Is Photoshop Generative AI getting worse, or am I just noticing it?I've been using Photoshop Generative Fill for quite a while, and recently I've noticed a significant drop in the quality of the results.The biggest issue for me is texture and detail. Results that previously matched the original image quite well are now often soft, blurry, or lacking the original texture. This is particularly noticeable when working with fabrics, rugs, surfaces and other detailed photographic material.I've tested different models, including Firefly 1 and the newer models, and I'm seeing similar problems. I've also tried different prompts and selections, so I'm wondering whether something has changed on Adobe's side rather than it being an issue with my particular workflow.I'm currently using Photoshop 27.10.Has anyone else noticed a decline in Generative Fill quality recently, particularly with texture/detail preservation? When the year generative fill was offered, many content creators offered methods of creating painting and other artistic effects either through quick masking and filling or creating an alpha channel and filling. But in more recent versions this feature doesn’t work for me. I tried generative fill directly, but got very weak effects.Does this feature still work? If so, how? I don’t care for the look of neural filters and found the AI approach more interesting than the legacy artistic filters. Thanks

Updates come out like diarrhea—every release is a pile of bugs. Fix one, crash three; years go by and they still aren’t fixed. And now it’s even worse: bugs are “a thousand users, a thousand bugs”—same version, different users, different ways to die. You even do bespoke crashes now? [abuse removed] No compatibility work, feedback treated like [cursing removed], and “Acknowledged” used as a coffin lid. Your [cursing removed] mountain of code is piled up to Everest, and you’re still taking [cursing removed] at the summit. At work you do exactly two things: write bugs and play dead. Writing code by rolling dice, testing by praying to Buddha, fixing bugs by making wishes? Users are not your free QA, let alone your [cursing removed] paper. Stop calling it Photoshop. Call it Bugshop. Call it [cursing removed].

I was hoping that the issue with incorrect colors in Photoshop 27.8 and later versions would have been resolved in the latest release, but unfortunately that is still not the case.At the moment, the only workarounds are either to remain on version 27.7 or to disable the Graphics Processor. Disabling GPU acceleration is not a realistic long-term solution, as it significantly impacts performance and usability.Could you please provide an update on when this issue is expected to be fixed?I am currently staying on version 27.7. However, I would very much like to upgrade and take advantage of the new features available in the latest Photoshop releases.

i9, 64 GB ramLatest version. Turn settings down to minimum and maxrtx 5090it can crash after 1 minute or 50 adobe couldnt figure it out. ive tried going back as far as two versions, so its clearly my computer  

When decoding Panasonic S1M2 RW2 RAW files in Adobe Camera Raw, the Camera Matching V-Log profile is severely inaccurate. So I cannot apply my Vlog LUTS on it.Additionally, after applying the Camera Matching profile in ACR, it is not possible to apply a LUT on top of it. This is a critical limitation for the RAW → V-Log → color grading workflow.（All Bug and issues above do not exist in Lumix Lab which is offical APP of Panasonic, I think you can fix these issues according to their offical APP）And I think you can improve it by learning the Color Edit Workflow in Davinci Resolve.

In the last few versions of Photoshop, when I go to Save a Copy, and select Photoshop PDF from the file type, it successfully saves a file, but when I open the file it is blank. It is really frustrating as a designer as I export all my files to PDF to sell to customers or print. I have to keep rolling back to 27.1 to get it to work again. I’m running on a brand new Surface Pro. Please could you take a look and fix? I’ve tried every suggestion I can find online including for similar questions, such as altering the save settings and flattening the layers and rolling back the version is the only thing that’s worked. Many thanksAmy

I am having issues with the camera RAW filter in Photoshop 2023. When I open a file in Photoshop and try to use the camera RAW filter it does not open the filter adjustment box. It just spins and then stops, and I have to hit "enter" before I can do anything else in Photoshop. iIve tried disabling the GPU, and re-enabling. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop twice. I am running photoshop 2023 and photoshop Beta on my laptop, which have been running successfully on this laptop for several months. Hi. The below issue has been happening for a while. Yesterday for example, I freshly re-installed Windows 11 again along with my Adobe products and it happened on first try. In Photoshop, when using Filter --> Camera Raw Filter --> Presets,Photoshop will freeze or sometimes display an our of memory error.) Does not matter if I disable onboard GPU.I'm using studio driver. Game driver made no difference either.All drivers updated.

As the title says when I open an image in PS it starts going dark and light and keeps doing it. 

I recently updated to the Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.9.1 20260803.r.1 65900e1  x64 (final, Release). Once I import an image and I use the Clone Stamp Tool, it doesn't work as it used to. I use Alt+Click to select an area to clone, but then, when I click on a target to clone on, it uncontrollably clones other areas of the image, at a linear manner. I haven't seen such a behavior before.

J'ai installé Adobe cloud sur cet ordi et Adobe photoshop mais Adobe refuse de faire les mises à jours nécessaire et d'ouvrir photoshop car il a besoin de windows 11 pour cela.Or je ne peux pas l'installer sur mon ordi qui n'est plus apte , dont le support n'est plus apte à accueillir windows 11, selon Microsoft .Y a t'il un solution pour avoir accès au option d'Adobe et à Photoshop sans Windows 11… J'en ai besoin pour mes études... Dites moi si jamais il y a une solution miracle et merci .

The symptoms include: Rapid flickering where UI elements and the canvas temporarily disappear and instantly reappear (no black or white flashes). When navigating menus (e.g., Preferences), the text briefly vanishes and comes back. While editing, the active photo disappears from the canvas and instantly reappears. The flickering happens extremely fast, rendering the application completely unusable for daily work. This issue is isolated to Photoshop and does not occur in other applications.
