Hallo, ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen. Ich habe ein aktives creative cloud Jahresabo vor ca. 4 Monten abegschlossen und bezahle dieses monatlich, nun zu mein Problem. Sobald ich Photoshop öffnen möchte öffnet sich ein Fenster in dem ich ein Abo oder eine Testphase beginnen kann. Das skurrile ist aber, dass wenn ich mich auf der creativecloud Seite Anmelde steht sogar auf  "Konto verwalten" dran welches Abo ich derzeit abgeschlossen habe. Versuche ich in den Kundenservice Chat zu kommen wird mir gesagt dass ich nicht berechtigt bin diese nutzung in anspruch zu nehmen??? Ging es schon mal Jemanden so oder hat Jemand einen Tipp? mfg Robyn

Hi Adobe team, I am a student at Peking University, and our university bought Adobe for us (we students receive an Adobe account and a serial number). However, I am exchanging to Belgium (Ghent University) this year (I am still a Peking university student), can I continue using Adobe at Ghent University?  I ask this because Ghent University give me a computer, so I want to install Adobe software on this computer. But I'm not sure if this constitutes a copyright issue. Could you give me an answer, please? I have users who leave our enterprise but later on want to get access to their assets. How long are those assets accessible? I believe I can re-provision the user with their same email and they get the same access.

So I uninstalled and tried to install again Creative Cloud because I first installed it in a wrong file directory, only thing is that when I tried to download the Creative Cloud setup from the official page (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/?locale=en), my browser detected the file to be damaging to my computer. (screenshots down below). Very stranged, I uploaded the setup to VirusTotal and 5 antiviruses found a malware in it, but I'm aware sometimes it could be a false alarm, but still I wanna be sure and listen to your opinions. Is it safe to download it?   

I have students that are attempting to use the adobe software on our school Macs. When opening Illustrator or another app they are directed to sign into creative cloud. The first time they log in with the app majority of students are able to sign in without issue. The app asks them to create a school account and there are no more issues.  It appears that some of the students have previously created personal creative cloud accounts using their school email addresses. When they try to log into the apps they get the message "Sorry your account is not valid on this device. Please try again with school ID" When we try to create a new account it says there is already an account and signs them in using Google. Does anyone have a workaround or an Idea of what to do?

I am being asked if we know who all is in the "Everyone" team and if it is possible to create additional teams? The idea is that our Marketing Department would like to be able to share libraries to a team instead of granting individual access by person or the "Everyone" team that is currently available.

I use my university email address (monash.edu) as my Adobe ID for my personal account, and I have purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan through my personal account. However, when I installed some apps, I have encountered errors. E.g. I have installed Lightroom. When I started using it, it saidAccess DeniedYou do not have access to this service.Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID. When I sign in with my Adobe ID ( xxx@monash.edu ) as Personal account in the browser, it said: You're all set!You can now close this browser tab and go back to your application. However, when I close the broswer, it has the same error happend! It loops back and does not allow me to access Lightroom and use it. I have also tried to install other apps that should be included in the plan, e.g. photoshop. Hi I am having trouble with my keyboard in all Adobe Suite programs (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). When I press the spacebar while typing, the program either shuts down or it asks if I'd like to close the file and save. Any help would be great. Thanks

Hello. when launching Lightroom, we receive this error 'Lightroom is having trouble connecting to the server'. Here is what we have tried:- Uninstall/ install lightroom- Use the second latest version- Click sign out and sign in againDoes anyone have any suggestion to resolve this? Thank you.

Hi there. I've purchased an Acrobat Pro DC licence for one of my employees, and whenever she logs in to the Adobe website, it tells her she does not have a licence. I installed the software to her computer via Creative Cloud, but it is still marked as a trial version. I have checked the https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activation-deactivation-help.html page and none of those issues apply to her computer or our network or licences. I have also tried to pull her licence and then reassign it, but although she receives the 'unlicenced' email, she never receives an email telling her how to activate her licence. I have exhausted all the options I can think of. Could someone please offer a suggestion, or contact me regarding this issue? The "Contact Us" button in the Support drop-down menu doesn't link to anything. Thanks. /Elisabeth

The message that comes up says "Coming Soon" can I just use the Standard Licence for now? I have reached out to our Customer Care Rep but no response.

I have a company subscription and should have access to a number of adobe apps.  Everytime I try to open Illustrator or Photoshop or any adobe product, it asks me to log in. I then log in with my company email and it says somethign went wrong contact your administrator.  I contacted our adobe team in my company, they said my subscription is still active. I tried checking online over https://account.adobe.com/  but it says Unable to load plans.  I sgined in online which worked, I then tried opening creative cloud over the online console, it opened a window but the window remained white.  How can I use this product?

Hi, my admin console will not let me add a new user to our account today. I've done this for years with no problem. We are all liked through enterprise/google for high school. Anyone have similar issues? TIA 

Hello there, Our organization is a non-profit. We currently have around 10 independent Aboe Acrobat accounts. We'd like to transfer all of them to an organizational umbrella, if possible. What are the steps to do this? I was also wondering about costs and bundles if we grouped accounts together. More and more people in our organization want this software so we want to approach this as mindful to our organization as possible.

I would like to know how to properly collaborate with my team in Adobe Creative Cloud app.We want to have a database of our own branded design templates (psd, ai, indd) that can be easily viewed  and automatically updated in the same way CC Libraries does. Ideally, I would like this database of our own made templates to pop up in the same way that Adobe Stock Templates do in each program. Any help on the difference would be greatly appreciated. I cannot tell if this is through Adobe Cloud Web only, Adobe Creative Cloud app OR Creative Cloud files in Finder. Its very confusing. 

I inherited Adobe at a small preschool and was unclear as to what I had.  Apparently I had two accounts that were costing me $14.99 per month paid via paypal on the 9th of every month and via the company debit card directly from my bank account. In attempting actually use one of these to edit a simple document I ended up with one of the accounts becoming an Adobe Pro account with features I'll likely never use, for $47.98/month with first month extracted immediately.  At one point I saw a second user, but have not been able to determine if the added cost was due to having two users rather than one in the Adobe Pro account.  I have not determine if the direct debit account ($14.99/month) can be eliminated or not as the login seems to go to one or the other for no rhyme nor reason.  I did find invoices for the services which I had not previously known how to access.  I would caution any non professional getting into this to go very slowly, and read before clickin

Hi,   I in charge of the shared devices installations for my organization. But at some point in the last year, the packages tab is gone missing from my admin console and we are not able to get it back. We have check all permissions we can think of, but no success for now.   What can be the problem? What else can we do?
