Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Phones such as the new Samsung S26 Ultra appear to save their jpgs from the 50mp camera in DCI-P3 colourspace.  When opened in photoshop they appear correctly toned as they do on the phone screen but in lightroom (where we do most of our workflow) they appear oversaturated and over exposed I assume as it incorrectly interprets them as sRGB. Since Photoshop already correctly views these I am wondering why Lightroom does not. It seems that it does correctly identify them as HDR but not as SDR.

Hello,​I'm reporting a bug regarding the HDR export capabilities in Lightroom for mobile (Android). Currently, it is impossible to export an edited HDR photo as an HDR JPG, despite the app supporting HDR editing.​The Issue:When you finish editing a photo in HDR mode and go to export it, the "HDR Output" toggle is completely missing if you select JPG as the File Type.​However, if you switch the File Type to the mostly unsupported and useless AVIF, the "HDR Output" toggle appears and functions as expected. I am about ready to throw in the towel on this crap. I’m on the newest update as of today. This has increasing gotten worse and worse with the BUGS!!! Masking never selects the subject correctly anymore, my removal tool has TOTALLY stopped working and just other small bugs. This all came to head trying to separately get these images done from a shoot Thursday. All I have been doing is trouble shooting and wasting my time. I’m SUPER angry, I can’t get a refund as I’ve had it too long and WHAT a waste of money!!!

Import new photos with the latest Lr Version on iPad Inside a new album, filtering by Camera shows “No result found” Going into the “All photos” master album, the camera are shown in the filter menu. However, none of the new photos are shown, only old ones.Lightroom iPadLr 11.2.2 0A0E34/233

Je trouve que vous pourriez aller plus loins avec l’IA. Par exemple :- avoir la possibilité d’écrire ce qu’on attends comme changement et qu’il le fasse lui-même. - avoir la possibilité d’avoir un agent qui nous apprend quelle réglages faire pour obtenir le résultat qu’on veut ou qu’il faudrait. - être plus intégré dans les filtres recommandés car les propositions sont souvent assez nuls, donc plus analyser la photo et faire en fonction de nos préférences, des photos existantes similaires, etc. - ajouter du contenu, comme agrandir l’image, mettre du maquillage, ajouter un fond, des objets, etc. - faire du upcycle IA pour les photos de très mauvaise qualité 

Like the title said, it says no exports left, but it won't let me sign-in either. It's just perpetually stuck with the loading symbol no matter what I click. I already force stopped the app and cleared my cache repeatedly. I cannot export anything and it has been like this for 2 weeks now. It is Lightroom Mobile for context, if that matters. Is it a bug, or should I just delete it and reinstall again? Thank you for your help 

Generative AI removals are taking SO LONG to process, and often end with an error that says “Could not remove. Something went wrong. Please try again.”This is happening almost every time I try to remove more than one spot at a time, but even one spot is taking forever to load.

Hi. I logged into Lightroom on my iPhone today after not using the app for a while. My photos briefly appeared under the Lightroom tab but then disappeared and I now see a “There’s nothing here” screen. Can you help me retrieve my photos? 

A preset in Crop & Geometry to apple a Vertical setting to all images selected but where each image is treated individually. If the same Vertical setting is batched to all images the results obviously differ a lot.Is this possible please?

I paid for a yearly subscription for Lightroom on my phone on Google Play. My Google Play subscriptions page says it's still active and due to end on July 31st 2026. However, Lightroom says it's expired and even in my Adobe account, it's apparently expired. Restore purchase isn't working, so I'm not sure what to do or how to fix this.I was using it not even a week ago perfectly normal. Same account, nothing has changed. It just all of a sudden removed my premium features today. 

Pago o premium pra usar todos os recursos do app, mas de um mês pra cá não estão funcionando! Exemplo: o retoque no rosto! Não funciona. A mensagem que aparece é que não tem área pra retocar. 

The remove panel doesn’t work since the last update.  I can access the panel and select what I want removed, but when I press the remove icon, my computer completely freezes and I have to shut it down and restart.  Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

I am getting sick of losing edits on my pictures because it crashes, I am not able to use my edit 70% of the time because it is not working. Denoise is changing picture black and white. I crashes 6 times a day. Why

Looks like I got an update on my iPad for Lightroom cloud. I went to go edit pictures like I usually do after a game. The new UI for Crop and Geometry is horrible!!!I get that it’s maybe more feature rich, but I need to do two things. Make it horizontal and crop the image. Previously this took 3-5 touches on the screen. Using my iPad. I just tried to edit the 250 pictures from a game and it took 10-15 mousse clicks for each picture!! Because you took away the ability to crop the image from the photo. I now have to guess at the scale and x/y offset. It is not obvious what my edit will do until I let go of the control. When I have 250 images to get through, this is 4xing my workflow. This was a horrible, horrible update. Please offer the ability to look at an image and adjust the crop visually not through controls.

Depuis cette semaine, sur mes deux ordinateurs, fonctionnant tous les deux sous windows 11, mes modèles utilisateurs ont disparu du module impression. Dans l’explorateur de modèles il y a les modèles Lightroom mais pl;us aucun modèles utilisateurs.Est-il possible de les retrouver ou faut-il les recréer?D’avance merci pour votre réponse.

When I select the “Share” icon in the upper right of the UI, Export settings for Share opens. The top two options, “File type” and “Dimension” are greyed out, though I can still “Include watermark” and go to “More options”.Previously, this was not the case. I can't use my blur option it's loading for a while then it say try again later why this problem? Please fix this problem.

Photos face retouching not working properly to many days so plz fix this bug from your side 

I purchased the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (in-app purchase) but app says my subscription is expired and I don’t have access to creative cloud storage or selective gradients. When I try to renew subscription app says I’m already subscribed.I have contacted Adobe via live chat and they said it was an iTunes billing issue as they have not received payment for my subscription but they seemed to not know much about the service as they kept offering that I subscribe to the Lightroom $9.99/month plan for desktop. I then contacted Apple and they assured me that it is an issue on the developers end.I have been dealing with this issue for several weeks with no resolution. It is very frustrating because it worked perfectly the first month of my subscription but after the auto renewal I began to have these issues. Since then I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed and the issue still exists. Please help

I have not had this problem before. I am running Lightroom on a PC with Windows 11 but as the edit function is inoperative I cannot use it at all at the moment! Thanks for any help you can give me.Val Perrin (M)

After applying edits the "original" photo is overwritten. On browser version I can still se the original photo.I see it happened when I save edit as a preset and then applying it, after that the original photo is lost.
