Photoshop

The main document about Adobe add on generative credits mentions add on credit packages you can buy to add to your subscription. I can't find these add on packages for generative credits anywhere in my account or products. Does anyone know where you do this? Thanks!

Hi, A while ago I was given this perfect script from @Stephen Marsh(Thanks again Stephen!) It works great!The script is designed to preform multiple (previously saved/recorded) image adjustedment processes in Photoshop. Until all the images in the designated folder are adjusted, after which the script stops. Now I thought of a new addition to this proces, that is maybe possible:This is because I like to render my files and have them image-adjusted in PS after that in one flow. 1. Is it possible to have the script read the folder and 'wait' for a new render image to appear? (wait time manually adjustable)2. When this wait-time is exceeded, this probably caused by the render proces to have ended, hence no more new images. At this stage the script could shutdown pc. I hope this is in anyway feasible. Regards AC

Bir karakterin üstüne yüz eklemek normalde çok basit bir işlem ancak bu işlemi yaptığım zaman görseldeki gibi bir hata ile karşılaşıyorum. Önceki yaptıklarım gibi yüzü düzgün doldurmuyor ve katman maskelerinde piksellikler kalıyor. Çözümü yabancı kaynaklarda araştırdım ancak çözüm bulamadım.     

Hello, I have been working with the updated version of PS on my tablet and I always save my files in the highest progressive .jpg resolution. So I recently began working with a .png file at 17 MB. I undoubtedly published and exported it every time in the highest resolution, like I stated in the sentence before this. And all of a sudden I'm left with a .jpg image that's 4.4 MB. So I think okay, I must be doing something wrong. And then I reimported the same 17.7 MB .png file to reexport it untouched from its original quality and state, as would be like a copy in the .png format and yet again, it's now lowered significantly IMO by 1.3 MB. If I change a few details like use a feature in the file I was previously exporting, it will go down to 7.5 MB .png. In all honesty, I'm kinda frustrated as I shouldn't be dealing with these types of problems on top of a non user friendly program that I have to pay for. Been having this issue for a long time but decided now to ask about it. If I hit control + open to open a new document in photoshop, the dialog box always goes top left of the screen? I think it does this for other dialog boxes in Photoshop as well but this has been happening on windows for a long time and I'm trying to figure out how to make the box popup in the center of the screen rather than the top left. Any ideas on how to fix this? Even if I move the dialog box after it pops up, it goes back to the top left the next time it opens again.Thanks

Generate Fill was not working for me. I saw a community post that said disabling Windows Defender Firewall would fix this. I did this, and it fixed the Generative Fill. I wasn't having this problem before. A Windows update might cause this. My last one was on 1/30/2025, KB5050081 (OS Build 19045.5440). How do I get Generative Fill to work with Windows Defender Firewall enabled? Here are my system specs: OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 HomeVersion 10.0.19045 Build 19045Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz, 3792 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)

I have a number of images that I want to put people into (see attached sample). I have been trying to use Photoshop's generative fill to add the people into the picture...but it seems to not be very good with people/hands etc. When you look close the people look very weird (again see the attached picture). Is there a way to get more realistic looking people and/or refine something so that when it is close you can improve on it? Equally would it be easier trying to use something else for this task...if so what would you recommend? Many many thanks in advance for any help you can give please.

Freeze filter in stylize is not there anymore. apparently hasn't been there for a while. I was wondering if anyone knows what was the last version where the freeze filter under the style filter was Present in Photoshop.Thank you, the whole community and everyone for your help 

I removed the background of this image and kept the subject. I made a new background using generative fill and it looks great. However, when I turn off the subject layer, there is a cut out. Is there a way to resolve this? I would like to use this background for other pictures.

