I disposed of my old computer before removing the photoshop registration. Is it possible to get this removed by Adobe?
There use to be a button in the Creative Cloud App for desktop to check if new updates are available. That button seems to have disappeared. How can I check if new updates are available?

I’ve attempted to download Acrobat multiple times and keep getting Error 136 around 88% of installation, even after following the advice of other users:Running the Adobe Creative Clouder Cleaner Tool Deleting Adobe folder from Library > Application Support Restarting the computer Attempting the download from a new user profile with admin privileges Attempted to download from CC home Attempted to download from https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.htmlSystem specifications:MacOS 11.2.3 (Big Sur), M1, 2020 16GB memory Over 800GB available.
Wie ging die Geschichte bei Ihnen weiter? Ich habe das gleiche Problem, davor wollte ich auf meinem alten Rechner die Lizenz deaktivieren, was aber Fehlermeldungen verursachte. Und da stehe ich nun.

Hi I recently updated my 2023 M2 Macbook Pro with Sonoma, but now my Creative Cloud app won’t open. The window comes up saying ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’, then it says ‘You were signed out of Creative Cloud. Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps’. When I click Sign In, it just goes back to ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’ and repeats this loop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it made no difference, people say I should uninstall every app before I do this but it seems the only way to do this is through the Creative Cloud app, which won’t open! I also installed Sonoma on my 2021 iMac but did not have this problem with Creative Cloud. Everything worked fine. Any ideas as to how to sort this problem out? Thanks Jack
Hello, am suffering because you deducted money from my account without me knowing, when I was trying to change, it was telling me it will cost me cancellation fee more that the subscription. Now I wad told if I change the plan and buy a cheaper plan you will refund the money, I did so but the money you deducted has disappeared, will you refund all the money because I don't use Adobe I don't know even how it's operated. Please help me am suffering it's the only money I had
I am getting a new computer and I was told I'd have to uninstall CC Photoshop from the old one because I can run CC Photoshop on one computer only with the subscription I have. When I tried to use the Uninstall CC in my finder window, it stated that I still have some CC apps on my computer and I would have to uninstall them before I could uninstall the Creative Cloud app. So I went through and uninstalled all the Creative Cloud apps that I could see in my Application folder in Finder. Then I went back and tried to run the Uninstall app for Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm still getting the message that it can't uninstall Creative Cloud because I have some CC apps on my computer that need the Creative Cloud app to run. What am I doing wrong? I just want to be sure that I can install Photoshop CC when I hook up my new iMac.
My PC has broken down and I couldn’t deactivate my licence. Now I want to install Photoshop Elements 2024 on my new PC, but I’m getting the message“Maximum number of computers reached”.How can I start using my paid product again?Support does not have access to products that have been registered with a serial number.
Il y avait un bouton dans l’application Creative Cloud qui nous permettait de vérifier si de nouvelles mise à jour sont disponibles. Je ne trouve plus ce bouton.Comment puis-je vérifier si il y a de nouvelles mises à jour?
LR & PS will not update, it says itt it incompatable and it says I need the latest window update, but I have the latest update and changing the compatatability mode does not solve the problem
Is 2020 really that old? If I bought a product that I don’t have to download Adobe should allow the install. I was considering sampling other Adobe products but I’ll never consider any future Adobe software if this cannot be rectified. After coming here for the first time and now reading so many with issues, I’m dissappointed.
Hi Adobe, Seven years ago I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from Mac of all Trades. It was a replacement for a 2015 MBP that was starting to fail. At the time I backed it up and when I got the New (refurbished) MBP The old Mac was still working so I used the Migration function to copy everything over to the refurbished one and everything worked! I bought the Creative Suite waaaay back in 2003-ish, I think, at Macworld and have continued to upgrade all the way up the CS 5.5. Been using it ever since on my MBP. I continue to use it even after Abode discontinued support of it. My wife and I have moved from Boston, to San Francisco and now Oregon and somewhere along the way my original CD-ROMs (or DVDs?!) have become lost. I may be misremembering but when I first migrated from my original MBP to the 2015 running Snow Leopard, I think, everything transferred over and I’ve been running PS 5.5 all along. I’ve been told that v5.5 will still run on Mojave BUT that I would need to have the ori

