I bought new pc, I tried to make new installation of Adobe Design Standard CS 5.5. During installation i type serial number, which is accepted and click next. After a moment it asks me to log in into my adobe account, It cannot communicate with server, and informs me about "network error", I skip this step and installing. After installation and launching any program I get message that key is incorrect. Program was deactivated on previous machine. What to do?

I'm trying to install PS CS6 on an old MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion (10.8.5) that does not have internet access.I've followed the instructions to go to Adobe.com/go/getactivated. I entered the request code and product serial number on a computer with internet access, however the page simply resets and asks for the information again.The Adobe chatbot says that no assistance is available for unsupported products - like PS CS6.Any advice?Thanks

Hallo liebe CommunityIch habe folgendes Problem. Wir haben eine ältere Version von der Creative Suite auf 2 PCs installiert. (Win 10) Dazu waren auch noch Zusatzprogramme in Acrobat wie PitStop und joUp installiert. Alles lief ohne Probleme.Bei einer erneuten Installation auf einem anderen PC (Win 10) wurde leider keine der beiden vorigen Installation deaktiviert.Nach dem dieser Fehler festgestellt wurde, da bei der nun 3. Installation die Fehlermeldung kam die beiden anderen Installationen zu deaktivieren, haben wir dies auch gemacht. Jedoch ließ sich nun keine der 3 Installationen mehr aktivieren. Da haben wir auf dem neuen PC das komplette Programm wieder deinstalliert. Leider brachte dies auch nicht das erhoffte Ergebnis, dass die bisherigen Installationen sich wieder aktivieren haben lassen. Kann hier jemand hierbei bitte helfen, dass ich die bisherigen Installationen wieder zum laufen bekomme? Im Voraus besten Dank und viele GrüßeReinhold

Fehlermeldung 148:3, Photoshop (CS4 unter Windows 7) kann nicht mehr gestartet werden. Weiß jemand, wie man den Fehler behebt. Mit deen Anleitung von Adobe "licenseRecovery109.Zip = LicenseRecovery.exe hat es jedenfalls nicht funktioniert.

Hello folks, This software is legitimately registered to me, and the serial number appears under my Adobe Account page. It’s a TLP license key, originally purchased for our design department. I have the original installer media (ISO copies) as well as the installer download from Adobe’s Manage Account page. When installing on a new Windows 11 system, the installer initially accepts my serial number and completes successfully. However, when I launch Photoshop (or any other CS5.5 app), I’m prompted again for the serial number — and this time it’s rejected with the message: “This serial number is not valid for this product.” I was able to run the software in trial mode for about a month, but that trial period has now expired, and the programs will no longer launch because it rejects my serial number. This serial number is unquestionably valid and tied to the correct media; it’s also listed under my registered products in my Adobe account. Is there any way to

Hello, I signed up for a free trial in September, but thereafter cancelled before the next filling cycle.  Evidently my request was not honored as I was charged for Oct 9 - Nov 8 billing cycle.  I wish this subscription to be cancelled going forward and no more charges to my account.  Thank you, Betty

I bought elements 2026 from my adobe account. When I try to install it on my mac running 15.6.1 I get error 183. I've uninstalled AVG software but it still fails. I've looked in the console and there are no error messages. When I try to click help I get a message directing me to the uk website. I've had an account with adobe for many years and never had this trouble before. What can I do.

I need help reactivating Adobe XI on an old system.   I have a serial number but it wants me to activate through adobe but won't support it anymore.  Adobe customer service sent me here.

My hard drive crashed and I had to get a new drive. All my software was removed. I can't find my disks for my Adobe. CS 6 creative suite? What do I need to do? I'm registered, isn't there some way adobe can load it for me?

I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud app, but when I try to launch the set-up nothing happens. I tried running as administrator and disabling windows defender but to no success. I've managed to notice the installer launching for a split second in task manager but then it just disappears. I can't use any Adobe app because of this. The same thing happens if I try downloading Ilustrator on it's own. I'm on windows 10

So I got a new M1 MBP I'm trying to update all of my apps, but the adobe app won't let me click on anything in the app. I can scroll on the landing page. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Don't know what else to do.

Hello hello... after working with a Desktop PC and Windows 11, where CS3 runs properly, I bought a notebook with Winds 11, and there is a problem, I can't resolve: Starting Photoshop is not the problem but open that window to insert the key is. So what to do? Does anybody have an idea to fix this? That would be fantastic.Thomas

Every time I click the Sign In button the whole website crashes. Every other site works fine on the Mac and I can access Adobe on my Windows PC from the same connection. What is going on?!I have deleted my cookies, tried a different browser and done multiple restarts, but nothing works. The site still crashes.

Hi, I am planning to upgrade my system from Windows 7 Pro 64-bit to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.  I will be doing an upgrade, not a clean install.  I have CS6 Production Premium and Adobe Fireworks CS5 -- and want to know what steps I need to take in this process to hopefully guarantee a problem-free transition.Thanks for any help you can give me. PS:  Specifically, I would like to hear from anyone who has actually done what I am trying to do.

I was using Adobe Creative Suite CS5 Design Standard Production for a few years, and on one of my computers it suddenty stopped working with popup window claiming that "Activation limit reached".It still works on another machine. I did't install in on any new machine for ~4 years, recently no formatting or reinstalling either. Tried to deatviate some old instance on an old laptop (dusted it off, started - but deactivation failed). I tried to contact Adobe support - but they weren't helpful at all.  What do I do?

Adobe team do you have any plan to fix this blatant and widespread error in your flagship product? It is absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable that this has persisted for so long with apparently no action at all on your part to fix it. I have spent about 5 hours following every single how-to-fix-it post from your staff and users to no avail. Again, this is absurd. This is not a problem on the part of users. I have had CC since the day it was publicly available, day one, and never had a single problem until a year+/- ago. The forums are full of people complaining about this same fundamental error and instead of fixing it all you do is offer lame workarounds that do not work, and pretend like it's not your fault. It is absolutely your fault and it is absolutely your responsibility to fix it, but you seem to not care at all about the paying users of your products.

I can't find a better place to put this so I'll put it here. I built a new Intel based computer for my edit suite. I moved the hard drives from the old machine to the new one. At first Adobe Acrobat would load for about 4 seconds and then close. I managed to fix that. I reinstalled Acrobat with Creative Cloud. However, after an extended time idle I get a popup that is titled "Adobe Creative Cloud (Not responding)The text in the box says:Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud from "http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp"I have removed and reinstalled Creative Cloud. I have followed instructions for completely removing and reinstalling the app as well  with no change.When the dialog box (attached here) appears the computer will crash all running apps and the only resolution is a hard reset. Hi we have 2 licences for ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 5.5 PREMIUMMy code does not work anymore after reinstalling from CD on the Windows 11 computer (same computer but clean install W11 at my job).I have the bill with the codes but that does not work.  Display's:  your code matched not the product and i can open adobe but as 30 days period.How can i reset my licence code and activate my legal version of ADOBE ???

Are there any RSS feeds (or equivalent) for Adobe Updates?  I would like to get notified when an update occurs so I can deploy it to our 200 workstations immediately.  Most other RSS feeds have nice integration with Slack (at work) and let me know when an update or change has occurred.  This is important when pushing out updates to workstations.  Our current update workflow is to periodically check for updates and then push them out.  Not the most efficient workflow for updates, especially with almost 200 computers.