Let me just start off with saying that I've used Photoshop for 3 years now and this is the first time I've dealt with anything related to desaturated colors.As you can see the colors are a lot different. It sucks because I paint in Photoshop everyday. I didn't notice the color difference until I saved a landscape page I was painting.My guess is that my Photoshop is displaying the colors in CMYK format, but every color setting I look at it says RGB. I've looked up many different solutions for my problem, but none of them work. Here are my color settings:Any information on this issue would be amazing. Thank you!

Hallo,  Seit zwei Tagen kann ich die Raw Photos nicht mehr im Photoshop öffnen. Das ganze Syem blockiert. Nun habe ich die neue Version deinstalliert & die alte Version wieder installiert. Leider hat das auch nichts geholfen. Weiss jemand eine Lösung?  Danke!

There is a way to increase the brush tool cursor size. Is there any way to increase the size of the painting? I mean more thickness. Because in the tutorial it is more thick.  

Help lol  *laugh/cry* A pop message comes out with: "Could not open [file name.mov] because the video file could not be opened." Sounds like my niece who says she won't do something because she doesn't feel like it.  Is it a bug? Do I need to retrograde? If yes, how?I don't care about the all new AI features I'll never use, I just want to open MOV files like I did just last friday. It's pretty urgent, my team is waiting for their animation reviewing.  Thanks!(help!)

I'm sure I came across this bug here or on Reddit somewhere, but I can't find the posts anymore.  Anyway, since a couple of Photoshop versions I notice, that when I drag an image in a document and it creates a smart object automatically, if I make some changes in this smart object, it saves extremely slow.  But when I rasterize the smart object first, and then create a new smart object of that layer, it saves super fast. So there's something wrong with the way Photoshop automatically creates these smart objects. Latest Photoshop, Windows 11, AMD Threadripper 3990x (also on 3970x), RTX3080Ti, 256GB DDR4 RAM, NVME SSDs for Software and file storage.

Hi!I just discovered the pattern stamp tool and that one can make a stamp of ones own design. My question is which pixels dimensions will the stamp of own design have,  does that change according to documents setting when starting a document, or does stamp always have the same pixel demnsions, and are those the one it was created with.  I am woundering, will pattern stamp of own design have quality pixels to be printed? Best regards,Desiree from Sweden

Hi, I'm currently searching for a windows laptop to use with Photoshop 2024 since my Mac is now so old it can't handle the workload. Would any one have any thoughts as to whether the below would be good. Hi, I'm working as IT support for my organization. We've just got one of our users a new iMac. She does have a lot of things that aren't stock in her old one such as brushes, effects, settings and so on. How do I help her transfer all of this stuff from her old iMac to her new one? It would be a huge time-save not having to set up years and years of work again from scratch. She's also using more apps like InDesign, Illustrator and Lightroom which the same applies to them. Thankful for any helpful response. ...changing the canvas size isn't working.

When I export a JPG file (using RGB) in Photoshop and illustrator, the image's colors become faded. I have checked my color settings and confirmed that I am using sRGB and have enabled Embed Color Profile. I also tried viewing the exported file in different image viewers, but the colors still appear incorrect. Could anyone help me solve this issue? Photoshop Version: 26.3Illustrator Version: 29.2.1System: Windows 11 

Photoshop 26.3.0Lightroom 14.1.1 I just installed Mac OS sequoia 15.3 and my Photoshop and Lightroom prints are off center.  I had been printing on the previous OS and everything was fine. All the images were perfectly centered. Right after the installation of the new OS, the prints are now off by about half an inch to one side.I printed the same image from Apple's PREVIEW application, and the image was perfectly centered.  So the issue is definitely with Photoshop and Lightroom with Sequoia.  I hope this will be solved a.s.a.p.

Can someone help me? When i open the raw files on the Lightroom on iPad it works but not on the Photoshop. Already updated the the iPad OS and Photoshop to the latest version. It shows "Could not open "DSC*****" because the file-format module cannot parse the file.I also tried using the raw files taken from Sony A7IV but with the software version 1.00 the Photoshop on my iPad can read the raw. My current software version on my Sony A7IV is Version 4.00.
