I noticed your team is using multiple individual Adobe subscriptions. Many companies on similar setups end up with: · Multiple monthly card charges· Limited admin visibility· Higher per-user cost[personal information removed by moderator]
I'm the System Administrator for our organization. When signing in to register for Adobe MAX, the Adobe sign-in page (adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/ims/fromSusi) shows: "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."What I've already checked:Admin Console → Products → App Integrations is set to "Allow users to access all app integrations" "Organization settings → Skills → 3P Connectors" does not appear in our Admin Console Selecting my personal profile (same email) instead of the business profile is also blocked Adobe chat support referred me to the communityHow do I enable third-party app access for our organization so users can register for MAX? If this needs a backend change, can an Adobe staff member escalate it?
Since last week all of my Adobe apps stopped loading any of my library assets and they just say every subfolder is empty (see attached) this is accross ALL of our brand libraries and a huge issue as thats where all our assets are stored.I checked chrome libraries and the assets are still there so the issue is creative cloud not talking to photoshop and illustrator, even though it says "all up to date" when i hover over the cloud
I would like Adobe Admin Console to officially support SCIM provisioning from Okta.Adobe currently supports SAML SSO with Okta for Federated IDs, but it does not provide native user and group provisioning from Okta to Adobe Admin Console. Automating user lifecycle management therefore requires Microsoft Entra ID Sync, User Sync Tool, or a custom implementation using Okta Workflows and the Adobe User Management API.For organizations that already use Okta as their primary identity provider and lifecycle management platform, introducing another directory or building custom workflows solely for Adobe provisioning creates unnecessary complexity and operational overhead. We would like Adobe to support the following capabilities:SCIM 2.0 user creation, updates, and deactivation from OktaUser group synchronization through Okta Group PushMapping between Okta groups and Adobe user groups or product profilesAutomatic license removal when a user is removed from a groupDeprovisioning when a user is
From our company, as IT administrators, we download a self-service package so that users can install the applications they need based on their assigned licenses. The package is configured as follows:Management Options:Self-service install: Enabled Allow non-admins to update and install apps: Enabled Auto-update for end users: Enabled Self-service plugin install: Disabled Files syncing: Enabled Install of Beta Apps: Disabled Browser Based Login: Disabled Remote Update Manager: Enabled Include extensions folder & Extension Manager command line tool: Disabled Include Adobe Asset Link: Disabled AUSST override XML included: Disabled Install at default directory: EnabledThe issue is that although Adobe Creative Cloud is initially installed on the device through Intune with administrative privileges, whenever the user receives an Adobe Creative Cloud update, they are prompted to install it. Since they do not have administrative permissions, the update fails. As a result, the application be
I am trying to get setup with Acrobat Sign Developer. I want to integrate my app with Acrobat Sign. I did everything and even got an email with a button on it but I could not click the button. Acrobat Sign API is not available in my console. I have been trying to get this done for a while now. Any help would be appreciated.
I am requesting a refund for my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. During the trial period, I was unable to access the new features as intended. Before the trial ended, I attempted to cancel on the cancellation page but was unable to successfully cease the plan. I would appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for this charge.
Hi***** There are several individual Adobe licenses under your company domain that are currently unmanaged and billed outside your team account. Not taking any action right now may lead to: No admin control over company assets and IP Multiple invoices with different renewal dates Inability to reassign licenses when employees leave Decentralized license management across teamsI’m Isukapudi from Adobe. I’m here to help you effectively manage your licenses and make the most out of your Adobe investments. Would you like to get on a quick 30-min call to go through these unmanaged licenses together and consolidate them in your teams account before your upcoming monthly renewal? I think the above really says it all, oh and your bot reply space in your online bot chat doesn't work
Photoshop 2026 GenAI components ignore all system proxy configurationComponent: Photoshop 2026 / Generative AI (transmute module, Firefly services) Affects version: Photoshop 27.6.0 (PHSP 27), ACPL SDK 5.11.0, UXP Runtime 9.2.0 SummaryPhotoshop 2026's Generative AI features connect directly to their service endpoints, ignoring every proxy configuration mechanism Windows provides. On networks where direct internet egress is restricted and traffic must traverse an explicit HTTP proxy, these features fail with generic timeout errors after 75–95 seconds.Other components inside the *same Photoshop process* use the configured proxy correctly and concurrently. This is not a machine-wide or network-wide misconfiguration — it is specific to the code path serving these features.Because these components connect directly, they succeed only where the network perimeter happens to permit the destination. Where a destination's address pool is partially permitted, the same feature succeeds or fails dep
keep receiving a sign verification code for adobe when I have not asked for one. It is being texted to my phone. Please tell me what to do.I don’t have an adobe account.
