Photoshop Elements

I'm running PSE 2024 on Windows 11.  At this time of year (December) I use graphics in creating calendars and Christmas cards. A year ago I used PSE 2024 to access Adobe Stock and it worked perfectly.  This year it isn't working. When I first click the Adobe Stock button, every thing appears fine, but then when I try to choose or search, I get a message to try again later.  I've been try later for two weeks.  See attachments.

I’m hoping someone can help.I’ve been a Photoshop Elements user for many years and am currently on v2020. I have a huge organizer catalog.Yesterday, half the Organizer labels stopped working (nothing found when the relevant boxes were ticked), so I decided to restore the Organizer from my backup. But when I tried this, it said that no valid backup was found, although I can see the backup folder contains over 65,000 files (145Gb).When I went back to my corrupted Organizer, everything, including all images, has now disappeared. Can anyone advise me how to recover?

Jag har i en ny dator laddat in elements 2024. Gjorde sä.kopia från gamla datorn på min server. Valt importera och markerat men bilderna i arrangören är oskarpa samt inga taggar är med! Om jag istället i arkiv ska återställa katalogen så finns en del "återställ till" !? Vad ska där stå?? Nu står ingen men hittar inte vad jag ska återställa till när jag bläddrar?

Es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung : "Weil der Standarddrucker nicht..." Gehe auf eine frühere Version, funktioniert alles wie gewohnt.Kennt jemand das Problem ?

I am using Photoshop Elements 2026 on an iMac desktop running OS Tahoe 26.1.  When using the “Import” button, I do not see the option labelled “from camera or card reader”.   How do I import from card reader now?

I’m using Photoshop Elements 6. It’s old but works for me. In Windows 10, I go to File > Print > select landscape orientation & click Print.Another screen comes up & I just click Print again. With Windows 11, I go to File > Print > select landscape orientation & click Print.In the next window I have to select landscape orientation again before clicking on Print. Why do I have to tell PE twice to print landscape when that wasn’t the case when using Windows 10? Is there a setting in PE that automatically makes the second setting match the first? Thanks 

Where can I find the 2026 manual as a PDF, so that I can download it? Shane.

I'm reasonably certain Organizer '25 and previous File Manage Catalogs allowed Move Catalog to a Custom Location, just the All users/ Only me locations. I couldn't find any way in '26 to do this so had to just do it outside Organizer. (Luckily, it seemed not to mind.) Did I miss something? Is there some reason, besides just to make things difficult, why Adobe would do this?

I've had PE15 since 2016.  I'm allowed two activations. I have only one workable laptop with PE15 activated. (Previous computer died, with their PE15). I want to activate PE15 on my new computer - but I get the message that I have too many activations.YET, on a Adobe webpage, it says that I've NO activations. Adobe can't agree with itself. Live talk with an Adobe rep. was fruitless, she sent me here.  I'm not on their "Cloud" program.PLEASE ASSIST, Thank you!  

When I attempt to upgrade from my Macbook Elements 2024 to 2025 I get a message that the 2024 Catalog is damaged. Version 2024 does not offer a Catalog Repair option and all 2024 catalog options show no errors. I am hesitant to purchase version 2026 if I can't move first from 2024 to 2025.

I would like to prevent the History panel from showing the "Layer Visibility" in the list of history activity. An online search says that I can simply uncheck it in the History Options from the menu in the upper corner of the panel, but I cannot find these options. The menu in the upper right corner of my History box provides a few unrelated items, but no link to any custom Options. I have a tiny amount of content in Adobe Cloud. I have several catalogs. All but one of which have exactly nothing to do with my Adobe Cloud content. Is there some way to turn off those catalogs urge to show the cloud images in All media?

