My 20gb creative cloud storage is showing as full, even though I have removed most of my synced photos on the cloud. I'm not sure what I should do now, as there isn't anything else I can delete, and what is left isn't anywhere near 20gb. I'm using Lightroom Classic and the iPad app to edit photos across the cloud. Can anyone help please?
Hi! I eould be grateful for some help going about problems with a filled up internal hard drive. I am using Lightroom cloud edition. The cache file is getting quite large now when I’m reaching 1TB of stored pictures and it is filling up my computer’s internal hard drive. Can I move the chace file to an external hard drive without loosing any edits or encountering any other problems? I can't really tidy up something else on the drive which is rather small (old macbook pro) and the cache file is the largest thing stored besides software programmes that I can't really delete. Thanks for any tips!
How can I dock the information panel? I thought this was previously how it works. Now it seems to float, cutting off the last few images in my film strip which is annoying.
For as long as I can remember, my Lightroom CC has been having an issue with mouse hijacking whenever it is open. The mouse will randomly relocate to the bottom left of the screen, then if I try to move it, it will reset it back to the bottom left of the screen. The only way to get around it is to wait for several seconds, then it will release it back and I can start using it again. It will randomly do this while using the app, or even other apps, as long as Lightroom is open. If I hide Lightroom (cmd + h) and use other apps, it no longer causes the issue. I am currently using a Macbook Pro with Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 and Lightroom CC version 7.5. Don't tell me this is because my software isn't up to date, since I upgraded to Monterey when it was new and the problem was not resolved.
Hey everyone, I've been running low on space lately, so I've decided to delete all rejected images and those used for stitching panoramas and HDRs. What are your thoughts on this? Do you typically keep all your stitching files? The only reason I'm considering keeping them is for those rare occasions when someone asks for the original raw file.

Добрый день! Я перенесла информацию на новый телефон. Но моя подписка премиум не перенеслась, что делать?
My paid subscription doesn't work. There aren't any functions in lightroom. What can I do?
how I can I do for report
I will spend a great deal of time editing photos in Lightroom (most updated version) but when I come back later, the edits on some photos randomly reset like I haven't touched it to begin with. It's taking more time to edit photos because I keep having to redo them. I think this is happening when I change the sorting view with photos, but I'm not sure how to replicate the issue with it happening so randomly. It's happening everytime I use lightroom now.
My mobile app shut down while importing photos. This happened several times then I got a message that 183 of the 380 photos. Is my storage full or is there another problem?
Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this is the correct page to post this?...But anyway... I'm new here but previously had Lightroom many years ago although I didnt use it alot and its changed loads since 2014. However the reignition of my photography intrest after selling my D850 and buying the Nikon Z8 coupled with the frustrating 'Apple Photo' editing software has lead me to buy Lightroom again. Now I say the Apple Photo is frustrating, well a lot of that may of been down to the limitations of the Laptop I was using as although its a 16'' Macbook Pro it is several years old and only has 16GB of Ram so editing photos over 50MB it used to take ages to catch up with some of the edits especially if I was using the 'Retouch Tool' which I use alot as I have loads of old negatives scanned onto disc & then downloaded onto my PC and as they are really old negatives most have inperfections on them I have to edit out. So along with a new camera I also splashed out an the A

Using Lightroom v8.2 on Mac. I uploaded a batch of images yesterday and those that used any AI features such as Denoise or removing elements are not syncing to the cloud. All other images from the same upload batch synced without problems. I tried exporting a DNG or JPEG of these images, and re-adding them to catalogue, and they will still not sync. In lightroom web, these appear in the sync issues folder with the message "Open image in Lightroom on Macbook Pro to continue syncing" despite that Lightroom is infact open and attempting to sync infinitely. I tried opening an unrelated JPEG and it synced without issues, it appears directly related to only the images that got AI masks or processing. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling lightroom without success. Uploading these DNGs into the lightroom web led also resulted in "upload failed" message; suggesting that these images are somehow corrupted by the AI feature. This is a feature request for Lightroom for iPad. It would be great if I could apply the "auto" edit function to all selected photos (or all photos in a particular album, or all photos in a particular import), rather than having to manually apply the "auto" editing tool for each one, on Lightroom for iPad. I understand this can be done on the desktop version of Lightroom, but it cannot be done on the iPad version. I travel with an iPad, not a laptop, and I prefer to apply "auto" edit to my shots and then work from there with my own tweaks, rather than starting from a raw file or jpeg and manually editing from scratch. For example, I shot 6000 images during a glorious week of travel in Kenya this past week, and I am at the airport right now with my iPad keen to cull them down and edit the best ones during the long flight home. It takes forever to go image by image. I could probably get the whole job done in one plane flight if Lightroom had this feature.
I take pics for school sports and need to get rid of past years.. How do I deleted Albums and pics permanently from my folders in bulk. Only way i see is individually.
I remember a while ago while using lightroom you could select a shortcut on your keyboard to preview you final edited photo in lightroom. There were 3 options, with 3 variable settings to black out the background panels and controls so that only you image was visable. I thought it was "command + L" which you clicked up to 3 times to roll through the 3 black out options. I can't seem to find any reference to it on this new version of Lightroom. Does anyone else remember this preview option?
Soooo tired of continuously not being able to scroll through images by using the arrow keys. I particularly notice it after selecting and deleting a group of images. Then going back to scrolling doesn't work without having to fiddle around or closing and restarting the app. [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]
Hello! I've recently encountered that the cropping feature has become extremely "laggy" and is not smooth at all. I've messed with storage and clearing cache with no success, so I went ahead and deleted the app and reinstalled it and it appeared to fix the issue as I used it for a few minutes and then closed it. Now, after opening it again for the second time after reinstalling, it is does the same thing. I'm not sure if this is a phone issue on my end or a software issue on the app's end that I need to wait out. Any help is appreciated!
Hello, Within the past week, the web version of Lightroom has become so slow that it is not usable. It used to take a few seconds for all photos to render. Now, it takes over 30 seconds. I'm using a Chromium-based browser: Edge on Windows. I have a high-end desktop with a month-old clean/new install of Windows 11 Pro and a 5080 graphics card. I have reset Edge to defaults and reinstalled Edge with no improvements. The slowness occurs on my laptop, too. I would rather not remove/import my library again or use another browser unless this is an isolated instance to me or my account. Is anyone else experiencing this slowness with Lightroom on the web with Windows using a Chromium-based browser? Paul
My camera has a built-in GPS, and the data goes right into the xif data, in-camera. Lightroom Mobile seems to remove this data when photos are transfered to LRM on my iPad, and that's a big problem for me. This behavior seems so weird to me. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight? I have no interest in cloud storage of my photos. I use LRM just so I don't have to lug a laptop around.Thanks,-Ron
who are you asking? stock contributors? lightroom users? some other group?
