We are an education enterprise account and I've assigned a user a Creative Cloud All Apps license. When we launch the Adobe CC Desktop app we see all the apps listed and they all have the option of launching the web version or installing. So we install Acrobat Pro. When the install completes, we launch the program and it's telling the Adobe Acrobat license has expired and that we can still use the application for 4 more days. The license is assigned to this user's email address and it shows all of the apps under all apps when she's signed in to the CC Desktop app. It does say on the bottom of the expired pop up... You're currently signed in with your email ID xxxx@xxxx.com . You can also sign out and use an Adobe ID that already has a paid subscription. Now the license is assigned to the user's Federated ID. I don't have the option for an Adobe ID when assigning the license. But again, it shows all of the apps available to use and install when she's logged in. Just getting an

I got an email with the subject line:Invitation to review Upcoming deadline for [Company account]The email address was message@adobe.com for titled as [contact email address] via Adobe Creative Cloud.There was a link to 'Review' deadline, I clicked it, it asked for my login details, and i went through the process, and now I have been locked out of anything linked to that email address. Have a been scammed?

We're a school district setting up Federated IDs using Google as the source for accounts so we can set up the free student access to Adobe products during the Covid-19 closure.  When the SAML app that provisions user accounts to Adobe is turned On for a Google OU, and Adobe app shows up in the Google waffle for any user in that OU.  The app doesn't appear to do anything, when clicked on it goes to an Adobe ID error page that says "An error occurred.  This might be a sign of an IDP initiated login, which we don't support."  Is it possible to use the SAML app to provision accounts from Google to Adobe admin console without having that app show up in the Google waffle?  It may be a source of confusion for our users.

Hello Ideas Central,Late April 2024 Adobe added the functionality to create flat packages within the Adobe Admin Console. This allows their software installers to be compatible with macOS Sequoia.At my institution, we use JAMF as our MDM management platform for Apple devices. I've experienced considerable issues with the vendor provided PKGs and when uploading to JAMF, they trigger 'Upload Failed' messaging.It appears JAMF cloud spends 10 minutes or so ratifying the installer before rejecting the vendor PKG. It's not related to signing or notorisation because our home baked PKGs we upload aren't affected by this bug.As part of an Adobe support case E-001562156, I've discussed with Vatika and she advises there have been issues reported to Adobe - "It's a known issue".Hard to imagine that 1 year later, Adobe haven't reached out to JAMF to offer some insight into their packaging methods, learn why their PKGs may cause problems, and make adjustments.Please contact support@jamf.comFeel free

I am a high school film teacher and when Adobe had the Cloud syncing features, my students were able to share their files into order to seamlessly collaborate on team film projects. I would save proxies of all of the students' video files to my Cloud folder, sahre the foler with the students who were working on the project and it made collaboration so easy.  Adobe has done away with Cloud syncing- and the new file sharing system, Frame.io is NOT available to use for education CC plans.  Essentially, my students have no way to easily share files for their collaborative film projects. They have no fewer than 30 assets between different clips, foley etc. so simply sharing every file makes no sense AND they are often adding to their asset library as they realize they need to reshoot something. Simply zipping the files and sharing the zip is not a viable solution. They need access to an online shared, synced folder (our school network does not have sufficient storage for

I have about 900GB of files in Creative Cloud and while I did sync them to a local drive about a month ago I wanted to be sure before Adobe deletes everything. However when I follow the process to download them as zips. I get the error in the screenshot below. Please help as this is urgent. 

Hello, I have a question in need - is it possible to use my personal licence of Photoshop and Illustrator on my personal laptop for my newly acquired job in a company (if it is a commercial environment)? Laptop and therefore mentioned programs would be used only by me, and I don't even need to connect to the company network/wi-fi etc. (I will use the paid data in my phone as hotspot). Or does it somehow break rules of my personal license? I am a bit confused.

earlier today, for some reason the school account which my school pays for the applications such as Lr,Ps etc... wouldnt let me use Ps and would say"Subscription suspended". what do i do as im a photographer and i rely on applications like these.

A red "Payment issue" alert banner keeps being served up within my Adobe CC console window (see screengrab attached); however there are no issues with either my billing information, plus my monthly subscription payments are up-to-date. How do I stop the red banner being displayed every time I login to my adobe account…?    

Hi all, For the school where I am working for they are using shared computers for the students.Some students are not able to buy a license of adobe so we are working with shared license on computer based. Before adding the applications in sccm I am testing it by installing it manual on a spare laptop. All the Adobe products installs fine with : setup.exe --silent I am able to deploy Adobe CC through SCCM by following this website: Deploy Adobe Creative Cloud using SCCM | ConfigMgr (prajwaldesai.com)When I want to deploy Photoshop in de same way like Adobe CC it is not getting installed.My question is, how can I proper install Photoshop and all the other products through SCCM?I also tried the .msi file, but it fails also.

How do I install Adobe Animate 2024 by itself without the adobe creative cloud desktop app? I know there's a way how to since I've seen a set up file thing for adobe animate. (It's kind of like installing adobe flash cs 4 with the installation folder with the set up exe and the other folders) I'd also like to know if there's a way to do this for other adobe apps. I have an active Adobe Stock account, I received an email telling me that I had changed my email address to another email. I didn't do this, how can I recover my account with my previous address, my payment is active and I can't use the stock because of that. How can I authenticate my account?

I completed a free trial because I needed to sign a PDF.. and was going to cancel afterwards. When I went to check my account, there were no plans or payments so I thought I was fine. Then I find out I was charged anyways. I have checked my account and still there is nothing there so I cannot cancel it even though that is all I want. I tried to contact support but it says to contact my admin but they cannot do anything because nothing is showing up on my account. I just want to cancel and get my money back, I even have the email confimation and invoice and charge but nothing is on my account!! ADOBE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I even tried to contact support through a seperate account and they cannot help me since it is the other email I have. This is unbelievable.

Hello All, We recently implemented automatic assignment rules, and they so far are working well. I am wondering if there has been any consideration to possibly add more filtering to select who is eligible for automatic assignment of the products. One thing that would be helpful would either be by filtering by an AD or cloud group a user is in, or even by what OU they are in within AD. In our case, we have applicants who are just applicants and technically could get an Adobe license if they knew about it without being a student here since our applicants and students have the same email domain. If anyone has any thoughts or can point me in the direction on how to submit a feature request for this specific idea, that would be great. Thanks, Miranda
