Hello,I have a valid perpetual license for a windows version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 and need help deactivating it from an old device that got distroyed by a lightning strike.  I cannot open the program on that machine to manually deactivate it.I need to activate it on my new computer, but I’m blocked because the two activations are already in use.I tried contacting Adobe support via chat, but the bot did not understand my request and would not connect me to a human.Could someone from Adobe help reset my activation count to 1 so I can use it again? I have my serial numbers and Adobe ID ready.  I truly appreciate the help.   John

There are hundreds of Adobe files on my computer that I want to get off and it's taking me hours to figure out how to get them off and I can't get them all off. Does anybody else have as much trouble as I am, it's taking me hours and Adobe is no help. The files just keep coming back and there's more and there's more and there's more Jesus what what is it? I purchased 2024 Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements installed with computer purchase. I then downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader.  I am never asked for account verification code when using Photoshop or Premier Elements, but whenever I try to use the free Reader, I am asked for account verification code. My email is being flodded with Adobe verification codes. How can I stop this?

Hello, I bought a new macbook and want to move an Acrobat Pro 2020 license from the old macbook to a the new one.  So I deactivate the license on the old and tried to activate it on the new one, but it does not work. If I put the serial I get the pop-up message "Installation Failed Installer encountered an error that prevented installation. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." If I put the email and pw, I get the pop-up window asking me if I want to start the trial period or buy it. Moreover I tried to re-activate Acrobat Pro 2020 on the old macbook but it asks for email and pw and then the window disappears and nothing happens. So now Acrobat Pro 2020 no longer works on either macbook!!!Can anybody help me? thanks a lot! Filippo

Hi, So .. I'm pretty frustrated with Adobe at the moment.I purchased CS6 in 2013, October. I have the Serial Number on my account.I can't remember WHEN they started their bs claim about "Misuse Serial Numbers" and then start to take them away from clients who paid for them. I tried going thru Customer Support, spoke with someone named Kajal who was no help. They transferred me to some person named Renchin who immediately closed the chat out and said nothing whatsoever. So, why is Adobe claiming my Serial Number was Misused in some way when I've only used it strictly for my own artwork and nothing more? Why are they taking it away? I feel like it's just a tactic to force people into purchasing their memberships. I paid for CS6. Now they're taking it away. Are they going to give me my money back from 2013 then??? This is very frustrating and annoying to deal with.

Hello. I have a "Non-subscription (stand-alone) version" of Acrobat Pro. I don't have access ot the old computer any more., hence I'm unable to deactivate. Is there anything else I could do? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,I have an official perpetual license for Acrobat X Pro (serial number available upon request), but I can no longer activate it because my previous computers (where it was installed) are lost, damaged, or no longer accessible. I have reached the activation limit and cannot deactivate the software from those machines.Adobe support has informed me that official support for Acrobat X Pro has ended, and they are unable to reset the activation limit or provide a replacement key.I am the original purchaser and can provide proof of purchase.Is there any way to reset my activation counter, receive a replacement key, or otherwise regain access to my Acrobat X Pro license so I can use it on my current computer?Any help or guidance from the community or Adobe staff would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,

Hallo,heute wollte ich das neue Update über Play Store runterladen was bis letztes Mal hervorragend klappte aber heute habe ich ein gelbes mit dem Satz,, Problem beim Update " gezeigt bekommen und egal was ich versucht habe,es hat nicht funktioniert 😕😕.Was kann ich machen oder wird Adobe sich selbst darum kümmern ??? Ich bin da Ratlos.Danke für Euer Ohr bzw Hilfe im voraus.Gruß Maik

Am I the only one who feels its completely unfair for Adobe to make a version that is less than 3 years old obsolete. I was able to talk past the basic support who told me V23 is not available at all and got my hands on V23 of AE, but I cant get V23 of PS or PP, tickets have been written and sent to tier 3 support, devlopment team, executive customer support or what ever they call it and no results, an Adobe employee who screwed me over and broke my system trying the fix an issue with acrobat put me in a position that I cant even install PS on a mac running 12.7.6. Now I pay 60 a month and cant even use Acrobat or PS. So does anyone out there have the installers for V23 of PS and Premiere they are willing to share? I have installers for a lot of old software from CS6 to Mac OSX going back to 10.3 if anyone wants something I can share with you that I might  have, and will certain share the V23 installers with others in the future. I'm trying to remove the original installed device from my CD install of PS Suite 6 because this install shows the 3rd device and I need to remove 1 to keep my newest laptop version active. My original is no longer operable.I logged into Adobe and it says no products. I tried to search for the serial # and it says already in use. It installed properly and appears operative but says in 30 days it will deactivate. Any help? Please. Thank you.

hi everyone, i got the following problem and i'm looking for a solution without deleting all adobe registry entries. can anyone help? after the master suite cs6 installation on my windows 11 (edition: workstation), the pc no longer starts. procedure:the security setting core isolation was deactivated so that all master suite cs6 drivers could be installed without problems during the setup and no errors occurred (otherwise i got the following error messages: PxHlpa64.sys driver and Px Engine Device Driver / Rovi Corporation could not be loaded). after the installation all master suite cs6 updates were applied with the application manager. the core isolation was reactivated and windows 11 (edition: workstation) was rebooted. note: there was not such an error on my windows 11 (edition: pro) many thanks in advance!RS

I plan on starting university come offer rounds in January. so I will not go into the details here for fear of this post getting taken down (nothing illegal don't worry, in fact my whole post is about how to resolve my problem legally), but suffice to say, I would love to know if there's any way to still get Photoshop version cs6 without pirating it, which is something I don't do (not to mention don't know how to to).
