Photoshop

I'm running a lot of images through the subject selection via cloud (which I've selected in the settings) as part of an action.It's been going through a lot of images already and I've just realised that for a brief moment this progress bar appears:"Processing image on device due to connection issues". It's not an error message. It's just a "courtesy information". Meaning if you don't pay attention it just happens and you don't get a real warning or error to inform you of what just happens. It's very "hush-hush", blink and you miss it. It's there for a fraction of a second. Why is that problematic? Because I have to manually re-reck an re-evaluate EVERY image. I don't get to see which ones are affected and which ones are not. If I wanted to use the device to select the subject I would do that but if the cloud option fails for whatever reason I should be notified in a proper manner, not just as a side-note that is barely noticeable. Hey there,I need a new laptop. I dont have much money for a shiny new one,  I need something for doing art with the current CC PS.  I work with multi layered PSDs, sometimes large TIFF into the few hundreds of megabyte range.   Need a pen, hence the tablet 2-in-1 approach.  I wondered, does anyone here use the surface 3's still, are they good for this kind of thing? or similar?   I've seen 8gb i7s for £500 on ebay, not sure how smoothly they run large graphic files like this. The new versions of photoshop is driving me crazy.I think these images speak for themselves. Sometimes the bugs appear, sometimes they don't, and sometimes I have to restart Photoshop and it gets fixed — and other times it doesn't. I've already tried completely reinstalling Photoshop and deleting the preferences. What should I do? The library appears greyed out and i cant drag the elements into my project.The toolbar just wont display its icons Seriously Adobe, this is embarrassing. Im seriously considering switching to another software.

Hello,  I recently received this "You cannot add keyboard shortcuts for the application Adobe Photoshop 2022." I typically ALWAYS open PS directly to edit in by using Command X (I set this up) but now it's just a clicking sound and PS will NOT open like it was!  I tried removing the keyboard shortcut and setting up a new shortcut but it still won't work.  Any help or ideas?

Hi all.I recently upgraded and in my previous version, I had content aware fill set to auto flatten the layer after use, meaning I did not have to manually the flatten the layer after each use of content aware fill.This works really well for me.for the life of me,  I can not remember how I set this up...can anyone help please?

I would like to know if it is possible to delete layers that do not have a lock or color attribute using scripts. Thank you very much in advance.

After the update, the selected layer with a layer mask will automatically select the layer mask not the layer, even if I CMD+T the layer.Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks 

So, I'm used do make a selection using the Lasso Tool with the image zoomed in and I hold spacebar to drag the canvas while selecting more parts of the image. But recently, i noticed that this doesn't work anymore. While I'm making a selection if I hold spacebar nothing happens. The canvas doesn't move and the Lasso Tool continues to select. Only when I take the pen (I use a wacom tablet) off the table, the hand tool appears.

Hello!I am having a little bit of trouble with Photoshop, specifically when using my Microsoft Pen in certain tools. As an example, I could be using the rotate canvas tool but instead of defaulting to using that tool automatically, it moves the canvas like it's a hand tool. This is prominent in other tools like brushes, Zoom tool, etc. However with my mouse, this doesn't happen. I have kept my Photoshop up to date, it's version 26.7 and I'm trying to figure out if there is a preference I need to adjust to stop this? Thank you

Hello, i just uptaded, i was working on a very simple project with like 20 images from web, none exceed 1mb... but when i was saving the project reached 9gb of weight!!! i delete some invisible layers and it reached 3 gb... anyway, i'm a bit worried, what's the problem? it's the new version? i remember i clicked ok for the new ai... i don't know if it's that...

Hello,I'm having a banding problem in Photoshop.It doesn't matter if I use 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit brush or gradient.I have banding, even though I didn't have it before.I saved an image and sent it to see if it was a hardware issue, but no, the banding is clearly visible even on other screens or phones.So the problem is definitely Photoshop.I reset it to default, but nothing changed.

I've been doing focus stacks for a while now.  I can't remember if the last one I did was before this most recent release or not. I import the ARW images (sony RAW files) into Lightroom.  I select the set of images and Open as Layers in PhotoshopPhotoshop opens all the files, each its own layer.  I select all the layers and Select Auto-Align Layers.  Using the default, which is AutoWhen it completes I select Auto-Blend Layers.  Using the default, which is Stack Images PS churns for a while.  NORMALLY it creates a new layer with the blend of all the other layers. Now suddenly its not creating this new layer. I can't simply Save As all the layers as a TIFF file, its far too large I noticed as I was clicking through things to make sure I typed the correct verbiage up above, when I selected Auto-Blend a second time, I brought up the dialog box I'd expect, but its also got a Progress Bar behind that and its just sitting at the
