Hi there, so I was chatting with Adobe Help center. There is no way I can use PSD 5 on my computer, I feel like they (Asobe) stole from me. I bought their product and I can not use it. This is very frustraiting. PSD5 was not cheap. In US it was 699 dollars. I bought in Poland, but the price was similar. Is anyone suing them for this anlawfull practice? My problem explained with AI help : “I have a legally purchased perpetual license for Adobe Photoshop CS5. When I try to activate it on my current computer, Adobe says that the maximum number of activations has already been reached.I no longer have access to the previous computer(s) where the license was activated.I am not asking to transfer the license to additional computers. I only need the previous activations to be deactivated/reset so that I can activate my existing Photoshop CS5 license on my current computer.”   

Hello Adobe Support, I have an active paid subscription that includes Illustrator and need an official offline installer for Illustrator 2024 (version 28.x) for Mac, preferably the latest available 28.x build. My setup is a MacBook Pro 14-inch (2021), Apple M1 Max, 64 GB RAM, running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1. I currently have Illustrator 2026 installed and would like to keep it alongside Illustrator 2024. I use a Graphtec CE5000-60 cutting plotter with Cutting Master 4 version 5.10 (build 3871). Cutting Master detects the plotter over USB, but its Illustrator plug-in supports Illustrator 2024 rather than 2026. I have already checked Other Versions in Creative Cloud: the oldest version offered is 29.0, so 28.x is unavailable there. Adobe Admin Console also says I do not have access. hello, i had to re install my windows pc and i cant find a download from photoshop cs6 can any one help me with a link or something ?

Same thing happened to me with Photoshop. I had to rebuild my system twice and lost the ability to load my perpetual license. To fix the problem is a simple database update, changing the count from 2 to zero but they refused to do it. I have thousands of photoshop files, never thought it would be a problem until my last system rebuild. Now I have a perpetual license that I can use and am forced to pay monthly. Adobe is especially bad at driving everyone to their rent your software model so they can get a constant revenue stream because the software is at EOL but they still want to make money on it.

Gestern wollte ich das wieder machen, konnte Lightroom aber nicht mehr öffnen und wurde durch das aufgehende Fenster darauf hingewiesen dass ich Lightroom kaufen soll oder als Testversion verwenden soll.Ich habe einige Tage vorher den Acrobat Reader auf meinem PC installiert und gehe nun davon aus, dass hier von Adobe Eingriffe und Veränderungen in mein seit Jahren lizenziertes Produkt vorgenommen wurde.Trotz vieler Anmeldungen und Versuche ist es mir nicht gelungen, meine Seriennummer in das Produkt einzugeben. Ich finde das sehr hinterlistig, meine lizenzierte Software auf meinem PC ohne vorherige Information zu verändern und mir den Zutritt zu meiner Software zu entziehen.Adobe hat sich in seiner Kundenfreundlichkeit so abgeschottet, dass ein echter Support hier offensichtlich nicht möglich ist.Vielleicht gibt es eine Hilfemöglichkeit hier in diesen Foren, sonst muss ich meine Geschichte auf der suche

I have a PC and MacBook Air. Can I install the apps under one subscription?

My PC is not compatible with the latest Photoshop, I’ve managed to uninstall it but Creative Cloud does not show older versions for download.Would it be possible to get a download link? I’m not going to be able to get a new PC just yet and I need to process some focus stacks.

I download the version of Photoshop, but when I ask for the password to open the download to your computer does not accept me. I have not forgotten my password is correct. that I have this problem What should I do to open the download to my computer?

Hello,I recently got my associates degree in graphic arts and my step-dad installed his copy of CS3 on my laptop. I was able to enter the serial number fine and was prompted for activation. I called the number provided on the activation prompt and there was an automated message saying there is no over-the-phone support for CS3. I communicated with somebody via chat support and they said:MohammadKhurshid Alam: We only support latest product which is CS 6MohammadKhurshid Alam: We want to inform you that this issue is only supported on Forums.adobe.com as we have a team of Expertise who are trained and have knowledge about this product.MohammadKhurshid Alam: yes you will get the resolution as in forums our adobe experts are available so they will  give you resolution at earliest.I have my serial number and was provided an activation code in the prompt. Is there any way for me to get the authorization code or is the product too outdated?

I’m having trouble getting hold of previous versions of photoshop (my pc is incompatible with the one I had) I managed to uninstall photoshop, but creative cloud doesn’t show other versions, when I click on “other versions” it just shows the latest .It has also stopped showing my bundled apps (I have the photography bundle).

Creative Cloud keeps asking me to sign in again even though I have already signed in successfully.The application works after I enter my Adobe account credentials, but after restarting my computer or reopening Creative Cloud, I sometimes get another sign-in prompt.I've already checked that my Adobe account is active and tried signing out and signing back in.What could cause Creative Cloud to repeatedly lose the sign-in session, and what troubleshooting steps should I try?

Photoshop v27.9 auto updated but got stuck and so I cancelled it and now it is stuck cancelled. No way to reset or reinstall photoshop app on desktop (mac).

I have spent over 6 hours trying to solve my problem. I updated my Macbook M1 Pro (2021) from macOS Monterey to Sonoma and Creative Cloud wouldn't sign in and open. I did many, many methods via Adobe Community, Reddit, and even Gemini Ai that led to repairing / uninstalling / Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool / reinstalling,  deletion of files / caches / OOBE (renaming adding .old and deleting as well),  overriding commands through Terminal,  using Command + Option + R,  force-quitting on Activity Monitor,  and upgrading to macOS Sequioa. Still, my Creative Cloud is stuck on the loop of "sign in" and "initializing creative cloud". If you have any clue on how to remedy this, could you please kindly help me out? Thank you thank you.

I own a legitimately purchased license for Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 for Windows and still have the original serial number.I recently installed Premiere Elements 2020 on a new PC. The application installs and runs normally, but only in the 30-day trial mode. When I try to activate it using my original serial number, I receive an error stating that the serial number is blocked or too old.I also tried the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit (APTEE) using the documented LEID:V7{}PremiereElements-2020-Win-GMThe operation consistently returns Return Code 14.The amt3.log contains, among others, these messages:RetrieveInfoForLEID: PPDL entry not found in SLCacheApp has requested features but there are no licensed features, hence no license.Licensing has been refused. Hi, I have a legitimate Adobe Photoshop CS6 perpetual license that's currently showing as activated on two devices, and I'm hoping someone can help me get the activation count reset?One of those two devices was an older computer that I wiped and sold, not realizing at the time that I needed to deactivate Photoshop first. I no longer have access to that machine.The other device is a laptop I still own and use CS6 on. Its own Deactivate option is greyed out in the Help menu, and I've already ruled out the usual causes — connectivity is to internet is confirmed, the system clock is correct, and the GlobalSign Root CA certificate is present and trusted. So deactivating it on my laptop isn't an option either. I understand a reset would clear both activation slots rather than just one, which is fine — I do not need CS6 on my laptop anymore, and would only like to use it on my iMac desktop (likely via offline activation, since online activation doesn't work for me either).Could someone help m
