Photoshop

Hello everyone! I can't get any of my brushes to work from my CC Library. I've tried from inside the libraries panel in photoshop, and I've tried from my library on the website -- I click, I double-click, right-click, all the clicks I can think of -- nothing happens.  Images and textures load beautifully from the library, but brushes do nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thank you so much! INTEL-based iMac (NOT an M1) running Monterey 12.2.1, Photoshop v. 23.2.1

Perhaps I am missing something, but when I press CTRL T to transform raster pixels, I get this insanely stupid alert. No, I'm not trying to edit a path. WTF? When I go to the edit settings, there are only options for transforming paths.  Yes, I'm on the correct layer. Yes, it is unlocked. Yes, I'm 100% the pixels are within the selection. This is some BS Photoshop issue. This update of photoshop SUCKS. I hate how they consolidated A HUGE AMOUNT of tools into a seperate bar. WTF, WHY?   

Hi there,  I've been getting this error message "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" constantly since last week. It was working perfectly before then on the beta version. I've tried deleting the beta version and work with Photoshop v25.0 which has generative ai function but keep getting stuck at 100%. On top of that, it seems to work randomly when I connect to my phone's hotspot but it fails again after a few minutes. I'm on a mac and I've tried to disable the firewall as suggested by some people but still doesn't seem to work.  Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all,I've updated to Photoshop v.26.7.0 on Windows 10 Pro, using an Nvidia K1200 graphics card.I'm trying to use the new Select People option in the Object Selection Tool. While people are correctly recognized, when I choose individual parts like eyes, eyebrows, ears, etc., the tool outlines the correct areas  but after clicking "Apply," no selection is actually made.I've tried with several different images, but the issue persists.

It works fine using the keyboard arrows. When I try, it only moves one of the layers. Or, it moves the bottom layer (AKA background layer).

I am posting this as a bug, but I hope soemone has an answer.  The last discussions i see are rom Arch 2023.I a running PS  26.6.1.  Ever since I updated, every file I open comes up as a floating window.  I have set "Open Documents as Tabs" bu to no avail.  I have restarted PS, restarted my Mac (running Sonoma 14.7.6).  Nada!!I have to go into Arrange and Consolidate to Tabs on every file I open.  Very frustrating. Any ideas, ayone??

I work on 2 montors and am able to use #2.  Obviously I hit some keys accidentally as #1 monitor retained the photo I was working on and thr ruler bars are on the top and side, but about 1/4 the original size.  Everything else is gone. Even the taskbar with I kept at the bottom of the screen.  The Start icon (at the far left on the taskbar) is the only shortcut left on #2. That and Chrome which I have open.  I've tried the F9 key to no avail. Actually pressed all the F keys but nothing happens.  I've brought up Photoshop 2025 on thr Start icon and pressed it twice while holding down Shift-Ctrl-Alt and the items I use on #2 popped up (tool bar, patterns, color, brushes, etc) but no menu bar on #1. Actually I would like all three bars.  I can also get these by right clicking on the #1 screen.  I am totally at a loss.  Can anyone tell me how to get the menu bar back on monitor #1?

I do appreciate, so I have to say THANKS to Adobe Photoshop Team to continue updating V25.12. and now it's v25.12.3.So [in my case] v25 is the more stable version. I do have a pretty powerful PC, but since I tried V26, it had to many bugs, so I had to go back to v25.12,. from what I can read on the community, bugs are still their and more..So hopefully in a near future it will a option to jump in the newer version...But for now it's way too much work and time consuming to take that chance. I know, I trust you Adobe, you can do it. Thanksbenoit  

Hi I have a Adobe CC photography plan and need to disable AI generative tools for Photography Club competition rules but cannot find how to turn it off or to disable using firefly when using the remove tool for example in photoshop. any one able to offer advice?

Is it possible to upload an image to Instagram that fhas a transparent background? I have a .png file that when viewed has rounded corners. It works fine but when posted to Instagram I get the transparency replaced with a colour. I can’t set this to a specific colour as the image sits on either a grey or red background. If it is possible what file format should I use?

