Hello, I have a really specific but really important question about my account. I am going round in circles on this website, and just getting lists of questions that are not my question, with no option to actually speak to anyone. This page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html repeatedly lists options of phone, chat or forum, but only the forums have live links. "Contact us" leads to menues and Q&As but not to a way to actually "contact Adobe". Adobe has turned its empire into a "subscription model" but then treats customers as if they made a one-off purchase. I recall it was SO EASY to talk to someone when I first signed up. But now seemingly impossible.Any ideas / suggestions appreciated. Thanks.PS: I cannot post this without selecting one of 6 topics below, NONE of which are relevant to my problem. So much for articial intelligence. 

Bonjour,Suite à une réinstallation de mon système (Windows 7) sur un disque SSD, mon système windows est installé sur ce dernier portant la lettre A:\.Mon ancien disque système sert donc pour mes données à présent et garde la lettre C:\.Creative cloud s'installe donc automatiquement sur le disque SSD système (A:\). Hors suite à différent problème d'identification, on me conseille d'nstaller Creative Cloud sur le disque C:\ pour ne plus avoir de souci. Mais comment faire étant donné que le programme vient automatiquement s'installer sur le A:\Merci d'avance pour votre aide.Hi all,Can someone tell me how to install Creative Cloud on my C:\ Please?My system drive is A:\ and CC is automatically installing on it but my Identification don't work and an adobe agent tell me to install it on the C:\ drive.Thanks

Creative cloud is not starting. It has worked before, Until i did a fresh reinstall of windows. After running the installer and installing it Simply nothing happens, Only sign of It being open is on the system tray Although after a Split seconds it dissapears. Uninstalled CC ran the Adobe Cleaner tool then Installed CC again, Yet still no success.....Any ideas?Sincerly, Paul.

Hello! I'm trying to solve a printing issue where Photoshop crashes every time I try to print. I currently have Photoshop CS5 Extended version 12.0 x64 and I'm running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 on a Macbook Pro. I saw a post that updating to version 12.0.4 might resolve the issue, but the link on that page was dead. I also found another post here with an updated link in the comments, but that one didn't work either (it brought me to an FTP that gave an error message: There was a problem connecting to the server "ftp.adobe.com". The share does not exist on the server. Please check the share name, and then try again.)I spoke to several Adobe representatives, but none of them were able to provide me with a link to the update so they recommended I post here.Does anyone have a link to Photoshop CS5 version 12.0.4 for Mac?  Thanks,Matt

Eu tentei baixar a avaliação gratuita do photoshop, mas ao abrir o Adobe CC, todos os aplicativos estão marcados como incompatíveis. Ao clicar no photshop, ele diz que preciso do windows 10 1607, ou posterior, mas eu tenho uma versão do windows 10 muito acima desta. Se alguém puder por favor ajudar, eu agradeceria, tenho que resolver este problema o mais rápido possível, pois eu preciso do pacote adobe para minhas lições da faculdade

NO logro cancelar la versión de prueba o suscripción de Adobe. NO me aparece la opción para hacerlo, ya hice todos los pasos y no tengo habilitada la opción de cancelar mi suscripción de prueba. ¿Suele ser asi? ¿saben si el plan se deshabilita automáticamente?

Hello guys,I have a current Creative Cloud subscription, but I'm not getting the new 22.4 updates for all apps (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media encoder and Illustrator).It's been the third month that this has happened, but this time it seems to be taking even longer, because it's been 10 days since the update was released and nothing appeared for me.Does anyone know what could be happening? I've already uninstalled the programs, and even formatted the system but it keeps showing up only 22.3 this time.

There's no way to cancel the subscription, and if you click contact then you're sent around in a circle never ever reaching anyone. I tried to cancel before my trial ended but there was no way to cancel it option to contact adobe, this behaviour is fraudulent and I'm going to sue them unless they cancel this incredibly bug ridden software subscription and refund me everything. POS company - make it easy for your customers to cancel and contact you

Hi, just wanted to check whether Adobe Apps supports laptop or not. Reason why I am asking this is because every where it talks about mobile and desktop so thought of confirming with you all. I am assuming that desktop covers Laptop as well but please confirm.  thanks

All Adobe CC apps can be updated on my machine without problem only Photoshop install keeps complaining with error 120. I have ample free space but the temp folder is on a ramdisk. As said this is ok for all Adobe CC apps but somehome PS does something different apparently. Where can I find the minimum amount of free space for PS install/update?

Hi I need to download indesign 2017, the editorial company i work with only uses this version as they work with an app that is only compatible with 2017 but i can find it in my older apps tab is there somewhere I can find it to download it? I dont have an option before you all say well they should be working with a newer version, I am not going to argue with a multination company and tell them what they should be doing!   thanks

Hi there, I really need some help i don't know what to do. I have I want to install my Adobe Creative suite cs.5.5 on my macbook 13 that i purchased recently. I've downloaded the install folder but it says to contact the supplier.....Can someone help me please ? I work with these programs and i can't afford to buy a new version ...

Using Migration Assistant to move my data from my old Mac to my new M1 chip Mac also brought along Lightroom 6 and Photoshop CS6.  Although each of these programs also has an Uninstall program,  they do not work with the M1 chip.  I can drag the old LR6 and CS6 folders to trash, but won't that leave various files in various places on my hard drive? Is there a way to do a real uninstall? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this should be here, or if I even worded the title subject correctly but here goes. I'm looking to transfer Adobe CC from a 2019 MacBook Air to a 2021 MacBook Pro M1. I've seen some posts saying that I should NOT use Migration Assistant to transfer Adobe CC from one laptop to the other. Some say to deactivate CC on the old laptop and uninstall every software, while others say you can just deactivate CC on the old laptop. So, how should I go about this? Can I just deactivate and uninstall CC on my old laptop then reinstall and sign into it again on the newer laptop? Or is there a more complicated procedure I have to follow? On another note, I'd like to use Photoshop and Illustrator native to M1, so does this mean I would have to uninstall Photoshop and Illustrator and reinstall them on the new laptop, if I only need to deactivate the CC account on my old laptop?

When I click one Update button in the CC Desktop app, it ends up wanting to update all my apps. See screen shot below. I clicked the Update button for Premiere Pro v22 and this is what ended up happening. Not wanting to update all my apps at this time, I had to click Cancel repeatedly on the other apps to stop the process.    I have a new iMac, M1 chip, running macOS 11.6 (Big Sur). Is this a bug with CC Desktop running on Big Sur (or with the M1 chip)?   

I just bought Creative Suite monthly.. can't install any apps, can't uninstalll the trial of Illustrator...  its completely useless at this point. Support was any help either.
