Can any one please help with this fullscreen issue that I am having?DescriptionI have identified what appears to be the cause of a Full Screen UI problem in Lightroom Desktop 9.6 on macOS.When switching between normal windowed mode and Full Screen mode, Lightroom's top toolbar/header changes height. This is the horizontal toolbar running across the top of the Lightroom window. It contains the Photos button/navigation control, Search All Photos, Notifications bell, Share, Help and Cloud status. In Full Screen mode, this toolbar becomes noticeably taller than it is in normal windowed mode. The content below the toolbar does not appear to be correctly repositioned to account for the increased toolbar height. As a result, the top of the photograph is cut off, and the top of the Histogram is also clipped - no try much but it is an annoyance!Steps to reproduceOpen Lightroom Desktop 9.6 on macOS. Open a photograph in the Edit view. Observe the height of the top toolbar in normal windowed mode. Sw

The menu item for Edit > Remote 1 Photo from Album does not display the short cut key in the way that others immediately above it do (for example Select None.)Edit: The shortcut key is DeleteLightroom version: 9.6 MAS arm64 [ 20260923-1659-a32d844 ] (Sep 23 2026)p.s. This menu item changes the number based on the number of selected photos. Is it possible that in general the dynamically generated menu item texts just don’t handle shortcut keys correctly?
i open lrc i try to edit and then it freezes up on me and wont load the edited image so i have to exit out of lrc and try to restart by reopening the program then it does it again. I can not get through one photo without it freezing on me!

After applying AI Denoise to a batch of RAW photographs in Lightroom Desktop 9.6 on macOS, JPG export hangs and never begins.Steps to reproduceOpen RAW photographs in Lightroom Desktop. Apply AI Denoise to multiple photographs as a batch. Wait for Denoise processing to complete. Select the processed photographs and export as JPG. Export progress doesn’t action or show.Troubleshooting performedDisabling GPU acceleration does not resolve the issue. Rolling back from Lightroom 9.6 to 9.5.1 does not resolve the issue. The original RAW files export correctly. Applying Denoise to an individual photograph can work correctly but then hangs again. Clearing the CameraRaw/ModelZoo cache temporarily appeared to resolve the problem, but the issue returned after batch Denoise. Most importantly: after batch Denoise completes, quitting Lightroom completely and reopening it allows the same Denoised photographs to export successfully. This appears to indicate that batch AI Denoise is leaving Lightroom’s
There is a significant rendering discrepancy between the application preview and the final exported file, manifesting as erasure artifacts and excessive digital noise. When using the object removal tool, the in-app preview processes the background correctly, resulting in a uniform and clean finish. However, upon downloading the file, the image suffers extreme degradation, becoming riddled with digital noise (grain) and revealing a large, distinct dark patch in the exact area on the left side where the object was removed
Cannot utilize mask presets in Lightroom Classic after update to version 15.6. After waiting over an hour for the AI models to “download”, nothing happens and starts all over again when another masking preset is used. I have logged out, logged in, run as administrator, uninstalled. re-installed Lightroom Classic. Nothing works.
Je pense que ma vidéo va parler d'elle-même.
Starting with Lr Desktop 9.5 (issue is still present in 9.6) the Constrain Crop checkbox disappeared in the Geometry panel. Meanwhile, it's still available on the iOS versions. The checkbox disappearing was concurrent with the introduction of Generative Expand. I don't always want to expand my image when a crop will do fine. Save the tokens for something else.
Since updating to LR 9.6 (Windows 11 10.0.22631) presets that have been applied with a reduced amount (e.g. 50 instead of 100) will reset to 100 when moving to the next photo or applying further settings to the same photo.Previously, when I applied a preset I could reduce the amount with the slider or by entering the amount. The amount was saved and the preset has been applied with the respective intensity. This could be easily used to adjust the mood of different photos to the same level. Now, when reducing the amount from 100 to e.g. 50 the adjustment only remains temporarily but resets to 100 when other settings are applied or I simply move to the next photo. Even the thumbnail in the list changes instantly back to a intensity amount of 100 of the applied preset.
I am using the Adobe integration within ChatGPT with my Adobe Lightroom cloud catalogue.ChatGPT can successfully search my Lightroom catalogue and Adobe returns the expected assets, including filenames, asset IDs, file types, dates, orientation information and Adobe rendition URLs.The Adobe search-result interface can also display thumbnails of the Lightroom images to me.However, when ChatGPT attempts to obtain a model-readable preview of any Lightroom asset through the Adobe integration, the preview-resolution step fails.Adobe returns: previewUrl: null renditionUrl: null downloadUrl: null As a result, ChatGPT can search and identify photographs in my Lightroom catalogue but cannot actually inspect or analyse the image pixels.File formats testedThis has been reproduced with both: Fujifilm .RAF RAW files Standard .JPG / image/jpeg files Therefore, this does not appear to be related specifically to Fujifilm RAW support. For example, Lightroom successfully returned JPEG assets includ