Photoshop’s “Export to Web” interface is completely incompatible. When I try to save images with specific requirements, the export window shows icons so tiny they’re unreadable (please see pic attached), and they cannot be resized. This is not a resolution issue—it’s a software e compatibility problem. Any help will be appreciated (note: I already tried the windows trouble shooting fix but didn't work "The program opens but doesn't display correctly"  

I am preparing to upgrade to PE 2026, but I need to clean up my catalog first.  I am finding an indication of a missing file, but the file name is blank, and the location is my entire Mac (see attached screenshot).  I attempt to search the entire system, but no file is found, and the error persists.   This appears to be a recent problem occurring after I resolved a few missing files and reconnected or deleted catalog entries.  This error occureed after I attempted ot verify a clean catalog.   Can someone explain why this is occurring and what needs to be done to correct it?   (Letting the system attempt to search all disks has not resolved the issue, and the unknown file remains missing.

Einen PC mit Win 11, da hat die Aktivierung meiner 2019-er Version geklappt.Da ich kein Cd Laufwerk für das Notebook habe, wie bekomme ich die alte Version 2019 auf das Notebook.Da ich bereits 70 Jahre bin, möchte ich keine neue Version kaufen, sondern die mir vertraute Version weiter benutzen.Danke für Eure HIlfe. 

I'm not sure anyone's reported this before but I just noticed this:Edit a file, foo1.jpg that has date D.Save the file in a version set so now you have foo1_edited-1.jpg.In the PSE Organizer, this new file now has a date of D-5 hours. So if the original date was 20 Nov 2025 6:26 PM, the edited file is dated 20 Nov 2025 1:26 PM.This appears to be related to timezone offsets: I am in New York so my timezone is (usually) GMT-5 (indeed both files have an EXIF OffsetTime field of '-5:00').  For files I edited in the week when New York's local time was at GMT-4, the original and edited files are 4 hours apart.In the filesystem, Windows File Explorer reports the same (correct) date for the original and edited files.The files display with the correct dates in PSE 2025 - both members of the version set have the correct date.Files edited with older versions of PSE are fine - both members of the version set have the correct date.The EXIF data in the files seems OK. Photoshop Elements 15 won't accept my serial number.  I had uninstalled it and other Adobe things (to make space on my C drive, which Adobe was hogging up)Now Elements 15 won't accept my serial number, I put it in, and it takes me right back to the "Photoshop Elements 15 Trial" popup window with the "Buy Now", "License this Software", and "Start Trial" buttons, and Elements never opens. Maybe someone knows of a registry key or something that might be messed up for the serial number?  I will happily nuke adobe* and start over with an Elements 15 re-install if I knew something different to try.

I've been using PSE forever and just recently installed PSE 2026.  I'm using it with the light UI (and don't want to switch to dark) and am noticing that the background layer appears to have a slight drop shadow embedded in the layer.  It's driving me nuts.  When working on some layouts, it makes me feel like my right and bottom edges are blurry.  Is there a way to shut this off?   I've tried creating a layer and hiding the background, and flattening layers, but the shadow sticks.  I just want a flat layer like before. This is not an improvement for me! If there is no setting to remove it, I am requesting that it be added to Preferences as something that can be turned on or off.  TIA

I installed PSE 2026 last week, but in the Default Brushes set, I can't find the Hard and Soft Round options.  I have gone so far as uninstalling and re-installing PSE 2026 but it didn't fix the issue.  I've included a screenshot of a partial list from Preset Manager.  In 2025, the first options are Hard and Round.  In 2026, it starts with the air brushes (which are in 2025, but further down in the list).  Is anyone else having this issue?  I can't find a file named anything like "default.abr", if I could I would copy it from 2025 and put it in 2026.  Does anyone else know?  Google is no help bc it keeps returning results that are for Photoshop, not PSE.

When i open Photoshop  Elements ,the screen background is white .I like to change it to black for easier viewing. How can i change the settings?

I've been playing with Co-Pilot (A.I. assistiant built into MS Edge) and it seems to be producing pretty nicve results.  

Any suggestions?  I am nothing like an expert with computers - so please keep it simple.
