When I go to search a font (One of the fonts that I've uploaded) it doesn't find it. I'm seeing so many bugs with Express (Spark) recently, I've used it for years but starting to get frustrated.

Publish / share pane when working with Webpages moves out of access on Microsoft Edge (doesnt happen in Chrome). Has only happened recently, can you please fix asap. 

This is happening to me both on the android app (latest version) and through chrome on windows. I went to choose a colour from one of my brands in a project and it just kept spinning. No ability to choose a brand. Going to my brands page it prompts me to create a brand. I have 2 brands, both with various assests saved in them which have now gone, right at the point where I had them working perfectly for me. I have not deleted them. I now can't work without them or if I do it would be very slow pulling up my brand boards to manually input colour codes, refind the fonts I even have custom fonts uploaded to one brand )which are thankfully still in the uploaded fonts list)I cannot update the app any, reloading doesn't help neither does refreshing the webpage.

Instagram now allows up to 20 pictures but posting throgh Adobe express only allows 10 pictures??!!Not good! Please fix this!!!

Hi,1) I noticed today that QR codes can only be downloaded as PNG, even if I select ‘SVG download’. I guess it's a bug?2) What bothers me even more is that the codes only open the links redirected via an Adobe link. Why is that?Thx!

Hi all - currently running Windows 10 using MS Edge - have not tried Chrome yet but honestly would rather not as I am trying to consolidate platform usage (less context switching).Are the recent AE updates causing lag for things like doing a simple drag the corner of an icon to make it the same length as the dimensions of the asset/workspace?I can barely place an icon and make it the pixel length I require it.Images, Design Assets and photos are all fine, shapes are ok to manipulate but take at least 30 secs before they appear in the workspace following being clicked.Thanks, - Slowing down my work day

not able to download or upload the video file i have edited.

I was using your free version to make YouTube thumbnails. I logged in this morning and had lost much of the ability to edit text and, more importantly, images. I upgraded to the paid version, and that didn't solve it. It looks like I no longer have the ability to replace your stock image with a picture I took to create YouTube thumbnails, and that is a major downgrade. I can still upload the photo I want to use, but it puts it on top of the old photo in a weirdly blocky way. It is also much harder to duplicate the perfectly good thumbnails and simply insert the new picture on the existing format. I am disappointed in your changes.

I keep trying to download my video as an MP4 and all I get is thisI've tried every kind of troubleshooting mentioned in this forum (deleting cache/cookies, using a different browser, using incognito mode, deleting parts of the video to see what the issue could be. I've even tried just pulling a template and trying to download that without editing anything and I still get this message.) I am hoping for a fix for this so I can start downloading my projects. Help! The only animated thing I was able to download successfully is an animated character voiced with a background--but as soon as I try to drop that into a project, I get the error.

I couldn't download PDF from Adobe Express - the error window with "network unstable" appears, however I could download PNG with no issues.I've tried to save several times, but the result is the same.

VERY poor result. Elements missing, transparent background not respected properly. It's unusable. Very disappointed. Using latest version of Adobe CC.Windows 11 

While completing exports of 1-page infographics for my design client, I noticed that several pages exported without errors but omitted all live pie charts and bar charts from the page. The ONLY solution I found was to export the document as a flattened PNG which is not what I want to do, due to the reduced resolution of the document intended for print. This is strange, as these pages have been through multiple exports and rounds of revision, and have not changed significantly over the course of many weeks. They are only giving me trouble today. This is creating significant headaches for my workflow, as this is a government client with many revisions requested (minute changes to text and placement). Whatever error exists within the original document is "sticky" and carrying over to workaround documents I have created in an attempt to circumvent the error.  This error is specific to charts and graphs. Trying to use the tint option to tint images in Adobe express app on android phone. When I click on the image and select FX -> Tint, nothing appears. It was working a few days ago. I've restarted the app, reinstalled, tried it on a different file. All the other FX options work fine. Please help! 

I used the Erase feature with the BRUSH, and the object was isolated without showing the background! Why was the background removed? People need to see the background so they know what to erase. Putting the object on a white background makes erasing parts of an image nearly impossible!This error must be an April Fools' joke. Please tell me it's a joke.  

Hi! When I ask Adobe Express for iPhone to generate an image, it generates something that look like an standing A4, with some white pillars at the sides. If I download or resizes the image, the white pilars are still there.

clicking on "new" for any social media channel yields the error "Couldn't create additional channel. Please try again later." There are no channels at all. This would be my first channel.

Hello, I designed a business card with Adobe Express but when I want  to download it in any PDF format provided by Adobe Express, the main logo gets resized, being smaller than in the actual design. This error is not present when I export the design as a .png file.Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks! best regards Benjamin

I have been working on a template for a business and I opened up the document this morning to continue editing and all the media, text and layers show to be "locked in a group". I have researched I've tried to unlock, but have been unsuccessful. I had no locks on this before, why is it locked now and how do I unlock it?

The ipad is now forced to use Adobe Express in Landscape which has completely destroyed the user experience. I have been using Adobe Express for ages (in portrait as my only method of working) and now, I can't change orientation and no longer find the ipad functional for work.  

My adobe express libraries won't update . ( adding items im photoshop ) I have quit, restarted , shutdown everything multiple times over a few days and can't get it working - also tried creating a new library HELP ! thank you in advance 

The feb 05 file is now displaying a graphic from another file of mine that I worked on from march 05. The feb 05 file still states it was lasted edited of feb 05 which is when my orginal work (now lost) was done. The graphic that is now in that file did not exist at that time since I made it on march 5th when I added into another file.My orginal work which is a wedding program card that I need to get printed today is now lost and overwritten by your system. I did check the file version history to see if the overwrite was logged there but it wasnt and history past 30 days is not saved.I assumed the cloud backed software would save my work if I hadnt come back to it in 1.5 months for when I needed to access it but no, now I have to remake my program card 2 weeks out from my wedding. Im using desktop web from a Macrepro by going to my files and seeing the feb 05 fileexpected result: see my wedding program, actual result: see white Illustrations of a surfboard on a white background&nb