Literally, the like 4 reasons to pay for this mid service and they all break. I noticed this one broke after complaining in another forum that they removed and blocked me from posting because they apparently don't like people bringing up valid reasons as to why their products don't work. All I said btw was "the AI fill keeps assuming something is se__ual when it isn't, which they got offended by, but why get offended when it's your service insinuating it? Then you block people from even discussing it here? I opened a CR2 in Photoshop and removed someone from a picture also some other edits. Still keeping that photo open I then I went to file open as Smart Object and I navigated back to the same CR2 and when I opened it all the edits had been applied to the CR2 so I saved it as a DNG with the edits. Is this known or something new/qlitch?? Maybe Im a newbie 🤪Photoshop 26.6.1Macos Sonoma 14.6.1

(MBP M3 Max, OS 15.3.2, Ps 26.5.0 for desktop)I have Pantone Connect (paid subscription). The plug-in used to be available in Ps, but now after a recent update, it isn't. I'm running Ps with Rosetta. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Pantone Connect, and restarted the machine, but no PMS color love. Marketplace says Pantone Connect is installed, and I can use it in Illustrator and InDesign. Any thoughts or suggestions to fix this are appreciated. My co-workers are getting new machines soon and they will encounter this as well. I hope I can offer a solution. IT won't be much help with this sort of thing.  So far my workaround has been to copy/paste a color from Ai to eyedropper in Ps, but this won't be ideal if I need a specific PMS color. (TBH, I think I might just reinstall the old PMS palettes. Connect is helpful but the color picker is hinky. I wish they would put the color number on the swatch so I don't have to hover in juuust the right place to see it. And I'm

Saludos, desde hace como 5 dias, mi photoshop no abre, se queda cargando y no me deja hacer nada, ya lo desinstale y volvi a instalar y nadamas no jala, opte por instalar la version 25, pero falla mucho, me satura la ram y no me lee varios pluggins.

não consigo ver o texto enquanto digito, o cursor mexe mas não aparece o texto até eu apertar o enter, quando vou mexerr no texto novamente (apagar algo por exemplo) o texto não se modifica e não consigo ver até apertar o enter pra finalizar o texto 

I have one original, unedited product photo that I really like, and I want the rest of my product photos to match its look for consistency. Is there a way to copy the color, lighting, texture, etc. settings from that original photo and apply them to a batch of images? Alternatively, can I create a preset from that original unedited photo to apply to the rest?

I have a problem when editing content in Illustrator. Saving it is supposed to update the content in Photoshop, but then Photoshop freezes completely. Please provide a solution.

I'm exporting an image sequence using Export > Render Video and set to "Photoshop Image Sequence", but my png's come out with a black background, my psd has no background and the intended result is transparent. How can I export with a transparent background?

Every time I open up Photoshop (v24.7.0), the Contextual Task Bar is in the middle -- kinda like how someone stands in front of you when you're trying to watch TV. Any option to pin it at the location you say you want it to be ONE TIME and it's always there like a preference setting?

I cannot select mutiple guidelines using shift and alt, it doesnt work. I have tried literally everything. Did anyone have a similar issue? 

I created the following script to output files to a hotfolder for a printer rip. It has worked seamlessly for years, but now it has become developed a bug.  The purpose of the script is to flatten, convert, crop and save the files into a folder.  It always saves crops and converts the file, however sometimes i am not sure why it seems to turn off a number of layers or groups. The problem is that when i go to reproduce the error the bug doesnt appear. So i go back to using the script again and it happens again. Maybe im missing something very obvious or some part of the code is now obselete in photoshop. You can see there is a vintage looks in this image. I assume this is created in Ps. If you can give correct name of this effect, I can search in youtube and find out how it can be created.   

Hi everyonefor the last 2 months probably, i've been having an issue on photoshop where when im trying to erase using my meta pen it doesn't show what im erasing until after ive lifted my pen off my ipad. i dont have this issue else where and it really came out of the blue. one day i was able to erase perfectly fine and then the next day when i went back to the same task i started experiencing this "lag". Smoothing is at 0% it just doesn't show me rubbing anything out at all while my pen is on the screen no matter how long i wait. it only ever shows after ive lifted

Or, le sujet est composé de formes relativement linéaires (c'est une maquette en carton). Savez-vous s'il existe un outil règle que je pourrais poser sur les lignes principales du sujet comme guide pour le détourage? Et comment l'utiliser(Je joins une capture d'écran de l'image sur laquelle je travaille, vous pourrez y voir le détourage très approximatif et non droit fait au trackpad sans guide)Merci! 🙂 

How can I configure Photoshop web so that it doesn't ask me to bookmark the page? It keeps asking me that at random times. I disabled all help in the settings, but to no avail.