I am changing laptop computers, both using Windows 11 Pro. I deactivated my CS5.5 on the first laptop successfully. I register on the 2nd laptop and it states I have used all my licenses. I created an Adobe support Case and they they said that is was end of life but I could try to deactivate my Desktop computer that is also using running on Windows 11 Pro. I feel like this is a shady attempt to disable software that is working just fine. I also tried to reactivate it on my first laptop again and it gives me the same error. I am not interested in paying a monthly fee for a product I only use a few times a year. They are clearly still using servers monitoring these serial numbers. I own a perpetual license that was functioning just fine on a modern computer as of yesterday and now it doesn’t because of Adobe. Is there an Adobe contact that can help me clear this up?
I have been having issues with Photoshop and wanted to update the program, but when I clicked on update it brought me to a blank white box. I tried to get to Creative Cloud directly and got the same blank box. I tried repairing Creative Cloud with the uninstaller and it went through the steps successfully, but would not launch, and when I launched it manually it was still the same white box. I went ahead and updated my Mac to Tahoe 26.4.1 to see if that would help, but it did not. I then did a full uninstall and reinstall of Creative Cloud. Again, it did everything successfully, but when it launched (this time at least it launched) it was still a white box. I downloaded the Cleanup tool and ran that and it got rid of everything (I think.) I did another install and it is still the same thing. Photoshop is not fatally flawed and I can still use it, but I can’t update or uninstall it. I have searched the boards here and on the internet and done all of the steps everyone said worked for th
Hello together! I am looking for a link to Photoshop 24/25 ? compatible with my old Dualopteron workstation to use the KI Tools. The last update deleted it and now I fell back onto Version 22.5 or so. 27.5 is to new. official link for (24 or 25 ?)
Why is my Photoshop so slow now that I cannot work? I changed all settings in preferences as suggested online, but no improvement And I cannot find a way to download an older version, e.g., 2023 Photoshop, the oldest on the Creative Cloud seems to be 25.0 and it doesn’t work for me (super slow and lagging) I have a 2019 MacBook Pro, more than 200GB of memory available and the system updated to the Tahoe last version What can I do? I need Photoshop for work. I have a full Adobe licence and I am stuck Thanks Very Best
Since Adobe saw fit to lock the other informational thread, I'll post here instead. It is unacceptable to pay thousands of dollars for software only to find out that the company refuses to support it on newer operating systems and instead forces you into a perpetual annual payment subscription model. CS6 works perfectly fine on Windows 11 so long as you install only the components that do not include the PxHIpa64.sys driver as follows... --------------------------------------------------Component installs PxHlpa64.sys--------------------------------------------------Adobe Flash Professional CS6 noAIR for Apple iOS support (FP) noAdobe After Effects CS6 noAdobe Audition CS6 yesAdobe Encore CS6 no (conditional on deselecting the SonicWrappers_ph component)Adobe Illustrator CS6 noAdobe Illustrator CS6 (64-bit) noAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) noAdobe Photoshop CS6 noAdobe Prelude CS6 noAdobe Premiere Pro CS6 noAdobe SpeedGrade CS6 no--------------------------------
Here is the Reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/apple/comments/1sb0zqn/users_say_adobe_creative_cloud_rewrote_hosts_file/Top comment says: That's malware behaviorAnother top comment says: The way Adobe installs software is malware-like. It gets into the guts of your system. Only a clean reinstall of macOS wipes all traces of it. And one more: I ended up doing a complete wipe and clean MacOS install to rid my system of Adobe. It’s like cancer. So what is this all about? Why do this?
