Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

After importing a number of photos, I enter the detail view and try to use the cursor keys to move backwards and forewards through the recently improted images in order to "cull" the ones I don't want.  Increasingly there is a pause of a second or two before the last (or sometimes the second to last) image is selected, I then have to either click back through every photo of the recent import or come out to grid view and then select the next image I want to view.  It's very frustrating and makes what should be a quick scan through images selecting the rejects, into a very tedious unpleasant experiance.  I don't think it's an issue with my laptop, it's running an i7 with 32gb of RAM.

new AI update for photos seems to be overthinking because my fan turns on and doesn't stop. After several minutes will updating its still at 0% updated. i have to end app and reopen.

PC editor, Windows 10 x64 professional.  RTX 3090 Ti, 32GB (very) fast RAM, SSD, plenty of free space, all software/firmware/hardware up to date (LR v8.4).  130 Mbps internet @PC89_2.  Other apps running or not has no effect.  Anywhere from 500-2000 photos loaded (All Photos), makes no difference.For the first couple of months since starting to use Lightroom, it was very fast and practically never glitched or crashed.  For the past few months now, it VERY often slows absurdly and/or suddenly the image turns extremely pixelated (like 400x267 on an image that is and was just showing at 7826x5217) when performing various functions.  Sometimes while using AI remove, or while zoomed in doing healing brush, or just color correcting.  Sometimes waiting it out 30 seconds to a few minutes sees it return to normal, sometimes not.  And even when it does revert, it just happens again a few moments later.This makes editing nearly impossible, and absolutely im

I get a message telling me my cloud storage is nearly full but I can't find a way to clear it. Ideally I'd like to stop syncing to the cloud altogether as I don't use it and do all my backups to dropbox. I'm using an iphone 15 pro on ios 18.5

my android phone (s24u) ran out of storage so I used Google photos to remove all the pics i have backed up on google. However my phone started complaining that it was out of space again. Looking at the manage storage, most of the storage (103GB) has been taken by lightroom. This means I can't take new photos. My guess is it's downloaded a load of stuff from cloud storage, but why so much? Is it possible to limit it?  I asked the customer services. The AI bot thing is dreadful and the human rep just hung up.

Hello, if anybody can HELP!!!I trying to edit photos in my Lightroom. I ready have everything saved on my hard drive. I’m connecting it to my MacBook and importing raw photos to Lightroom and I’m noticing automatically it’s syncing to a preset. I don’t know how to reset that Lr setting and I tried many different ways to figure out what preset is it syncing into but I can’t figure it out how do I undo that so I can enter photos and it shows RAW images? hope that makes sense:(

Hello. I am using light room 8.4 with 1 TB cloud storage. I am using MAC OS. Sequia 15.5 I import my photos directly to the cloud storage.  If I delete a photo the trash bin stays empty.  This morning I was deleting a lot of photos and for the first time since I started using it, LR was asking me to confim I wanted to delete the photos and moving them to trash. I just came back to continue the cleanup and now photos are just being removed and  no confirmation message and the trash been file count is not growing.  the total file count does not decrease either.  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? 

Hey guys please can someone help me I am trying to move my catalogue over from laptop disk space to external harddrive with out losing or damaging all images in lightroom now as i haven't finished editting but just have run out of space on harddrive please can anyone help im so confused im not using classic 

hi all,i have a "problem" i cannot understand why if i use the function "share on web" my HDR the recipients see photos in sdr.but if i share with them files through airdrop, the files are correctly viewed i'm doing wrong something, or just the "share on web" mode isn't working with HDR files? or again the problem is safari? can you help me..?  thanks a lot

Hello. I have a paid active Premium subscription. It is valid until November 2025. When I logged into the app, I was asked to enter my email. After that, my subscription disappeared. How do I get my settings and subscription back? Thank you

its on version 8.4, I tried deleating data from lightroom and my computer, I tried the catalogue fix, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I tried doing so many different things. the denoise tool doesnt want to paste any number over 300 . it literally breaks or takes for ever to do . can you fix it please I have large batch projects to finish 

When I try use the Remove tool I receive an error message to check my interntet connection. I have verified that I do not have a connectivity problem. This also happens when I use other AI functions.

 I keep running into this "unknown error" and to try again later. I'm running lightroom on my Galaxy note 20, and have never had this issue before. restarting my phone and the app do not help.  I ALWAYS download RAW and JPEG files to edit with and it's never been an issue until today.   Any help?    

Hello can anyone please help. I just recently purchased a Surface pro 11 32gb 1tb and am using it for lightroom and photoshop, when I first got it I had zero issues but as of yesterday everytime I try and edit a photo regardless of what im doing, lightroom stops responding, wont close then completely freezes the whole computer where I have to hold the power button to do a manual restart.   Im on the latest verison of lightroom I tried disabling gpu acceleration and unistalled lightroom 3 times

I’m experiencing a strange issue in Lightroom (Android). In the Develop module, when I adjust the Saturation and Vibrance, the changes are clearly visible. However, after exporting the image, the exported file doesn't seem to reflect these adjustments – it looks like the saturation changes were never applied.I’ve double-checked that I’m exporting in sRGB and using the correct export settings (e.g. JPEG, 100% quality), but the problem persists.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting I might be missing that prevents the saturation/vibrance adjustments from being included in the final export?Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Hi thereAfter I have entered a search in the media library - e.g. architecture - the results are displayed. With the first photos, the correct photo is still opened after tapping on it. Further down in the list, however, another photo is displayed and not the one actually selected. All photos are exportet from LRC to the cloud. Is there a solution to this?

On the latest version of Lightroom v8.4 on Windows 11 Pro while attempting a Photo Merge (HDR, Panorama, or HDR Panorama) from photos not locally downloaded, the dialog "Downloading image files..." stops at 70% (but the photos are still downloaded according to Task Manager's Network activity). After selecting "Cancel" and restarting the particular merge, the merge completes as normal. Steps to reproduce:Import photos into Lightroom (cloud-based) from another machine. Allow time for the photos to sync to the cloud.On another machine, select a group of photos to apply an HDR Merge, Panorama Merge, or HDR Panorama Merge to. Use the keyboard shortcut or context menu selection to start the merge.Observe the dialog "Downloading image files..." stopping at 70% and observe the photos being download in their original quality successfully to the machine's loacl storage.Select the "Cancel" option or press the Esc key to cancel the merge.With the same photos staying selected, re-select the me
