Photoshop

This behavior is EXTREMELY annoying and is one of the reasons I use Affinity Photo application instead of Photoshop.  There is absolutely NOT reason to keep a file lock on a file that I have closed from Photoshop.  When I close a file, the file lock should be released, not doing so if violating Microsoft best practices. Don't even start to suggest this is for "better performance" due to poor coding ethics/techniques. The ONLY way to release the lock on the file is to exit Photoshop complete and wait about 2-5 minutes for it to release the lock.  This IS NOT acceptable and violates just about every coding best pratices that exists over the past 40 years (I'm a senior software engineer, so I do know coding best practices).

In the latest version of Photoshop 27.10.0, I've encountered the following issues compared to the previous version:1. The Remove tool no longer has a button to perform removals when "Remove at Every Stroke" is disabled.2. Likewise, it's no longer possible to perform removals found by the "Find Distractions" tool.3. The "Send Feedback" button no longer appears.4. The "Sky Replacement" tool no longer allows you to adjust the brightness of the sky.

Every time we use credits to generate any content, where can we see the list of history of usage of credits, so that we can have idea and look up.

Hi,I encountered this problem when switch the app language from Chinese to English. The whole list of keyboard shortcuts disappeared.I've tried uninstall and reinstall Photoshop, but nothing changed.

Photoshop is stuck on ‘cancelling’ in Creative Cloud so I can’t install the program or update.

Latest release 27.10 you cannot adjust brightness and warmth of sky replacement from within the replacement window. It doesnt preview or chage anything now.

Tried saving a file using save as and save optimised but can't paste copied text from clipboard or any other text?

An error occurs when using "Load Files into Stack..." in Photoshop.The issue persists even after resetting Photoshop preferences and reinstalling the application.Are there any solutions?Photoshop27.10（Japanese）、Win11

Cannot open a photo by hitting edit in > photoshop from lightroom anymore. 

I have Creative Cloud Pro. I recently added the Flux Kontext/Gemini 2.5/3.0 with NanoBanana. I paid $9.95 (if I remember correctly). I didn't know this at the time, but I received a certain amount of credits. I found this out when I got a message saying I was low on credits. Does anyone here understand how this works? Will I be paying $9.95 every month or are a preset amount of credits? What does buying extra credits get me? I have a dozen tabs open on my laptop now and a can't find any clear explaination for how any of this works. I can't find any Adobe support to answer these questions.

Note: I am working on an Imac Intel 2020, Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.9. with 32GB RAM. I am working in Photoshop v 27.9.1. Have had NO problems running Photoshop……….until NOW! Attempted to use Spin Blur  (Filter > Blur Gallery > Spin Blur). Check “Spin Blur”. NOTHING APPEARS!  In control panel Tabs underneath show:  Effects - Motion Effects - Noise.  (A) When selecting “Effects”, there is the following message: “Available for only Field Blur”   (B) Selecting “Motion Effect”, shows message: “Available only for Path Blue and Spin Blure”.  (C) Selecting “Noise”/Gaussian produces no effect. At no time, under any circumstances does the Spin Blur ‘Control wheel’ (not sure WHAT Adobe calls this gizmo) appear. Things I tried and/or considered:  (1) - Reset Blur Gallery - NO help!   (2) - 8-bit vs 16-bit - NO help!  (3) Smart Object (Layer) vs Raster (Layer) - NO help!  Closed PS and re-launched - NO help!  (4) - UN-checked “Use Graphic Processor” - NO help! I am at my wits end!!! “””SOMETHING””

I would like to know how to disable or hide the "AI Assisted" and "Pro Editor" mode switch button (shown in the attached screenshot) from the workspace/header.I prefer a clean workspace without these AI feature toggles. Is there a preference setting to turn off this UI element?

Any time I attempt to edit a photo with any tool, the screen display has multiple title bars or will cause the screen to go completely black. 

Salve,mi sono accorto che dopo l’aggiornamento all’ultima versione di PS (27.10) quando esporto un file da Lightroom a Photoshop i colori non sono gli stessi. E’ tutto molto piu’ saturo e soprattutto i rossi sono davvero sparati,non c’e’ nessuna corrispondenza di colore tra il file lavorato su Lightroom e il file che poi dopo l’esportazione viene visualizzato su Photoshop

I tried to go for the past technology, or even deactivate the gpu acceleration fixing the problem, but then i can’t work since the app it’s too slow to do anything.Already tried to check and fix the nvidia drivers.As well hdr, and other graphics setting on pc.It’s starting to be a problem.

I've found that when running Photoshop CC 26.2.0 under Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.2605), it iappears to be necessary to have automatic color management enabled for PS to run in 30 bit color mode.(Graphics card is an RTX 4090 set to 10 bit color. Latest nVidia studio drivers. The monitor is a Philps 27E1N8900 OLED. which is 10 bit capable.) PS can be set to display in a wider gamut than sRGB. Is there an explanation?

Wenn ich den Smart Portrait Filter auf ein Bild anwende (z.B. Glück auf +3), lädt der Filter das Bild in die Cloud. Der Fortschrittsbalken erreicht nie100%, es kommt die Fehlermeldung "Dieser Filter wurde aufgrund eines Fehlers vorübergehend deaktiviert". Der Filter ist nicht nutzbar. (Mich würde interessieren, ob dieser Filter bei jemandem ab heute funtioniert. Wäre nett, wenn jemand die Funktion kontrollieren könnte.)
