The serial number      is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer with 18 days to use this product but my serial key is allotted 3 users and I am using it into 3 pc . please guide.    

Hi everyone - having enormous issues here.  I have been using Captivate 2019 (11.5) plus trying out Captivate 12 (not 12.6) on my PC plus using Creative Cloud for a long time with no issues.  The 2019 lilcense was when you used to install a demo and then activate - ie before the 12.8 CPc logo  So everything is perfectly fine. Then my team moves me to a Mac. Creative Cloud installs fine. I install Captivate 2019 11.8 and it activates via the usual Adobe login + password.  Then the issue - after a random amount of time, Captivate bombs out - shuts the program completely, loses any unsaved work and logs out of Adobe. The 2 Adobe login keys in the Access Keys app vanish.  1) I am not logged into Captivate on any other machine2) I log out of Creative Cloud on the PC3) Still does this. No other Adobe application does this but once the Adobe account has logged out, obviously Creative Cloud won't work.  Any help? Thanks

I have an original 3.5" floppy disk set for Photoshop 3.0 that I originally installed on a PC in 1997. And from that also loaded (in 2011?) via a CS5 UPGRADE CDROM onto another later but now gone HP Windows Vista computer I upgraded to CS5 with a CDROM I had bought and still have with documentation. Recall having to work with Adobe customer support for some reason I don't recall the reason for to actually get that to load.   After that HP Windows Vista computer motherboard died 3+ years ago, I was able to load via a CS6 UPGRADE CDROM I purchased as a second device onto a 2016 Dell Windows 10 laptop.  Unfortunately  that laptop recently became unbootable due to a corrupted boot sector I will in the future bring down to a computer service with special software capable of rebuilding a few corrupt address on its hard drive. Has anyone had trouble downloading Elements 2025 from Amazon? I was shortsided by not ordering on the Adobe site; that's how welded I am to the Amazon environment. When I called Amazon, they said it would be up to 48 hours before I get a reply.  I do have the activation code, so I wonder if it could be downloaded from this site.  Thanks to whomever answers.

Hi,I have an Adobe Acrobat 8 profesional, that i bought in 2008. I had installed in a old computer. I have dessinstalled from the old computer, but now I want to install in the new computer. The installation is ok, but when i try to activate by internet the program tell me that is not possible. I tried to activate by phone, I have the serial number and an activation number, but the phone numbers to activate in Spain don't work.Could you help me how to activate this product?Thanks

Ya he llamado 3 veces, he enviado correos adjuntando los documentos del banco donde figura que me siguen generando el cobro del plan que se supone ustedes lo han cancelado a fines de febrero pero no tengo ninguna respuesta de nadie.Necesito que se cancele el plan definitivamente para que nunca más se me cobre por eso y se me haga el reintegro del dinero cobrado el mes de abril.

Hi, I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 (perpetual license), and I’m getting the following error:"The serial number [xxx] is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within XX days to use this product."Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the previous computers where the software was activated, so I cannot manually deactivate them.Could you please help me reset the activation count or deactivate all previous devices associated with this serial number so I can activate it on my current computer?Thank you very much!

Having trouble with Creative suite openning we are running Sequioa 15 operating system It downloads but will not open or install photoshop or lightroom. I have done a migration from windows to a new mac computer. chrome also wont work. I have  uninstalled & reinstalled creative cloud multiple times, & have used uninstall & cleanup programs & removed adobe products from associated folders 

I purchased a paid-up license for Acrobat Pro DC (2015).  I have installed a copyt on my new device by logging into my Adobe account and downloading a copy from Adobe.  However, the software will not do the things it is supposed to do on my new device.  For example, when I try to edit a PDF I get a notice saying "this feature is not included in your current Adobe license." I logged out of my Adobe account on my old device and also uninstalled Acrobat Pro DC (2015) from my old device (even though that shouldn't be necessary). Interestingly, when I look at my Adobe account online, it does not identify "activated devices," even though I just installed the software and logged on using my new device. Help?

Hi, guys, it seems that there is not existing threads regarding this topic so here it goes: I have been having on and off problems to access certain adobe sites when the expressVPN is turned on, specifically when I am on my mac. This happened consistently for adobe express until certain point (unfortunately, i don't remember what I did exactly to reverse the problem.) It also happend to adobe portfolio site which I just resolved hence this thread to share that particular solution.  My spec:Macbook M1 Pro, Sequoia 15.5 Problem:https://portfolio.adobe.com/ shows blank page when the ExpressVPN was turned on Solution:Switched ExpressVPN protocal to Lightway - TCP Hope this helps, 

I'm on an Apple Silicon Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.5.In my system menubar (top of screen) the icon for Creative Cloud shows a blue dot, which has always indicated an update is available. I open CC and a blue notice pops up at the bottom of its window indicating "a new version of Creative Cloud is available -- update".  I click on update and wait about 60 seconds until the Creative Cloud Core Services popup appears asking me for my password. I enter my password and then the blue notice to update again appears in the CC window. I again click update and the whole process just repeats, and repeats, and repeats, and repeats, never updating the app. What is going on and how to fix?

