Things were working just fine until I decided to update Indesign. Now I get to at most 30% before the program stops and shows me this:I cannot do anything else with my creative suite, it just brings me back to this every time.My computer uses Windows 11 btw, I've tried looking for help on this and everything I see uses MacOs so I have no idea what to do for my computer. Thank you for you time,Jonah

this is absolutely the worst software to install. it took me over an hour and now it's updating again and says it will take at least another half hour. what the fat is up with all those sign-ins and security codes???? I'm really sorry that I decided to upgrade from version 2013 because this is stupid. you can install the entire Microsoft office in less than 10 minutes.  I'd give anything to just have my money back

Mein Rechner musste nach einem Absturz neu Intstalliert werden. Jetzt erkennt Photoshop Elements 15 weder das Kennwort noch die Serial Number, noch die per email zugesandte Erkennungsnummer und gibt die bezahlte Kaufsoftware nicht zum arbeiten frei! Was kann ich tun?

I am subscribed to the full Creative Cloud. Just upgraded to a new Mac Studio. Some apps install: Creative Cloud and Illustator. Some such as Indesign and Photoshop still show up as "Try" How can I fix this, I paid for all of them?

Hi, after renewing my subscription, my older PS versions stopped working. I want to stick with the older versions because they work just fine and the latest version is not compatible with my CPU.When I try to open PS 18 via CC, it tells me that I need to log in. Then it says that it could not find Photoshop in my subscription plan. I have tried cleaning cache directories and reinstalling CC with no luck. Any ideas? 

HI,I'd like to start using photoshop. Unfortunately, I don't have a big budget. I would like to install Photoshop on a PC with W10 pro and   I7 latest generation  , 16 Gb Ram and 512 Gb SSD without a dedicated graphics card, could it work? Thank you

Just purchased Creative Cloud all apps as an upgrade from the After Effects plan. When I go to view apps Premiere Pro is not presenting as anavailable app. It only says "Try" or "Buy". But I literally just bought it...  Any ideas? This is really frustrating

I have a licensed CD of adobe CS5.5. For what ever reason the installer freezes now for Acrobat  X Pro when I try to install it in my new PC. Adobe no longer allows me  to download a new copy despite it being Licensed. This is very unfair. I don't know what to do. Can someone please send me copy of the download? even after doing a full uninstall and restart, i keep getting an error that the network resource for vc_runtimeMinimum_x86 is unavailable how do i fix this. 

Hi GuysI have a long list of updates on my Update Apps List. Before doing so and after contacting Adobe, I uninstalled Id (v17.4.1) and Ai (v26.5.2) using the Adobe Uninstall Tool.But when I looked at my Update List, updates for these now uninstalled apps still appear. I ran 'check for updates hoping it would see there are no installed apps, but they continue to appear in the update apps list.how can I get rid of these two now unnecessary updates?

I just got a new laptop and went to install my Adobe CS4 Suite (Student Edition) on it. When I went to look for the serial number, all of my emails regarding it no longer exist and I don't know why. I then logged into Adobe.com to see if I could get it there, but my product is no longer there. There is literally nothing listed anywhere about my CS4 I've had since '08/'09 back when I was a student. It's just gone. How am I supposed to find my serial number now? The only thing I could find is the product code for myidentit-e, but when I went to the website, the url is no longer the same (it's just identit-e now) and they no longer have my email address or account in the system. My ability to continuously and perpetually use CS4 is the only reason I still use Photoshop, so if this can't be remedied, Adobe has lost my business, since I am not okay with subscription plans continuously hemorrhaging money from me, regardless of how often or little I use it.
