Download & Install

There are several bugs which make me prefer Photoshop 2019 over the newer versions. Please tell me how can I download it? I keep waiting for these bugs to be fixed, but it's been 3 years now, so I do not think Adobe is not going to fix them.  Bug #1:  Can't create actions using (Edit > Transform > Warp) and apply it to other images. (get errors) Bug #2: Photoshop (or rather the view or graphic) will consistently freeze while I am working, so I have to save and close the image, and reopen to be able to continue working. My cursor will stop allowing me to do whatever I am trying to do, and/or the view/graphic will "freeze" on a closeup, and I can no longer zoom out and see my whole image. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!!

I am sorry, but the Adobe support is no good. If I have a problem I can only ask the Forum - what about chat sessions or even mobile communication like MS does??I have a simple problem - I bought Photoshop elements 2020 and it was installed on my laptop. But is was the English version, so I asked Adobe to change it to the Dutch version which they did. Worked fine till I had a laptop problem and had to reboot the complete laptop. PE 2020 needs to be re-installed now. But neither the serial number of the English or the Dutch version can be installed, Adobe now tells me I have an invalid version. Apparently I now downloaded the 30 day trial version. How is that? I bought the product so surely I can re-install it? Can someone please help me to re-install the product? Ir would be easy top ask this question in a chat session but apparently Adobe does not want to be too user friendly..........

Just downloaded the Creative Cloud trial for Photoshop.Double-clicked on the .dmg file.Window opens to allow access to files. I click yes.Nothing happens after that point.What is going on?And yes, I've trashed and re-started.Nothing.Help!

Bonjour,  J'essaie d'installer Creative Cloud.dmg sur mon Mac mcOs Monterey) mais lorsque je double clique sur l'icône d'installation, il ne se passe rien. Dans le finder une section "Creative cloud installer" est apparue mais à l'intérieur , il y a un message me demandant de double cliquer pour installer l'application mais il ne se passe rien au doucble clic. Même chose pour toutes les autres applications. Merci d'avance

Hello, The problem is that Adobe hasn't documented licensing for using .psd file format.Today I discussed with the stuff of Adobe developers and other departments and they proofed that they don't have licensing document.They suggest me to post about licensing document here and maybe they will take a look for that, so this is what I am doing.Dear licensing team of Adobe please create the document of licensing .psd file format for commercial and other types of usages.Regards,Narek Aydinyan

My school gave us  an all apps adobe plan but when I go onto Adobe Creative Cloud it just shows as trials, other people have it working fine and it's not just the app on the web it also shows it as a trial.

Hi, so I was trying to install creative cloud, and everytime I try, I get there, and then when is says creative cloud will install in 3,... 2,... 1,... and then everything just disappears! It's been doing this for about 2 weeks now, and I don't know how to fix it, and/or what to do. Please help! (I use MacOS)

what is the differemce between single photodhop for 250$ app and cloud photoshop and lightroom for 119$?

HeyI´m considering buying Photoshop. But I can´t see the difference between the Single app and Photography. The single app seems to be way more expensive, and the photography options seems to include photoshop. Are there different features? Is the photography option have kind of a "light" version of Photoshop? Hope you you can help me and please forgive me for eventual grammatical mistakes, not a native speaking guy here

How do I turn off the "Auto logout" for Photoshop 22? If I leave Photoshop running all night, often It will have tried to shut down by morning. I can not cancel the shutdown. It gives me the option to save my work as-is or close it without saving and possibly lose the work. It seems like this might be creative cloud trying to re-sign me in or authenticate who I am. J'ai ce rapport d'erreur dès que je veut faire une mise à jour ou dès que je veux installer un logiciel adobe... Seul problème c'est que je ne les installe pas sur un lecteur réseau / ils ne sont pas sur un lecteur réseau... Adobe prend mon disque dur interne et mon disque dur externe pour des lecteur réseaux... J'ai beau supprimer adobe de mon pc ou changer de place les logiciels c'est toujours la meme chose... Mercide votre aide.

Same issue here. Currently downloading CC just so I can do a trial before I was planning on purchasing but I'm getting nothing from the app. Sign in loop continues over and over with multiple browsers, restarts, permission changing and deleting of the OOBE folder, etc. Sucks because I updated my computer so that I could upgrade to the new Adobe CC and I'm super disappointed that I'm getting no help from the support either, they're just telling me the same things I've tried over and over again. Super lame

Malheureusement, cela n'ajoute pas un nouvel utilisateur.Le but de l'achat étant justement de pouvoir utiliser la suite sur un ordinateur supplémentaire.Après desinstallation et création d'un nouveau compte, l'activation de la licence est refusée car déjà échangé.Merci de votre aide.

Hi,I CAN'T INSTALL OLDER VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP CC (2014 instead of 2022) through the Creative Cloud (it shows as available only the previous versions of PS2022). Is there a way to go back to previous versions? I need them on a specific machine working with plugins not updatable only compatible with older PS.  Thanks -- 14 February 2022

I have purchased plans for Photoshop and InDesign and can clearly see them in my account however when I try to install I am told that my trials are over and purchase now. I have purchased and installed these plans under a different email before on this computer, could that be complicating things somehow? How do I fix this? 

Hello guys,Can someone tell me where to download previous versions of Adobe Creative Cloud or the current new version?. I am looking for Adobe Creative Cloud 2021, 2019 or 2022, which has all the software like the Adobe CS6 Master Collection. I want to try one of these versions to just get a feel before purchasing it. Kind RegardsGayan 

Hello guys, I installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection I know its old compared to current version, but everytime I try to load Photoshop CS6, it keeps giving me. I did sign in using a browser, but it didn't work. Is there a way around this?
