Photoshop

Hello!I am a consistant user of Adobe Photoshop, and just today I discovered the existance of the photo enhancement feature. However, my exitment did not last because the denoise tool, included in this feature, increased the color noise of the image severely instead of reducing the noise. When I turned off the denoise, the image returned to normal. Thinking that this may have only been a visual glitch, I clicked the enhance button to create the new enhanced dng image with the denoise on. Unfortunately, Photoshop failed to create the new image all together. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this bug please let me know. I posted about this when it first happened to me with Photoshop Beta . When I minimize Photoshop (most recent, updated version) on my 2019 intel iMac (Sonoma 14.6.1), a second "ghost" icon appears as well. Clicking either one opens the real one and they both go away:It was suggested that I check my dock settings and uncheck "Show suggested and recent apps in Dock". I don't recall if that is what fixed it last year (somehow it did stop), but it recently started happening again and I feel like I accidentally clicked something in Photoshop to make it happen. I do not have "show recent apps" checked and, as you can see in the screenshot, it only happens with photoshop. It never happens with any app other than photoshop. I've closed it and reopened it. I feel like it must be something simple I am missing.

Hi Adobe Team, I found a bug in Photoshop when using “Save for Web.” When saving a photo with GPS info, the latitude and longitude sometimes get messed up. South latitude gets saved as north latitude, and east longitude as west longitude. Interestingly, if I use “Save as Copy” and choose JPEG, the GPS info is correct. This mix-up is causing problems for those of us who rely on accurate GPS data. Can you guys check this out and fix it in the next update? Thanks! Jamessame photo  diffrent way to save as jpg , diffrent GPS result

In PS 25.12.0 under top menu>edit>presets the choices are "Preset Manager" and "Migrate Presets. There should a third selection: "Export/Import Presets." That choice is displayed in PS 25.11.0. I need that option to import a preset I'm using in a photo class. Mac OS 14.6.1 Any help please.

I've been having the same issue for weeks now where I can't open/use most filters and they just give me an error.Camera Raw Filter = Could not complete the Camera Raw Filter command because of a program error.Lense Correction = nothing, just doesn't work.Liquify = Could not complete the Liquify command because of a disk error.Vanishing Point = nothing, just doesn't work.I've tried many troubleshooting steps and many different versions of Photoshop, nothing works long term. If I uninstall/install photoshop it works for a single time. But after I save and exit, whenever I load back it won't work again. And I am forced to reinstall photoshop all over again.I am on Windows 11 with a 4080 super and 19-14900 with 64gb ram. My specs are not the issue, so I am super lost on what to do.

Bonjour,  Notre école propose aux étudiants, l'abonnement étudiant pour obtenir l'Adobe Cloud (donc une formule incluant certain logiciel Adobe). Il y a quelques jours,  j'ai changé d'abonnement car mon statut étudiant a pris fin (je ne bénéficie plus de l'abonnement étudiant). Concernant mes projets sur ordinateur (Premiere Pro, After Effects...) je n'ai aucun souci. Cependant, mes Projets sur mon IPad (Principalement Photoshop et Illustrator) ont disparu.     Il y a t-il un moyen de les récupérer?  

Hi, In my new computer the UXP direct install (double clicking) never installed and I tried a few different things including the CC Cleaner, Reinstallation etc. Someone told me there are a lot of reported cases for this and no solution for it. So I resorted on the command line installation - which has been working up until now. But today I tried doing an install the update for an existing UXP and it started giving me error in the command line "Failed to install, status = -198!". I can't find anything for this error, on the web. Any idea what could be the issue? Also if someone can guide me further with the standard double click installation issue, that would be great too. Kind Regards,Bikram

For about 2 months, after hours of editing a photo (tif, 16bits, rgb), after closing the file, opening it again or just viewing it in Bridge, a black band appears on the image. It is a black band, very thin, with a very clear outline, it can be located anywhere on the image.I encountered the same problem on Capture One when exporting my raw files to tif, it was a problem with hardware acceleration. The appearance of this black band is irreversible, it is not a problem with an effect mask or other, the band is indeed on the image, written in the pixels. Worse still, after two months with this problem, I realize today that in addition to this black band, when closing the file that contains various effect masks and others, Photoshop reinterprets my masks, some are painted in places that were not, or other masks that were completely blank (white) are divided into black passes on 3/4 of the image with a sharp cut. Help! This irreversible bug has just made me lose 8 hours

