Hello, I've recently updated my indesign to the new Indesign 2021 but I need my old Indesign 2018 for all my plug ins to work. I've been to https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html and it doesn't has it. The creative cloud app also doesn't have.Where can I find it? 

Is it normal I have also "adobe creative cloud desktop" installed when I have only installed the products "photoshop elements 2021" en "premiere elements 2021"? Or can I uninstall it?The problem is I cannot run the CC app: when I start it, it tries it tries to update and that fails with the error 214 (download problem?)I've already tried to install a new downloaded setup of CC desktop but the installation fails also with the same error after some % download progress. 

I have Adobe CS3. My old computer crashed after 10 years and computer repair was unable to fix the hard drive.     I tried to install CS3 again. After installing the disc's and putting the serial number, it says activate now, but then it says unable to connect.   Please let me know if it's possible to get a new serial number or bypass the activate now page   I treasure CS3 it is Ana amazing product and my business needs this program immediately so I can get patent publications made

I've got a full CC account through my employer but also a Photography Plan for my personal photography projects.Switching between the accounts is always a hassle. If it was just signing in and out with a password it would be fine but the mailing with verification codes really slows everything down. Mail always take a minute or two to be sent. Should be a way to just use password login.Dowloaded the Adobe Account Access app but it seems that it only works with one of the accounts. So when switching back I still need to wait for the verification code to be mailed.Can you have both accounts connected to the app? That would really help a lot.Or just skip it all together and login once with both accounts in the CC app and then just click "Switch Account"

I just upgraded Photoshop Elements for versiion 16 to version 20. Can I use my old license to install verion 16 on my grandson's computer? Thanks

Hi,I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud installer and when I launched it, the installation bar went from 4% to 100% then randomly closed without actually installing the app. 

Unable to subscribe for Adobe Photoshop on my MacBook Instead I took it for iPadThe features I need for photoshop are in the desktop version but my card is not getting accepted for the MacBook version! I would appreciate if I get the solution to get my adobe photoshop on MacBook 

I am no longer able to pay for my account and it will not give me a option to cancel how do I cancel my account ???????

Once Adobe's support for Windows 7 ended, I cannot uninstall any Adobe CC apps. Not the Creative Cloud app, not any of the individual apps, nothing. To paraphrase Samuel L. Jackson in "Snakes on a Plane" (the family-safe broadcast TV version) I just get a "can't find the Monday Friday server" notice.So the question is, how do I uninstall Adobe CC from a machine where it will no longer run?

I downloaded creative cloud onto my new computer today and tried downloading my adobe software. I have had no troubles with most of my software, but adobe Photoshop CC seems to be giving me problems. The progress bar starts at 0%, then jumps to 99% (after staying at 0% for a couple of seconds), then, the open button appears briefly and then vanishes after Photoshop ends up back under the "find additional apps" drawer.I have checked my adobe program install location, as well as my documents folder, and my appdata/local/adobe folder to see if any portion of Photoshop was stilled installed on the drive and was fooling the CC app into thinking it didn't have to download anything. However, I didn't find a single Photoshop related item. Any and all help is very much appreciated!

Hello I am noticing my computer getting a little bogged down, so I uninstalled ll the Adobe apps that I no longer use. However they still show up in my Applications tab of my Finder. Just wondering if I am good to Move to trash all those apps in the list I no longer use. (Sidenote I have no projects attached to those apps) just needed for school a couple times. Thanks for your help 🙂Cathy 

I bought a new iMac. I migrated all of my files from a Time Machine backup. First Photoshop wanted my to sign in and create a new password, which I did. Now when I launch it it's saying that I'm using it as a 30 day trial and to activate it I need to enter my serial number. When I do this it tells me that the serial number is invalid. How can I solve this problem?

I recently had to have my iMac partitioned, part on Yosemite (old OS, obviously), part on Big Sur (as new as I could go on my late-2014 iMac). I need to keep the Yosemite part so I can run CS6, but since the partition, the apps think they've been installed in a new set-up. Every time I try to launch an app (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), my Adobe Application Manager pops up and asks me to sign in with my Adobe ID to use my "trial" version of the design suite. When I try to sign in, the "swirling ball" does its thing for a while, then I get a message that says I'm not connected to the internet or my computer clock is off--clearly both not being correct.  A few issues: 1) When I initially tried launching one of the apps, I got a pop-up that wanted me to register (what I already have owned for...ten years?) or that there were zero days left in my trial. I'm receiving error code P206 when I'm trying to install the photoshop trial on Windows. The error says "unable to reach adobe servers", yet I'm able to ping the servers. I have installed this before without a problem so my internet connection is not the issue. I have tried the Adobe cleaaner tool, but it did not fix it. Bonjour,Lorsque je tente de réparer Creative Cloud, il m'est demandé de réinstaller l'application. Je l'ai donc téléchargée mais lorsque je la lance, j'ai le code d'erreur 702. J'ai suivi les consignes pour corriger l'erreur avec l'application Utilitaire de disque et la fonctionnalité SOS mais rien ne change, j'ai également redémarré mon ordinateur mais cela n'a pas non plus résolu le problème.Merci de votre aide,Ida

我要取消我的訂閱，卻被解約費用而系統上說明是因為有訂閱合約，但我在系統上找不到我的"合約資訊"(ex:合約起訖日之類的資訊)這樣我哪知道我什麼時候退訂不會被收這筆費用? ps.Adobe官網都沒有留Email讓客戶發問/寄信，下班後就關閉線上客服/電話客服，所以一定要乖乖等你們上班才能接受客戶意見嗎?   

hello everybody!i have an old mac mini running high sierra 10.13.6.i accidentally uninstalled photoshop and lightroom and i tried to reinstall them from creative cloud but i cant find anywhere older versions of the apps. all the current ones offered by adobe are for newer systems, they are incompatible with mine.could someone point to the right direction?thank you

Hello, I am trying to add CS6 to my new computer. I get an error that says I need to deactivate the program on old compters but I no longer have access to that computer. Please help. It says I can only use the software for 30 days.  Thank you in advance for your help.  

I have ecently puprchased Photoshop Elements for Windows 2022.  I was having a lot of problems with my PC so decided to get a Mac 13 Pro.  Can I redownload the Mac version to it'  Or would I have to buy it all over again?

I received the verification code about 6x in email even without prompting. I didn't use Ps for about 1 day and then wanted to open it - it invited me to enter the verification code. I entered the one I received last. The window disappeared and then appeared loading but nothing happened. I closed it and tried again. All I got was a loading window for the verification code input, it never loaded fully, instead disappeared and started loading again and then closed and this just kept on repeating.Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop just has a forever loading window but nothing happens.Restarting the programs and the PC didn't make any difference.What to do?
