I received a redeption code from Nvidi Geforce Experience for 1 month free creative cloud subscription. It says I have to enter the code here: https://redeem.adobe.com/? But the one I received does not have enough character to be activated. Am I doing something wrong? Screenshot from Geforce Experience attached below.
I think it is important to have notifications turned on for Adobe Creative Cloud. I want to know when an app has an update, or someone has made a comment on Behance. What I DON'T want to know - in a notification - is tips about app features.I find this to be not only distracting, but incredibly annoying. People of Adobe: PLEASE STOP ABUSING THE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM!
Lately, I noticed that my display does not shut off, e.g., when I lock the screen (<Windows> + L). "powercfg /energy" shows The program has made a request to prevent the display from automatically entering a low-power mode.Requesting Process\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe I stopped the "Adobe Creative Cloud", and everything is back to normal. But, the question is why is it doing this.
I have "adobe creative cloud apps all"in the application, there is a list of apps that you can open or installbut don't seem to have the option to install Acrobat PDF editor app add-in does not even appear as an install or open option It was an option on my previous laptop. When I bring up adobe cloud web version you do have the option, the online adobe seems to open up. The desktop version which does not have the acrobatoption which should be included in Adobe creative cloud. Not sure what is causing this or is something being blocked.
Is this typical or expected with M1 Pro and Creative Cloud? I'm not running anything except up-to-date macOS w/ default apps + Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps up to date). Would going back to Intel help? These are hard system crashes, not simple app closures - so its a real productivity killer. Thanks in advance for all your help!
You've managed to mess it up again Adobe. If I allow creative cloud to load and run in the system tray, it will prevent my Windows 11 screen saver from activating after 3 mins of inactivity ... this is a big deal for OLED monitor users (i.e. most professionals). When exit CC (no longer running in my systray), my screen saver activates correctly after 3 mins of inactivity. So CC is clearly doing something that prevents screen saver activation ... what sort of behind the users back tasks are you running Adobe? Rob
Creative cloud desktop file syncing is preventing PC to go sleep. After I pause it , all is fineI have latest version, it worked before opgrade
I'm running into this issue where the CC desktop app just cycles the message, Loading Creative Cloud. Eventually, I get blue messages telling me it's taking unusually long to load which is followed by a popup that gives me options to QUIT or REPAIR. The REPAIR option just downloads the CC desktop app and then the process restarts. I have tried uninstalling the CC desktop app. Nothing changes. I was going to try uninstalling each app individually. I'm also going to look at going back a few days on my Time Machine backup to see if that changes anything but I wanted to save that as a last resort.
Hi!Is there any way to prevent launching the Creative Cloud Desktop app everytime I start Photoshop? Is the only program I use, but the Creative Cloud App kill my notebook and I have to open the Task Manager, shutting down the App, Helper processes and so on to even start working on Photoshop Already deactivate the preferences on Creative Cloud App to prevent launching in Start and the other option too, but it keeps happening This happen to me every day and its frustrating Thanks
Hello,I found a fix for this from Adobe. They say to download the file DL224.zip and extract it into the proper folder, but it does not say where to download this file. There is no link to it. Where can I get this? Here is the page that discusses this issue:High CPU usage due to CEPHtmlEngine Thank you.
/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/ACC/Creative Cloud.app AND /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/Utils/Creative Cloud Desktop App.app and for what are these 2 applications responsible for?

After the last update of CC it now takes an extremely long time to start or it does not start at all and tells me to retry or re-boot.
Enterprise admins would benefit from a method to trigger application installation from the command line. Ideally this would include the ability to install a particular version. Example: ccda -install PHSP 21.0.0 Options for removing previous versions would be beneficial as well.
As a deployment admin, i would like to give the ability to 80% of my users to deploy creative cloud in a self-service manner for all products, except for certain products (Premiere Pro, AfterFX, ...) because they cannot be updated because of extensions dependencies. As a result, we could create and deploy an unique package containing "creative cloud + premiere + afterfx" and hide premiere+afterfx from catalog. today, it is not supported to deploy creative cloud in self service, and a packaged application on the same computer.
In current default of “Remove old versions” is ON at Enable auto-update, and Update all dialog. They should be OFF on default to avoid accidental uninstall. Users really need to keep old versions till finish each projects. If you lost it during your project, it is really serious problem.
Really, we need the ability to throttle the amount of bandwidth this software uses. All updates and downloads consume the entire pipe.
CC needs to bring back this selective file sync, which is standard on all other cloud-based file services. This becomes a huge problem now that the files of an entire account (up to 100GB) will by default be downloaded to each system you sign in to and there appears to no longer be a way to only sync selective folders.
I love the new look and wider area of the home screen, but the app icons seem to be locked in a default order. I'd like be able to drag and order as I please, but another option would be to automatically sort by last used.
I shouldn't have to waste more data (I have a limited plan and I'm a teacher) to be able to uninstall this software! Please fix this!
The Creative Cloud App doesn't display any download size for software updates. Download size is critical for someone like me who sometimes relies on their cellphone's Internet Data Plan, which have a fixed maximum amount of data per month. Every serious software application manager program out there shows the size of their updates, at least during download. The fact that we even need to ask for such a basic feature is astonishing... Please address this ASAP.
Considering how much of an uproar the newly expanded "Creative Cloud Desktop" app UI has caused, I have a suggestion that I believe would satisfy both those who do like it and those who don't. Disclaimer: this are simply my opinion, I'm not presuming to know what every thinks, likes or wants.. But from my *interpretation* of the complaints I've read so far, mixed in with my own preferences, I believe this will be a good plan. In a nutshell, my suggestion is to keep "Creative Cloud Desktop" as a standalone application, much like it currently is, but to move the CC application management functionality into a separate app. So it would effectively contain nothing but the contents of the "Your Work" tab. The new "Creative Cloud App Manager" (just an example name) would effectively then become what the previous "Creative Cloud Desktop" app was before the new UI: simply a way to install, update and uninstall the other Creative Cloud applications, including the features that this new
Please let us to use Adobe application without the need of Creative Cloud Desktop app installed on system. I dont' have any interest in "cloud" experience, in sharing files or more. With latest release some applications need to have CCDesktop installed also if it is useless.
