Hi gang.  Windows is not booting up on my new desktop so I'm poised to reinstall WIN11. Problem is I cannot uninstall CC (I cannot even access safe mode).  Reinstallation means CC would be removed, so my question is would I be losing one of my two alloted CC installs?Thanks much!

I purchased the creative suite years ago and it has worked like a dream, I absolutely love it.Thing is, I had to get a new computer and my old one was wiped clean, there was no salvaging the poor thing. Now I can't seem to get my suite up and running on my new PC. I've tried everything.But all it says when I type in the code is "This serial number is not valid for this product". Even though it is the correct one. I have the program and installation disks, installation runs smoothly and I can activate the trial. But nothing when it comes to trying to input the serial number. I still have all the packaging, disks and codes. I really need these programs, so any help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon, I am from Ukraine. In 2010 our company purchased a product - Design Standard. Serial number <serial number removed-kglad>. Version CS4.Now we need to update and install this product on another computer. Can you please advise us how we can do it as quickly as possible?

I bought a student Adobe subscription October 2022, which I knew would eventually run out and I'd have to pay the full price. At some point last year (I think) this automatically switched over and I had no problem with the apps working on my laptop as I still had a subscription to all the Creative Cloud apps. However, a couple of months ago I went to open Illustrator and it said my license was expired even though I have a monthly subscription which I am paying every month. Additionally, the Creative Cloud app centre on my laptop is saying I only have access to certain apps and only on a web browser or a mobile phone/tablet. However, when I log into my account on my web browser it shows that my subscription gives me access to all the apps and that they're available as desktop apps. I have tried everything to fix this. Recientemente intenté activar la prueba gratuita de Adobe CC 100gb en una cuenta específica, pero por algún motivo se activó en dicha cuenta y en otra cuenta también.No fui consciente de que la prueba estaba vinculada en 2 cuentas a la vez, y no deseaba continuar con la suscripción después del periodo de prueba. Ahora cuando ya se ha caducado dicho periodo y lo he cancelado en la cuenta que lo activé, en la otra cuenta he recibido notificaciones de que debo realizar un pago por la suscripción, pero no he utilizado el servicio tras finalizar la prueba gratuita y no era mi intención mantenerlo activo.Se podría por favor solicitar que se cancele dicha suscripción a esa cuenta?

Hello I'm a musician/videographer using Premier Elements for Multitrack Video mashups and Photo retouching. My XPS Desktop has aged out and I'm looking at a new laptop.   Decision seems to be between  -  Intel i9/32Gb/2Tb/NVidia4060  -  Snapdragon/32Gb/2Tb/Adreno Will Snapdragon give the laptop better lifespan.. and if so, can I run P/Elements in emulation mode... or will that not be good?    Also, if I purchase P/E and use emulation now, what's the upgrade path to the ARM version... dates / cost? Thx for the advice.   Budget ~$2000 USD for h/wThank you

I had previously installed Photoshop on D drive. Later, when D drive was full, I wanted to move all my Adobe files to E drive. It did a problem because I tried to moved them manually. My all adobe apps have problem after that. So I deleted them all (with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool) and reinstalled them all from scratch on E drive. But Photoshop still sees the old path. I can open my files, but I want to get rid of this path nonsense.  

I have just purchased a new Lenovo IdeaCentre desktop computer and I am unable to re-download and install my already-paid-for Photoshop Elements 2022 onto it. The download keeps failing and I get an error code, usually 183. I am downloading from my account page on the Adobe Photoshop website. FYI -- I can download the Photoshop Elements 2024 perfectly well, with no problems at all. Starting to think Adobe have inserted some kind of bug to prevent the download -- that this is something of a con to try and make me buy the 2024 version of Elements. Why else would I be able to download the 2024 version but not the 2022 version? Makes no sense. Can anyone help? Many thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a very unusual issue with the CC App. Whenever I download an application or update through CC, my entire internet connection fails shortly after. This problem isn't limited to just my Windows PC—it affects my router and the entire local network. Upon checking the router's logs, I noticed that it crashes and automatically reboots.I attempted to ping the router during the download process and observed that the longer the download remains active, the more the router's response time increases until it ultimately crashes.Interestingly, none of the other download software I use exhibit this problem, including Epic Launcher, Steam, and Maxon. I'm also accustomed to downloading much larger applications and files, such as Adobe software, without encountering any issues. Could the CC App be utilizing a peer-to-peer system for downloads, potentially opening too many connections and overwhelming the router? I've seen several posts about this issue, but

I want to install Lightroom Classic on my Window 11 pc. I downloaded the setup file from the creative cloud app. When I start the setup file, it only starts the creative cloud app, but it doesn't install Lightroom Classic. Windows version is 11 24H2. Normal Lightroom and Photoshop have been installed correctly.

I have to say Adobe products are becoming worse and harder to use. It seems to be a case of thoughtlessly adding on more stuff in an uncontrolled manner. ZERO usability thinking - you should be ahead of the game. More and more clicking is required, just to do simple stuff. I have been using Adobe software for nearly 20 years. I understand there is a lot of legacy stuff, but gid of all the redundant tools and clutter. It's all cramped stuff that is repeated within different apps. Time to review, simplify and get rid of repeat legacy stuff. Going to change to Affinity, let me know once you have your house in order.

I want to give my old computer to a relative. I wish to remove my Photoshop CC from it and add it to my new computer. Can this be done?

In an attempt to download and edit mini DV tapes from 2009, I have run up against a number of difficulties.  First, I purchased an unopened version of Adobe Premier 12 (same era), and attempted to set it up on either of two computers I've dedicated to the purpose: a MAC running OS Tiger 10.4.11 and a PC running Windows 7.The MAC refuses to load the program, as it will only work on OS 10.6 and above.  Research has revealed that I can't upgrade that OS to 10.6 as it's necessary to have a Intel processor.The PC looks promising.  I purchased a Firewire card to allow the direct connection from the camera tape deck, and the computer recognizes the camera.  I also loaded, successfully, the Premier program.  However, the program will only run five times before I register the product key online.  Thus far, I've followed the procedure, received a message to sign on to Adobe.com to register, received a verification of my account via a message on my cell phone, but am

Here’s what’s happening:My Creative Cloud app couldn’t update, so I decided to uninstall it.After uninstalling, I downloaded the Creative Cloud installer, but it won’t open.As a workaround, I used the Windows 8 version of the installer, which successfully installed Creative Cloud. However, when I tried to update the app, the process failed with Error Code 1004 — even though I ran the app as an administrator.To troubleshoot further, I did a full in-place upgrade of my PC.