Hello Adobe team, I’ve been suffering with frequent crashes of Lightroom (aka Lightroom CC, but NOT Lightroom Classic) since November. I had a busy / active forum thread going but it has apparently been made unavailable ~8 days ago when you re-launched the Community site, which is very frustrating. This was the link to the thread - perhaps you can see it still? Summary: I am using Lightroom 9.1 (aka Lightroom CC, *NOT* Lightroom Classic) on my MacBook Pro (M4 Max CPU, 48GB RAM, macOS Tahoe 26.2). Sometime around November, the app began freezing with a pinwheel cursor while doing routine activities: editing a photo, exporting pics, or even just being left open but in the background. Attempting to quit Lightroom puts it into a pinwheel freeze 90% of the time. I’ve submitted dozens of crash reports, hopefully you can see them (they’re linked to my Adobe account). I also have two fresh log outputs from today (a Console crash report and a Lightroom Diagnostic log) which I’m happy to share

Filtering for “unflagged” images works fine in Lightroom Desktop, for both regular albums and smart albums. But many of those same albums are not filtering for “unflagged” items in Lightroom Web.
Since the recent update, I’m having a lot of issues with masks. When I create a new mask (example a linear gradient mask) some of the sliders have already been adjusted. I have the ‘Reset sliders automatically’ box checked. Additionally, sometimes I am adjusting the sliders for a mask and the change is not being applied to the image (like if I change the exposure slider the selected area does not get brighter/darker). Finally, if I right click on a mask » Delete » nothing happens and the mask isn’t deleted. Is this a known issue? Any tips on how to resolve this please?I am using Lightroom version 9.4 and Windows 11.
Device: Samsung Galaxy A25 5GApp: Adobe Lightroom Mobile (latest version downloaded from the Google Play Store)Subscription: Adobe Lightroom PremiumIssue: Lens Blur opens and works normally. I can adjust the blur amount, bokeh shape, and all other settings. The preview is displayed correctly. However, when I adjust the Focus Range (depth range) and tap Apply, Lightroom always displays the following error:"A refinement error occurred. Please try again."The effect is visible in the preview, but it cannot be applied because the refinement process fails.I have already reinstalled the application, and the issue persists.
When using iOS (iPhone), I want to only look at photos on a single camera body (I shoot with 2 different cameras). When selecting the body I want through the “Filter by…Camera”, the order of images disregards any of the options for how to sort them (such as file name, capture time, etc). The images appear jumbled and out of order. When attempting to try three different “sort by” options and even “reverse order”, it was the same order of images in their mixed up order. See the attached video. Screen recording unusual sort and filter behavior on mobile (ios) The attached photo shows the current version being used with all iOS updates installed as of this post.
I’m trying to open the Lightroom desktop app on a 2021 Macbook Pro. It looks as if the app starts to open, but then crashes immediately. I’ve tried restarting my laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling lightroom, and signing out/signing back into the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I’m still able to access other Adobe products on the laptop, it’s just Lightroom itself that’s unable to open. I can’t provide any screenshots, since the app itself won’t open. It’s not Lightroom Classic, but the new Lightroom app.
After the Lightroom 11.5 update on Android 16 (Samsung S24 Ultra, OneUI 8.5), we can not any longer make minor adjustments when cropping and moving an image, as it jumps back and forth due to the guidelines "guiding" the photo. Before the guidelines were introduced yesterday, everything worked flawlessly. We really need to be able to make minor adjustments without these restrictions, just like we used to!Thank you.
It is not yet clear whether the data entry issue in the "Masks" section has been fixed, as a new problem has already appeared. It causes even more inconvenience, because it cannot be solved by switching from photo to photo and back.It is impossible to manually enter values in the "Exposure" field. Both on the main panel in general settings and in the "Masks" section. Using the mouse cursor or the up/down arrows on the keyboard, everything works correctly. But doing it manually is impossible. For example, when you need to enter exact values, such as +0.05 and the like. And this wouldn't be a big problem and could be done with the slider using the mouse, BUT there is an important catch. In the "Masks" section, when moving the slider with the mouse, it jumps only and immediately by 4 points, not by 1, as required for fine-tuning. For example, its values can only be 4, 8, 12 (and not 1, 2, 3), and so on. When I want to enter +0.06, an error message appears and the value increases straight
Hello,I am experiencing a persistent and reproducible problem when trying to export or convert photos from my Lightroom cloud library, and I would appreciate your help investigating it.Summary of the issueWhen I select a large batch of photos (several hundred to several thousand) and run "Export Originals," the process regularly stalls partway through — sometimes after only a few dozen images, sometimes after several hundred. The progress indicator simply stops advancing, with no error message and no further disk or network activity after a short time. The problem is specific to JPEG-sourced images. RAW files export without any issues, both with and without GPU acceleration enabled. It is not limited to a handful of individual files — it recurs across entire series of JPEGs (in my case, digitized scans from negatives and slides, all processed the same way), which rules out isolated file corruption as the cause.I have also tried "Render to DNG" as a workaround, since DNG output does not
At some point over the past few months, Lightroom updated the Filename options on export and completely broke how sequential filenaming worked. I’ve noticed each of the following behavior changes. In 2025 and Prior:When exporting a sufficient number of photos at once, Lr would automatically add leading zeros. (EXAMPLE: If exporting at least 10 photos, the first photos would sequence as 01, 02, 03, etc., if exporting at least 100, the first photos would sequence as 001, 002, 003, etc.) When executing multiple exports at different times, Lr would recall the previously used filename AND remember what the last used sequence number was (EXAMPLE: After exporting 15 photos with the Custom Name - Sequence defined as “PhotoName” with a starting number of “1,” if another export was later begun, the options would be preloaded with “PhotoName” still in the Custom Name field and the starting number would update to “16.”Now, when using Lightroom, both of these behaviors are completely broken. No matte
