When I log in with my work email, it defaults to personal account and does not give an option to choose a company profile. My company account shows that I have access to Adobe, but it's not connecting to single sign on and just keep prompting to purchase a plan. How do I get the option of choosing company instead of personal?

Hi,I'm the admin for our team organization, and one of our users is having trouble downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud app—or even a single program. The installation seems to freeze and won’t complete.I also noticed that her account is listed as a Federated ID, while the rest of the team is using Adobe IDs.Not sure if that could be part of the issue.   

 

Hello, I am looking at harvesting the Acrobat Pro DC licences for members who do not require the licence. I am the admin for the licence portal for the organisation. I have seen a logo, if we buy it for our clothing brand, and it will be a success, and we decide to make an Exit (to sell the company), can we then include the logo in the sale of our company, if we buy it from Adobe. 🙂 Best regards William

Just had a very bad experience with a 'customer support' member named Tanish. He kept asking for credit card details when i was asking for help, wasn't listening, was very rude and snarky and told me that what i was trying to purchase cant be done online. After a quick google search, it was a lie. There was a direct link that i shared as proof, as soon as he caught this he exited the chat. I was ready to hand over my details aswell at some point, thankfully there was a delay in getting the company card and I also went with my gut. support chat is not a safe space...

Hello, I have serious problem which cause that adobe suddenly unable to let me login my device in adobe after effects. I worked with AE over ten years and I have never had such a problem. I cant even work on any projects.   Problem description 1. Go to after effects and starts recent project 2. Login box appears and there are my two devices (laptop and office pc) 3. When click on log out any of the. Nothing happens. Loading circle is freezed and neverending loading.   I've tried to disconnect all devices from my account profile - not works, I've tried reinstalling whole adobe with all apps - not works. I've tried to log into my friend account and try to log out his devices and it was the same. Just loading circle. Its very frustrating I should made some edits on my recent project, but I cant figure this out.   After ten minutes od loading this box appeared. Thank you for reply. Michal  

Hi I set up an account but incorrectly as a Personal User.  I ought to have set up a company account.  Is it possible to migrate the active licences to a company account or change the account type to a company account?  I need to do this as we require more licences/Enterprise subscription. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,I am currently encountering some challenges in deploying Adobe applications and am hoping the community can provide some guidance.My main problem is finding older versions of Adobe applications. I have already tried browsing ftp.adobe.com (which appears to be updated only up to CC2014) and https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html (releasing Acrobat Enterprise), but I have been unable to find information regarding other older Creative Cloud applications.The Adobe Admin Console is very inconvenient. The administrator's control over package definitions is very limited. Specifically, the packaged applications do not allow users to choose the installation location during the installation process. The software and hardware requirements during installation are also very demanding.Allowing users to install applications via Adobe Creative Cloud is not a good solution either, because the customization options available to the end user

Hi,I recently purchased Adobe Photography plan 20 GB for 1 year. Instead of receiving license code for that plan I received email from Adobe with information that administrator in organization granted me access to single app plan: Photoshop and then for single app plan: Lightroom + 1 TB.It wouldn't be suspicious to me if it was at a university or a company, but it's a normal purchase. It should work but is my license legitimate in this case? Thanks

As an account admin, I would like the option to suppress email notifications to our users when making a licensing change (removal, assignment of Adobe Standard, Pro, or changes between them). Currently, a user gets an email notifying them of the change. Would want an account wide option to not send any notifications.

Hi, if I understand correctly it is possible to implement SSO (federated ID) with a Creative Cloud Enterprise license. If so, is it possible to implement SSO within the account for the other users with only an Adobe Express license? In other words, do all users require an enterprise license to implement SSO for all users or not?

When creating my account I accidentally created a personal account. I meant to create a "Company or School Account". Can someone help with changing this? Thank you!

I subscribed to Adobe CC through my university with a student discount couple years ago and I want to cancel it since I have graduated and don't want to be charged soon. I am unable to use Adobe chat bot because it keeps saying "Please contact your administrator for help" and doesn't even give me any option to send an email or get in touch with adobe support and my university is telling me to contact KIVUTO to cancel subscription (saying it was set up there) and Kivuto is telling me the university is the admin. This conversation has been going back and forth since July 2024 and I'm literally furious by this situation. All I can do is tell my bank to block Adobe? Anyone able to get me in touch with Adobe? Why is it so difficult to unsubscribe when I used my OWN card??

As a professional photographer and visual artist, I have been using Adobe Photoshop for years, and recently also Firefly. I truly appreciate the creative potential your tools offer. However, I'm encountering serious limitations that are preventing me from using Firefly in a meaningful way for my professional work. My work includes fine art portraiture, maternity photography, and boudoir — all fully legal and artistic forms of expression, with no explicit or inappropriate content. Still, Firefly consistently blocks prompts and images that feature artistic nudity, pregnant bodies, or even subtly sensual compositions, even when nothing is actually visible or offensive. I understand and support the need for safety measures. My old computer was crashing so I bought a new one.  I received a message from Adobe that my Adobe Pro account is not activated on this new computer.  I tried to install it, but received an Error code 713, which "indicates that your Windows User Acocunt Control (UAC) " doesn't have the right permissions to install your app."  What can I do?  It's upsetting to me not to be able to talk to someone or even chat with them.  Doesn't seem right.  I tried the different topics related to my issue, trying to find an answer.  I have work to do.  I don't have time to keep searching for answers.