Ich möchte mein Jahres CC-Abos vorzeitig (3 Tage vor Ablauf des Abo's) kündigen.Ich kann das nicht kündigen, da ich dann eine hohe Strafe zahlen soll (siehe Beil. Screen).  Was soll bitte so ein Blödsinn?Ich möchte kein weiteres Abo ohne eine erhöhte Folgeabbuchung und das soll dann nicht möglich sein? Wer entwickelt denn so etwas kundenunfreundliches bei Adobe?Hinzu kommt erschwerend, daß man niemanden telefonisch vom Support (ohne kostenpflichtige Zusatzverträge) erreichen kann - das führt dazu, mich zukünftig nicht mehr für Adobe zu entscheiden, da ich solche Knebelungen nicht akzeptiere!

I am running into the issue of not being able to find the serial number for Adobe Acrobat 2017. I have looked in my account for it as well as the registry and still can't seem to locate it. Anyone know how else I could find it?

I have received notification of a plus 35% price increase for Lightroom this is unacceptable and adobe need to review this as their market share will decline starting with my small contribution as I have cancelled my subscription  interested to see if Adobe responds 

Hi, How I can re-activate our two keys for Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite 6 Design ?When we want to install product on two machines it states that keys are invalidated keys.How we can re-activate our pernament keys? 

I have two versions of LR (v4 and v5) both of which I paid for.  I haven't used the program in a long time (I'm not a professional photographer).  But I want to use it to clean up some headshots that were taken of me.  The program won't open on my computer.  I called Adobe and they said I should reinstall the disc.  It was a download, not a disc.  I've paid for this program already plus the upgrade to newer version.  Do I have any recourse or do I need to pay for a whole year subscription?  Again, I just need basic editing tools to clean up blemishes... nothing more.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Hello, I do not have access to the old computer and I wanted to install the Adobe Web Premium CS5 package.I cannot uninstall it on the other computers.I have registered products with a perpetual license, I cannot activate them.The chat bot is not helping me, it says that I don't have those products in my plan, but I bought them forever. They are registered on my Adobe account under my email. What should I do?I need this for work, please help.

I'm running After Effects 25.1, but learned that v25.2.2 is the most recent.So I open up CC, and there is no option to install/update to anyting over 25.1.*unless* I uninstall 25.1, and only then,  all the update options are available. (25.2,. 25.2.2, etc0I've searched , but no luck finding a solution. any way to force CC to show the most recent updates?

I can access other installed apps like Lightroom, Photoshop… but I have to log in to those apps individually. Moreover, without access to Creative Cloud, I cannot update or install other Adobe apps that are not previously installed on my comuter.My Creative Cloud has been like this for over a month now, it would get stuck at “initializing Creative Cloud” then continues to load until it exits and display the above message. I have tried a numerous fix but none solves the problem, including:- Click “repair” (it gets stuck in a loop of downloading, installing then goes back to the pop-up again) (Popup in attached image)- Uninstall from Windows settings then reinstall- Uninstall using the uninstaller then reinstall- Used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool then reinstall- Reinstall VC_redistx64 2015-2022- Run “sfc /scannow” and “DISM” multiple times without any errorsAttached image is Adobe service terminated unexpectedly in event viewer.   Here is the log from installers from the

My email has periods in it, and I've had an Adobe account for years. A few days ago I got a "you created a new login" email for someone using my email without the periods. I logged in by resetting their password and signing them out of everything and found that they also had an annualpre-paid membership using a variation of my email; I can only assume they've used a stolen credit card and my email to make a fake account.I already sent the initial email to the phishing team because I originally thought it was a phishing email. I don't see a relevant security contact option. I don't want to lose my regular account and this is also obviously fraudulent activity. Who do I contact? I'm posting from the fake account right now.

every time i try to download after affects on my macbook air it keeps saying installation failed and i click on it and it says error 133. please help. i already paid and i don't want this to be a waste of money. thanks! -payton 

Hi, I've never had an issue with downloading the Creative Cloud but recently due to some issues, I've had to reinstall the Creative Cloud and even deleted all Adobe folders everywhere on my PC before doing this to make sure it helps fix it. I'm now coming across and issue when I've tried to reinstall it recently where not all the folders will be installed like previous. For example, this used to exist before I deleted it but now when I install it again, this doesn't exist C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common. Can someone help with this issue? I've tried to uninstall the app, using the cleaner tool etc. 

Dear Adobe,You indicated that my subscription was cancelled on 8/16/2018 yet I am still being billed in September and the subscription is still running when i logged into the account. Please explain what the hell is happening here? I want my subscription cancelled and I don’t want to be charged for a subscription that I am no longer using for more than 1 year! This is the 2nd time your guys have told me that they have assisted to cancel my subscription yet money is still being deducted from my account. Do i have to change my credit card just so you guys cannot charge me anymore? I am really enraged about this.Please solve this issue. Whenever I try to install any apps with Creative Cloud, they sit at "Waiting..." endlessly. I've tried restarting my PC and running CC as admin. Nothing seems to work. Does Adobe even TRY to make their products functional or is that too high a bar for them to meet?
