The PSDC s are just one month ago and i cannot open them with the error that is not compatible!It is soo annoying

So I have a movie that was taken in less than ideal lighting conditions and the best way to get a good output is to convert it into PNG files and work with them through Photoshop / camera raw. I used the Camera Raw Filter to make changes to my base picture and it includes a few masks, mostly landscapew masks, including sky, vegetation, mountains, etc.  My base image looks great. My problem is when I go to batch process through Photoshop, it appears ACR has pasted the same shape of the original masks in all of my pictures, rather than re-identifying the masks in each image.  In other words, if  the image I used to create my script file has a mountain front and center, and I use the Mountain mask, all other images will apply that mask to the exact same pixles, even if my pictures are taken at a different angle and the mountain is now to the side. Is there a way to batch process these png files with ACR re-identifying the new locations of the desired mask?&nb

On a new Mac Studio with M3 Ultra and 265 GB RAM, Photoshop 26.10 shows extreme lag and stuttering when a document has the default locked background layer visible – even if it is completely empty. Was using Photoshop 2025 then came out of it and tried to go back in and it wont let me in directly or via bridge, see screenshot for message whwn trying to access directly. any suggestions or do I just Uninstall and Reinstall?

I have a high end rig with 64 gbs of ram and 10 gbs of vram, sometimes when I open a few images in camera raw (5-8) it would jump to 9.5+ gbs of VRAM usage, causing the entire system to lag, the only way to stop is to quit camera raw. Anyone else expericing this and have a fix?

Any idea for the delay in Photoshop 27.0 or LrC. Has been almost 30 days since last update. Interested in the next major revision. How can Adobe take a product like PS or LrC to another level. Wow!

How to stop Adobe saving my photoshop and illustrator files to creative cloud? It's taking me weeks to download everything onto my MacBook. [cursing removed]. Help!

When I use some tools in Photoshop, something strange happens. Here's a screenshot when I use the "Spot healing brush tool". I try to remove the road and i drag it in the direction of the green arrow. When I reelese the mousebutton it automatically draw up and to the left like the red arrow shows.Why doe's it do so? I have PS version 21.1.0 on a Windows computer, and latest graphiccard drives. The fun part is that it works OK with my wacom pencil but not the mouse.

Hi all,So I wanted to install the "Picture Package" plugin.  Went to:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/print-photos-picture-package-layout.htmland then downloaded.  Well.......... How do I actually "install" it?!  All it does is give me a ZIP file, and even after unzipping, it's just a few files and a folder.  No installer, nothing. I have Photoshop 2024 on Windows 11. Thanks! CB

What sort of people do you have to hire to create a program that is so bad it literally won't even open most of the time? It's unbelievable. This is an expensive program that I'm using a legit, paid version of, and yet it simply refuses to open. I look it up online, and countless people have had this exact same experience even within a year. It's a persistent problem that countless people have, yet there seems to be no fix from Adobe; it's just a million "this might work" fixes from users. So my question is, is Adobe doing something special to create a program this bad? If--huge if--I ever manage to get this piece of trash open, I have to drag files into the top bar to open them as a workaround because just double-clicking a PSD file is too much work this thing. But even then, it'll eventually crash. And once it does, that's it! Goodbye, work day. I now have to spend the rest of my time on the clock diagnosing why the hell this piece of trash program just will not open no matter w

Hello, I have a question about webp format in photoshop. I want to export many files at once in webp format in Photoshop but I don't find the webp format in photoshop options. Is it normal?  Best regards

I've found a bug with the Extendscript editnumber control and a workaround. Please see my related post in the Bridge forum, the bug is slightly different. Tested on macOS PS 26.10 and Windows 10 Pro PS 25.12.4. When a decimal number is entered into an editnumber control (in an Extendscript window), the decimal is incorrectly rounded to two decimal places. If the script requires more precision, there is a workaround. Please see the posted snippet. To test, type in a number such as 0.00255. Without the workaround code, this is rounded to 0. Scenerio: I use the pen tool to create a simple path. In the paths palette is shows up as a work path. I select the work path, then at the bottom of the path palette click on the "Load path as a selection" - and the selection is made on the image area. When I fill or paint, it floods the area OUTSIDE my path, to the edges of the image. To work INSIDE the path, I must inverse the selection, every time, over and over, all day long.  It did not used to be that way.Does anyone know how to make the active area INSIDE the path, like it was a version or two ago ?Many gracias.Craig

So I have updated my graphics card drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled both photoshop and camera raw. I am unable to get into camera raw preferences as just going into camera raw preferences crashes photoshop. I am running out of solutions to try. I changed scratch disks aswell and more. What could possibly be the issue? I have 16 gb of ram although for some reason its always at high usage so it could be that? Any help would be much apprechiatted

Hi everyone, I really need help with something that is going to impact my income and small biz. I create all of my artwork myself in Photoshop. Fully hand-drawn using my mouse pad and brushes and shapes I've created myself. It literally takes me weeks to create an art piece.  I don’t use AI to generate my art. The only time AI has been involved is when I’ve used an AI-generated image as a reference, the same way you might use a stock photo or sketch. Now, Photoshop is automatically crediting all the files I save as AI generated, even though every part of the artwork is created by me. I believe it might be because a reference image was opened at some stage, but that shouldn’t mean the art is no longer mine.This is a massive problem for me. I sell my artwork, and if Photoshop is falsely marking it as AI-created, it raises serious concerns about ownership especially when I’ve created it myself. It means that I do not own my own art. This isn't a new phenomena, but it's definitely a bug that needs to be addressed. When using the Skew layer adjustment, this is always occurring for me, for years now. Snapping occurs even when snapping is turned off. Using Warp instead is not ideal. Please fix this. 

I want to create a simple oblong shape - not filled but framed - so a lined oblong through which you see the background image. For some reason my photobox does not seem to allow me to use this very basic feature. Can anyone explain how you do  this so I can see if I am doing it right? If I am then it might be some kind of glitch with my photoshop. They have told me that my internet is 'slow' - woud this effect a feature like this? 

Can someone help me understand what is going on here? I use a Wacom Intuos Pro and Photoshop 2025 on Windows 11 to draw. Everything was working fine until two days ago when the pen pressure suddenly stopped working. However it hasn't stopped working entirely - instead it acts strangely. Photoshop seems to be able to detect pen pressure and manifest it when the brush is large, but when the brush is small it's like one size only and looks very aliased. I use photoshop ver 26.10. I see for AI features it uses Firefly Image 3. I want to use Firefly Image 4. Could i switch version inside photoshop? or when version 4 is going to be available?
