I’m unable to send comments to an approver along with my request.
Adobe Express has been inaccessible for me since I started my paid subscription 2 weeks ago.Since yesterday I get “This site can’t be reached” and ERR_FAILED when trying to open Adobe Express. It fails on Chrome and Safari, including the normal browser page, not just the app-like version. I already cleared cache and cookies, and the problem persists across browsers. This is critical because all of my designs are stored there and I cannot access my work. Please help
I want to delete my account but I can't because I own an organization and I'm the only administrator and contract owner. I created the account for fun, and I don't have a business. I also don't have any active subscriptions. I've already tried messaging people and contacting customer support but all I've gotten is links for how to delete my account even though those don't work for my situation. I wondering if someone who works at adobe can delete my account for me since I can't do it myself?
I activated my Adobe Substance 3D Collection Education 12-month subscription on the 13th of November 2025. The subscription and all my plans and orders & invoices have been removed from my account. I have logged in the right account but all info and my still active subscription has been removed. I have now lost all access to the Apps I need for my education. The apps on my Adobe account now only show Trial available. Is there a way to access my still active subscription and regain access to the apps?Thank you for any helpSofia

This is a bit complicated so bear with me. I work for a very large organisation, when I first started, I was given an adobe account (Enterprise I think) and licence for Location A. Since then, I have worked across multiple locations and never had an issue with my account. But recently Location A cleared all their old users, including me (fair!). I contacted them and they’ve confirmed I’m not one of their users anymore. I no longer have access to any licence or subscription. They can’t help me. I’ve been looking at what my options are and I’m stuck. I can’t remove myself from an organisation because I am not linked to one. I cannot change my email or delete my account (no idea why, the options just aren’t there). I have no plans, licences, or subscriptions - if I try to sign up for one, I get “Contact your admin for access”. The only things I seem to be able to change is my public profile details. The Account Name isn’t even my name - it's my old location. I am not the administrator of

I am an IT administrator for a K-12 educational institution and we are using Adobe Creative Cloud Shared Device Licensing. In the Adobe Admin Console, we have the following setup: Creative Cloud – All Apps (Shared Device) Adobe Express for education Custom Fonts I have assigned a user (teacher) to the Creative Cloud product as well as to Custom Fonts. The user received the confirmation email that Custom Fonts are available and should be accessible after signing into Creative Cloud. However, when the user signs into Creative Cloud Desktop on a shared device, they cannot use Adobe Fonts. In the Fonts section, they see a message indicating that permission may be required and that they should contact their administrator.I have already verified: The user is correctly assigned to the product and Custom Fonts in Admin Console The user can sign in successfully The issue persists even after signing out and back in to Creative Cloud Desktop Additionally, I am managing the Admin Console fro
Hi everyone,I’m having a persistent licensing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop/Illustrator) on Windows. I am a user in a Teams/Enterprise subscription (not the admin). The Problem: After I changed the installation language from German to English in the CC App, Photoshop and Illustrator started showing "License Expired" or "Trial Expired" upon launch. However, when I check my account online, it correctly shows "Active - All Apps" under my Business/Company Profile.Current State: In the CC Desktop App, the "Home" tab shows "Open" for Photoshop, but the "Apps" tab shows "Install". When I launch Photoshop as Admin, the user icon (top right) appears and shows my Company Profile, but the "License Expired" banner remains. I am 100% sure I am logging in with the "Company/School Account" option. What I have already tried (without success): Logged out and back in multiple times. Deleted the OOBE, AAMUpdater, and OperatingConfigs folders in AppData/ProgramData. Cleared all
I have an enterprise account, and a personal one using the same email address. Creative Cloud desktop allows for profile selection, to log in with the enterprise one, but the local Apps keep opening up with the personal one (no profile selection option) and complain about licensing issues. I don't have an option in my profile not to “auto select” a profile. I've tried logging out & back in several times, I always end up with the same behavior:Creative Cloud → enterprise (the web version works!)Local apps → personal accounts (no license!)

