh the page, the same issue happens, and I still only have the first line. And then I decided to go through the rest of my document to see if it was happening elsewhere (and that would have been even more horrendous, since the rest of the pages contain paragraphs and more complicated stuff)... and that exact issue, thankfully, wasn't happening. But, instead, it straight up deleted certain pieces of text: some titles I had for certain pages. It's really odd, and idk why it's doing this.The worst part is I can't even get them back since Adobe Express isn't even registering that it's doing deleting them, so I can't get even get a previous version of my files (because it's happening to two that I've opened... I haven't checked with any more, since I don't want

Every day this program works differently. Nothing is ever works well more than a one off. No consistancy.   From randomly adding signatures on random areas of page (then not seeing it until I sent for all parties, then have to re do and re send all over again..), to now this garbage "adobe express" adding random text, changing addresses, and removeing signatures from the orginial doc...(I only brought doc to express, as regular adobe would not let me fill simple form without completly editing it), which I completly filled out, then looked up at page one to see all this rabdom info...????    [Abuse removed by moderator]

Every time I try to zoom via pinching the trackpag on my macbook in the safari browser, the website crashes with this message:A problem repeatedly occurred with"https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:e6c4c4fb-d671-55a8-ab8b-fb348cf9ed1d?category=elements&tab=shapes"

I'd like to understand why the schedule feature ins't showing on my account. On Share button I can connect to social media, share posts, drafts, etc. But when I go back to Adobre Express home and click on Schedule the calendar calendar quick opens (image below), then it sudden redirects to Adobe Express home. So I cant access and manage the calendar.  Does anyone has any answer other than "Calendar doesnt work on Enterprise account" or "Try to log out" or "Try a different browser"? Its a shame if we can't use this feature.

I've had a issue since using adobe express with the crop tool.whenever I'm moving things around it will show up and a lot of times will crop things I don't want cropped!its extremely frustrating I'm trying to drag something and it pops up I x out of it and it crops whatever it was on anyway!it isn't selected I'm nowhere near close to said "crop tool" but it insists I crop things I don't want cropped I guess.as a man of very little patience and high blood pressure I'm sure that these glitchy things will eventually be the death of me and you can explain it to my children it's because you couldn't get it right.

Hi, I have posted about this already but have no solution. I am creating templates in my Stuff  and then I 'share' the template with restrictions like layers locked etc to a brand folder for others to use (but not mess them up). But when I go back to the file in my stuff  it has also become a locked template stating 'the author that created this template has restricted it' but the aithor is me!! It means I have no way of making any adjustments to the files I have created if needed and I often do as things do change as we all know. This is a huge issue for me as I had built a library of files that have templates created from then but they are locked on boths side, in my stuff and in the shared brand folder. Where is this going wrongStep 1 - I create a new file and add all my assets to itStep 2 - I lock elements and layers and allow restricted editing to text and imagesStep 3 - I hit the share button and push it to templates with restrictions like  "don't al

   

I'm having an issue with editing text within a file. Everytime I try to edit any aspect of the text box, including line spacing, paragraph spacing, changing fonts, or even adding a new paragraph within the text field or trying to paste in text from another place, the text turns invisible. The text box is still there, but I can no longer edit it unless I use keyboard commands to select all, delete the invisible text, and type brand new text. After retyping the text, it will disappear again once I try to resume editing aspects of it. I even tried deleting the old text box and adding a new one, and the issue persists. I can edit the text a bit more when I use a standard font, but when I switch to a premium font any attempt to change anything about the text box causes the text to turn invisible. The text box is not grouped with any other layers or elements, and the opacity is 100%. Hi there, Since my laptop had an update many of the Adobe programms have crashes or other issues, I am using the latests ones. For example many times while working on a project in Premiere Pro, it crashes out of the blue. When using Camera RAW-filter he gives an error and tells me that "the GPU has detected a memory error. Due to a runtme error, GPU acceleration has been reset to Limited for the remainder of the session" and when using Adobe Express I have to turn my graphic acceleration off to use it without crashing. So I think there is an issue after the update with my GPU but I don't know what. Can somebody help? Hallo!Beim Teilen neuer Beiträge für Facebook und Instagram erhalte ich immer wieder mal die Meldung "Tut uns leid, beim Lizenzieren deiner Stock-Assets ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in einigen Minuten erneut.". Wenn ich es nach ein paar Minuten wieder versuche geht es meist immer noch nicht. Da muss ich dann schon bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Wo liegt hier das Problem?

When I add an image, I can add effects such as drop shadow. When I add a video, most of these effects are not available anymore (like drop shadow). But when I replace an image with a video, the effect is still there, but not editable.

All of my images I used to create my designs are missing in my files. These are photo images I took, used Lightroom to edit, then published and uploaded to Adobe Express. Now, all I get are broken images with my text. I run a business. This is ridicoulous. Yes, I've logged in and out. Yes, I've tried New and Old Express. And yes, I even worked for Adobe.   

I have many express files with branding assets, e.g. an image background. When I replace the image in the branding folder, it updates some files with this image, but not all of them, which is very unpredictable and annoying.

Hate this app and the fact that you no longer can use the webpage, the app is slow and is not user friendly AT ALL.

Hello Community, I'm having a big issue with Adobe Express. No matter what audio track I put in from Tunktank or Soundstripe (I have a subscription to them) has 2 areas in the music that has static noises over the music: 10) about 16 sec in and 2) around 22 sec in, on a 38 sec reel. Needless to say that is VERY annoying and I do not know how to resolve the issue. I tried different songs, I logged out and back in, and nothing is working. This just started today and all my reels were fine before. Any help will be greatly appreciated! I've attached the reel, so you can hear it for yourselves. Thanks!