The Photoshop window comes out of the screen downwards. It is impossible to reduce its size or reach the bottom frame

Videoexport.Rendern dauert viel zu lange. GPU Auslastung etwa 3% CPU etwa 15%. Interne Karte deaktiviert .Grafikkarte NV RTX 3060. Effizienz bei 100%  Treiber neu installiert.Anderes Videoprogramm läuft deutlich schneller bei etwa 50%.

I do my Photoshop editing with a mouse.  Intermittently, but far too frequently, it behaves as though I have not released the the left mouse button.  If I'm drawing or selecting, and then release the button to move the cursor up to the manu bar, I end up drawing or selecting all the way to the top of the image.  I can usually get control back with a momentary press of the right mouse button. And yes, I have tried another mouse.  I've tried two other mice.  It's possible, of course that this is a Windows issue. But I've never seen this behavior with any other program.Dell XPS 8910 running Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit.  All Windows and Photoshop updates are current. Any ideas?Thanks.George ButchPlantation, FL

Any fix to disable this video clip pop up when contextual bar is not hidden? This thing just appeared everytime I will add a mask layer.   *Tooltips and all are uncheked on preferences.. *

When creating a PDF in Photoshop version 24.7, the file is not able to open after a few hours. We tried updating to the newer version (25.0) but the file doesn't seem to open.    The error message shown is; Couldn't open "file_name.pdf" because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop. The file is created in this exact version (24.7)   OS is Windows 10. 

Why does the Properties panel keep coming back???? I remove it from my workspace but it reappears when restarting PSD

Here we go again... The title is pretty self explanatory, but i`ll still pin a gif. Basically it only happens with Navigator tab turned on, without it everything is normal. I dont have any lag besides when i move around the canvas.I use photoshop 22.2, and i have pretty good specs on my laptop (Rtx 4060, Ryzen 7 7735hs 16gb RAM), at least enough for moving the canvas, that`s for sure.

Is it our fault to use licensed products? Why don't these lines disappear even though no selection is made? These lines made me regret getting my license. Someone please tell me how these lines disappeared.  

Can someone point me to the documentation that describes how to manage auto-numbered lists in Photoshop? I can't find any controls within Photoshop, other than what I stumbled on by randomly pressing tab or enter (looked in Settings, Properties panel, Options bar, Para and Char panels) and can't find any reference to these lists sudden appearance in Ps 2024 anywhere online!!    TIA, ~Barb

Buenas, espero puedan ayudarme. De repente Photoshop comenzó a desactivarse por decirlo de alguna forma la barra de menú luego de que uso opciones como Filtro de Camara Raw o Licuar, etc., aparece la opción 3D pero se desactiva por completo la barra de menú, tengo que reiniciar el programa para poder seguir trabajando e igual si vuelvo a utilizar alguna de las opciones de la barra de menú o al menos los filtros me vuelve a pasar. Alguno sabe como puedo solucionar esto. Uso Photoshop para Mac.

Photoshop 2024 And Photoshop Beta hang after I edit any photo with Filter > Camera Raw Filter and a subsequent Filter > Camera Raw Filter.  The hanging involves the entire menu which becomes non-responsive.  I am forced to quit Photoshop from its icon in the application bar.  This happens on my Macbook Pro as well as my Mac Studio operating Sonoma 14.6.1.

In Photoshop (and InDesign as well) the 'Save As' dialogue box is unresponsive. The dialog box opens, but I can't click on any field or add a new file name. I can only hit esc to close it.   I've seen posts about similar things happening on external montiors, but this is all on my laptop directly.   I've tried installing older versions of photoshop, but no luck.   Any thoughts/ideas? Thank you        

PLEASE FIX!!1 When ever I use alt and scroll it is a mess. Once I stop the zoom it continues to do so and then shift the page up with the scroll. Annoying as all hell!!!