Migrating users from Adobe ID to Federated ID so we can implement SSO. In the csv, if their username is listed as firstname.lastname@domain.com but their default username in our domain is just lastname@domain.com - should I be changing that in the “new username” column in the csv?

I’m reaching out because our company has lost access to our Adobe Admin Console, and currently we do not know who within the organization has administrator access to it.We would like assistance in either resetting the administrator access or identifying which accounts currently have admin permissions for our corporate Adobe Admin Console.Could you please guide us on the process to recover access or connect us with the appropriate team who can help resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your support.
I’m coming here because I don’t know where to go for this inquiry - all avenues into Adobe have resulted in non-response, tickets that are opened and then quickly closed without notice, or promises to resolve the issue with no follow-up.We are a SMB with a VIP account who overpaid Adobe via ACH during our renewal last year. We overpaid because Adobe added products to the invoice that we had not asked for. We called Adobe after realizing the mistake and they changed our invoice to match what we had originally requested. Since then, we have realized just how bad Adobe support is. It feels impossible to get someone on the phone who can see the payments made to Adobe versus what we have been invoiced. We have sent multiple emails to our account manager requesting a refund - they never responded to those emails (in fact, they never respond to any of our email).Earlier this month, we received a notification that our return order had been processed. However, this was not the refund we were ex
Hi all, many of our users perform regular updates of Adobe products but keep the previous version of the products on their computers. This leads to additional security Issues.Unfortunately, we cannot specify this user setting via the self-service guidelines. If possible, we would like to add this setting to the self-service guidelines so that we can pass it on to our users as a default setting. So that the check box “Remove old versions” is preselected for our users in the Cloud Desktop. (screenshot User Options in Cloud Desktop)
I’m the sole user on the account (not enterprise or teams). What can I do?
Hi Team,I would like to modify the number of licenses under our Creative Cloud Pro Plus team plan from 5 to 3, as we are currently within the renewal window. However, I am unable to make this change through the online admin console — the system does not allow me to reduce the number of seats.Could you please assist with adjusting our subscription to 3 licenses before the upcoming renewal on 18 November 2025? Thank you!Kind regards,Balazs Varadi
"I am using a generic/departmental email address that was previously managed by a former employee. I have access to the email, but the Adobe account is still linked to the old user's personal info and security settings. I need to 'hard reset' this specific Adobe ID so I can start fresh with the same email address, as if it were the very first time logging in, and then re-add it to our Admin Console. What is the best procedure to completely purge the old user's metadata and security info from this email?
Is there a method to add an Administrative Role to a synchronized group? We have a service desk that needs to log onto the administrator console and right now I am adding the users individually. We already assign licenses and products using synchronized Entra/Azure groups. Can the same thing be done for the Admin Roles? These users are all added to an Azure group and removed when they leave- so a group makes more sense than a manual add.
Hi Team,We are working on a healthcare use case using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Web SDK, and Adobe Target. Our goal is to deliver personalized content to users based on their health conditions. However, due to compliance constraints, we cannot expose PHI data. Instead, we plan to send only abstracted attributes/flags from AEP (e.g., isDiabetic = true). On the content side, AEM will provide Content Fragments (CFs), which will be imported into Adobe Target as offers.Given this setup, I have a few questions:Is it possible to match AEP profile attributes (such as boolean flags like isDiabetic) with offers in Adobe Target in real time using Web SDK? Considering scalability (potentially hundreds of offers from AEM) and multiple health conditions per user, what would be the best approach to design this personalization? Should we rely on audience-based targeting in Adobe Target? Or is a metadata/tag-based approach (mapping user attributes to offer attribut
Creative Cloud does not give any options to install 64-bit programs on my computer (even though I run a 64-bit system). Acrobat (not Reader) in particular I’d like to have as a 64-bit, but there’s no option to change it to that. How do I go about changing this? Are all apps available in both 32- and 64-bit architecture or not?