I am writing to express a significant concern regarding the recent shift from TechSoup to Goodstack for Adobe’s nonprofit licensing and verification process. Our organization serves individuals seeking freedom from addiction, and we fully meet the eligibility criteria listed on Adobe’s own website. However, since Adobe transitioned to Goodstack, every request we have submitted for nonprofit-sector software access has been rejected—despite years of approval through TechSoup under the same mission and status. After extensive correspondence, I learned that Goodstack is applying its own “internal policies,” which are not publicly disclosed by Adobe, and which explicitly exclude organizations whose mission is helping people overcome drug and alcohol addiction. This practice effectively discriminates against a vital segment of the nonprofit sector—those working directly with some of the most vulnerable individuals in our communities. Addiction recovery work is an essential public good, and exc
I want old version of Priemer pro for a project, I have checked in other version option it is not availbale. Please provide link to install old version.
Latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud 6.8.1.856 on Windows 11 Enterprise 25H2. And I see Error 191 when attempting to update CC even though it's already updated. I've dug through ALL of the suggestions posted here, Adobe's article on its 191 error, and more. Brand new Windows 11 deployment, brand new install of CC, and still get this error. Not just on one laptop, but multiple. No amount of troubleshooting resolves it. Seems like a bug that's been popping up since before COVID and each version brings it back in some way. WTF Adobe?
We purchased 60 licenses for the Adobe Type Library in 2008. I have some questions about the the license, especially in terms of hosting the fonts on Monotype Connect. Since this is a legal question how do I contact someone at Adobe who can answer questions concerning this almost 20 year old license?
I was issued a profile at the company i work for for the adobe CC.Recently there was a change in adobe organizational managing accounts as an admin -- something like that, and they created a new profile for me, with the same email address, and when i signed in one day it asked do you want thatsbyers or personal. What is this? Seems the older business profile turned into a personal profile that is connected to me because of the email address. Now i get emails about the personal profile not having a current cc on file. when i sign into the personal profile i look for remove or delete and there is none. How do I remove this personal profile and just have the business profile with the one email address that is linked to the business account?
I'm at the 30 day renewal timeframe, and there is no "change plan" button. On top of that, I tried talking to support twice so far, and both times the agent literally disconnected rather than actually remove the licenses.
Creative Cloud installed within a School on Domain PCs using Device Based Licensing. When users log into the PC, the PC appears to freeze for about 60 seconds, then a black screen and then the desktop comes back. Problem appeared to be the Creative Cloud App that was starting that was causing this. I disabled this on start up as local admin initially on the Task Manager and the initialy freeze at logon didn’t happen. However, start Photoshop (or any other CC App installed) and the freeze happens again when starting the app as the Sign In dialogue box appears. After about a minute, screen goes black and then desktop comes back with the Sign In still there and the user can then sign in. Photoshop or any other CC app seems fine after this point and subsequent logins and using CC seem fine, just the initialy login. This installed in four ICT Suites used by multiple students throughout the day this is causing significant disruption.Firstly, is there a registry hack to stop Creative Cloud A
I provision an Enterprise Adobe Pro license for a customer. It shows all the additional features but any time she tries to use them, it prompts to start trial or buy a subscription. This happens on multiple PCs. I’ve removed the license and reprovisioned it, but to no avail. Have tried this on a brand new device, so the issue appears to follow her.
I am the contract owner and one of the admins for the account. One of my colleagues is also an admin and has been receiving the emails. I just removed her as an admin, hopefully this will solve the issue, but I am not confident as I did try to download it once I removed her and I still got the error message.
I'm getting error code 191, 'Update of Creative Cloud failed.' I've tried everything I can think of, nothing helps?? I'm on a PC
I’ve been struggling to open Creative Cloud on my desktop. I used the uninstaller, restarted my computer, deleted the opm file and reinstalled it, deleted Creative Cloud completely, yet I am stuck on the same page that says “Sign in required”. I have a Mac laptop and this started happening after I downloaded the MacOS 27 Golden Gate.
Hi, i was trying to cancel my trial but it was giving error and not allowing me to cancel it. I dont have the money to pay this subscription at all. Please help have this cancelled and debit order stopped.
I had a school account and recently I left that school and they have signed me out of creative cloud but I have my own personal account, and I'm trying to sign back in with that but it won't let me sign in at all. I'll start by opening cc and it's comes up with a loading screen, then goes to "You've been signed out please sign in again to continue using adobe products" I press sign in says loading for 2 seconds then goes back to you've been signed out. I've tried uninstalling it and re installing it doesn't do anything. Anyone had this happen before?
