Hello,This is a rather odd one... just started happening with 25.5 on Windows 11 Pro. I shoot on a Sony XDCam, so I end up with MXF media. Playing back the media it plays back random parts at what seems like double speed just on a normal "play" command. It will play in this glitched format on either the player or record side of things, so it makes it seem like the media is corrupt or something, however upon export everything in the exported file plays out fine. Needless to say it makes for an interesting editing experience though. As far as I can tell it is just MXF media that seems to be impacted. Although now that I think about it one of our MOV feeds from our central server had what sounded like bad audio when I was trying to edit an incoming feed, so now I'm wondering if there are several audio playback issues within 25.5?

While working on a 4K sequence in Adobe Premiere Pro, the entire sequence suddenly appeared zoomed in.No effects were applied, the Scale value in the Effect Controls panel remained at 100, and the sequence settings (resolution, aspect ratio) did not change. UK English Spell check not finding mispelt words with Z in place of S. "Recognize" should be "Recognise" for example. Pretty basic stuff.

I was unable to download premiere rpo when my mac was in its old OS version (cannot remember exactly which one), so the app store advised me to update my software. After the update to MacOS Tahoe Version 26.0.1, I am still unable to download premiere pro... help! 

it was working before but since 3 days i have this problem in esential sound ,if i search more just want to browse music or sfx there is nothing in the result, even i tried to search for sfxs not showing.i already reinstalled still same.i dont have adobe stock membership, and i even filtered it to free but still having same issue ,please help. thank ou for reading.using latest premiere pro adobe cc.windows 11

I have been having trouble with the LUTs I've exported from Lumetri Color in Premier Pro 2025. After searching forums and being frustrated by not being able to export a LUT that would then work within the Modify/Color/Input LUT Dropdown menu like I have always done many times before, I thought I'd try something different. I went back to Premier Pro 2024, imported the exact same footage and color corrected it, exported a .cube file. Then returned to Premier Pro 2025 added the LUT to my Modify/Color/Input LUT dropdown menu and this .cube file works just fine. Clearly there is a bug with exporting LUTs from Lumetri Color in Premier Pro 2025. Cube files exported form Permier Pro 2025, overexposed each shot extremely. This is not the case when using a .cube file exported for Pemier Pro 2024. Please fix this bug.Thank you

After updating to Premiere Pro 2025 version 25.3.84, I can no longer open or delete sequences that I created and saved with a custom name (custom sequences).Only the default system sequences still work as expected.But when I create a new sequence, give it a name, and save it — I cannot open it afterward, and I also can't delete it.This issue started right after the latest update.My system configuration:OS: Windows 11 ProCPU: Intel Core i9-9900KRAM: 32 GBGPU: MSI RTX 2060 SuperProject drive: Lexar NM620 2TB NVMe SSDPremiere Pro version: 25.3.84Please let me know if this is a known bug or if there’s any workaround. After publishing a sequence Premiere enters into the Resolve Conflicts which then goes into hundreds of sluggish Update Items mode (showing more than 300 items).Since it takes so much long time, I always end up cancelling the items updates to be able to go back to work which is what should be causing the sync issues.Is there any workaround this issue (without having to cope with hours of items updates?)

I’d like to share feedback regarding a functionality change in Premiere Pro 2025 that has significantly impacted my workflow.In the current version, I noticed that when I copy the volume level of an audio clip (e.g., -11dB) using the right-click menu on the volume effect and selecting "Copy," and then paste it with Ctrl+V onto other clips, the program now creates a new volume effect instead of simply adjusting the volume of the target clip. This results in compounded volume levels, as shown in the example below:  The target clip’s original volume is set to -5dB.I copy the -11dB volume from another clip.When I paste it, Premiere adds a new -11dB effect to the clip, resulting in a combined volume of -16dB. In previous versions (up until 2024), pasting the volume level onto other clips replaced the existing volume value with the copied one, which was more intuitive and efficient. I mute and lock all the other tracks.Then, when I decide to delete all the pauses at once by lifting, there are large sections of pauses still in place.The expectation is that when clicking delete all, it selects all the pauses and deletes all the pauses.When I did this, it only partially deleted all of the pauses on that track. Now it doesn't even detect the pauses that it didn't delete.How is this acceptable?As seen on the timeline

Premiere is crashing whenever i try to close the app, it doesn't matter the project i have open, big or small it always gets stuck and i have to force quit it everytime.even trying to avoid the problem by closing the project first then the app, it still gets stuck.im on a macbook pro 16-inch, Nov 2024 , M4 Pro, 24gb ram , sequoia 15.6.1, i was one 25.5 when i faced the problem, then tried downgrading to 25.4.1 to no avail.i reset media cache, app preferences, restarted my mac, nothing solved it.i'd attach the dmp file from my recent crash for more info, but it isn't supported.

