The Court rejects my completed form because it is not "Text searchable". I got around the following error message: "This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows" by filling it in using Adobe Fill & Sign. Then I filed it electronically with the court by uploading it to electronic service provider OneLegal. A couple of days later, OneLegal informed me that the court rejected my filing. The notice from the clerk said, "Per e-filing requirements, all filings must be text searchable." I confirmed that the original (blank) form was text searchable by selecting the search tool, which put a box at the top labeled, "Find in document". I could pick any of the words appearing on the form (for example, "defendant"), whereupon the first instance of that word becomes highlighted. Then I opened the form in "Fill & Sign", and filled in just one word. When I opened it again in Adobe Acrobat Reader, the word I added showed ("test"), but no matter what word I tried to find, I got the message, "No matches found".