Tried it on 2 computers. When UA 1176 is used in the track mixer, I'm not able to render a Clip with audio.turn audio off worked, render to a file sequence worked.Crashed when export Media from Premiere as well as export via Media Encoder.Took me a long time to nail that sucker down!Leave the 1176 in, but turn it off and do compression via the build in "dynamics" renders worked without problems.The funny thing is, the plugin does, who it should during editing, but render, it won't! bestMichael

Hello!When working on the latest version of Premiere Pro I have massive performance problems. Hardware accelleration is activated in the preference as well as in the export window but editing or exporting is practically impossible becuase it is terribly slow.I am on a Mac Studio M1.Thanks,Bernhard

Premiere Pro Preference setting files corrupting quickly I'm finding myself having to delete & reset my preferences multiple times a day because various functions stop working at random (such as the marker and text windows stop showing their respective contents; other function buttons such as go to next edit point stop working etc), resetting my system preferences resolves these issues, but I'm resetting my preference up to five times a day. The main project that I'm editing is a productions project, with edits in one project, and source clips as multicams in other projects (source media is separated by day). We are seeing some issues with keyboard shortcuts not working in CEP panels in Premiere 25.4 (and 25.4.1) on Mac. It works on older versions e.g. 25.3.For example, the usual copy-paste shortcuts like Command-C and Command-V do not work anymore in any text field used in a CEP panel. Command-X still works for cutting, it seems. If a sequence is open, the left/right arrow keys do not work anymore in any text field in a CEP panel. They seem to be captured by the sequence window and result in frame stepping. This makes it quite difficult for regular users of CEP panels who are used to those keys.Easily reproducible by installing a CEP panel like Vimeo from the Creative Cloud app.   Version info:Premiere 25.4, Premiere 25.4.1 (Build 3)Macbook ProApple M4Sequoia 15.5 

Hey, I recently switched from DaVinci Resolve to Premiere Pro. At first, when I edited and exported videos, it only took around 5–10 minutes. But after a few days, exporting the same type of videos now takes 40–60 minutes. There are no heavy effects — just text and simple graphics. I also use After Effects quite often, and even with heavy effects or 3D edits, exports take much less time. Please help me fix this issue.

 Hi everyone, I’mhaving a strange and frustrating issue with Premiere Pro 25.5.I shoot on a Sony A7 IV in 4K 50 fps, and I’m editing in a 25 fps sequence to create 50% slow motion.Everything should be smooth — and the exported footage looks perfect — but the preview playback is extremely choppy.  My system:CPU: Ryzen 7 5700XGPU: RTX 4070 (with CUDA enabled)RAM: 32 GBSSD: 1 TB NVMeOS: Windows 11Playback resolution: ¼My workflow:Original clips: 4K 50 fps (H.264 10-bit)Proxies: ProRes Proxy 960×540, container QuickTime, “Match Source (frame rate)”Sequence: 25 fpsNo effects, no LUTs, no titles — just the raw proxy clip slowed to 50 % The issue: Playback is choppy only in the preview window, even at ¼ resolution.As soon as I render the selection, playback becomes perfectly smooth.Exported video is smooth as well.If I disable proxies, playback is also smooth (but i cant work without proxy because my pc will lag)  What I’ve already tried:Re-created the

I own a M1 Max 4TO 64gb Ram...a beast! After the latest update of PR 25.5 the software is totally not working properly. I've been using it since 2007! And I always defended the software as being very stable, and i've worked with many heavy plugins in the past and present. Simple bug is the playback in Full resolution, timeline 4k with Sony s-log 4.2.0 rushes and the timeline is loosing a big amount of frames very impressive, even if i remove the high resolution preview and lower it to 1/2 it till have hard time sometimes. I even did not apply any color correction, nothing at all! Many other issues, where it freezes for no reason, and without having a heavy work to really heating my laptop, the older version was perfect...waiting the new update hopefuly to have it fixed! My colleague do not have this issue so i guess it's unlikely to me. 

I love the remix tool, however it often happens that whenever I open the file back up the program does not apply the same remixing properties to the chopped audio. I almost never get the mix I want immediately, so I mostly chop the pieces I need from the remix and then move them around. Problem is that when I open the PR file again they are offline or unlinked. Hi, I have the latest Pr 25.5.0 on Windows 11.Everytime I open any project file, Pr starts "relinking the media files" again, and it takes ages...My assets are on very fast external SSD's, also my Cache designated SSD is fast and external.I've been working this way since a year now and it was blazing fast.But now it all stopped, I think with the newest Pr version.No idea what happened... Jan

It's hard to find someone that doesn't love the new subtitle editing layer. Okay, not that new anymore, but an amazing upgrade! I just want to say I really appreciate your efforts before I bring out my issue. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but it seems like some editing tools don't work on the subtitle layer. The one I'd like to use the most is "Extend next/previous edit to playhead". I use this a lot while editing to avoid using the mouse, and it would be great to be able to use it in the subtitles layer as well. "Select a clip at playhead" could also be useful. "Go to previous/next edit point", the arrow keys, would also be good. I would expect them to work the same as in the V layers. I'd deactivate all my V layers, activate the C and would hope for them to work just on what's active. But really being able to extend the trim back and forth quickly with the keyboard would be amazing! I am using Premiere Pro 2025 on a home built PC (photo attached for specs)I use an Adjustment Layer with VR Digital glitch for a short transition between elements on my timeline. While I have been able to successfully apply it to some transitions, beyond a certain point it has been blacking out the program monitor to the point where I cannot continue editing and have to restart. Can't determine if that's a bug or something that completely makes sense (yeah right.lol)When I double click on a search bin for it to open in a panel (in place, separately or new window)Some options of right clicking a file are greyed out.
