Recently I have had some poor experiences with the Adobe Support Chat. As a last resort I am wondering if the shame approach might prove fruitful.I just clicked on an asset by mistake and cancelled the download yet a credit was taken away immediately.I asked an agent for help. There is no feature that allows us to report poor quality photos, or vector images that are poorly executed. There is no feature that allows us to report images that are clearly AI when they are not tagged as such. Furthermore, the search results are often ABYSMAL – and they have been for years. People have clearly asked for these features/improvements and Adobe has not provided what we need. Will you just continue raising your prices and giving us ever more AI without responding to our needs? Seriously.
From the creative cloud I go to Stock, and there is no way to filter for free resources there. I have to go to google and search “adobe free stock” to get a link to the free section, which has the same URL but looks completely different.

Notamment des pictos, que je veux animer dans AE, via "réduire les tracés".Hors, la grande majorité des vecteurs disponibles sont en "bloc", sans contour, + en mode "réunion" du pathfinder. Donc je ne peux pas en faire grand chose...Et je ne peux le constater qu'après le téléchargement (donc après avoir utilisé 1 crédit).existe-t-il une technique de sioux pour savoir avant de télécharger le fichier si le picto est bien avec un contour ?
Has anyone had Adobe Libraries suddenly disappear or shared library links start returning 404 errors?I created an Adobe Stock library last week under our business account and it was working normally. Today:all libraries appear empty the shared link now gives a 404 I’m getting “Could not load libraries” errors and an error when attempting to save a photoAdobe Support had me confirm I was in the correct business Stock profile and escalate to a specialist team. Oddly, the libraries DO appear in an incognito browser window, which makes this seem more like an Adobe sync/cache/account issue than an actual missing library issue.Has anyone found a real fix for this beyond using incognito? It’s not an acceptable work around to work in incognito nor can I expect everyone I send the link to to do the same
Help! I have been downloading EPS files for years and I have recently ran into what I believe is AI generated slop without any label added to the graphic. So when I download the file I get a million pixel sized blobs, no strokes, no layers, just blurs of color. There is no way to report the issue other than saying that they have “infringed” on someone’s rights. I feel like it infringes on my rights quite frankly when I go to specifically get a vector file and all I get something that I cannot even adjust strokes or colors without selecting one pixel at a time. Its a waste of my money and time. Maybe ADOBE needs a 3 strike rule where if a creator is caught mislabeling their work (3) times they get removed… or they get fined the cost of a credit for making a purchaser waste their money on the graphic. Adobe, Ik heb op verschillende manieren contact geprobeerd te zoeken. Echter het lukt niet. Ik zie op mijn creditcard dat er elke maand 12.09 euro wordt afgeschreven. Maar ik heb geen betaald abonnement op dit moment of gehad bij Adobe. Ik zie ook helemaal geen facturen terug in mijn account. I want to save photos from Adobe Stock to my library, but every time I press the “Save to Library” button, I get a pop up window for payment for a trial version. It did not used to do this. I am using a free level account for the stock site (although I do have a paid subscription for Adobe CC software if that is relevant) and mostly select from the free assets. I do not wish to enter any credit card details and I do not want to upgrade my stock account at this time. I am back again as Adobe unpaid workhorse to mass report mislabeled AI assets since they still have not added this as a feature after years of people asking for it. I did not AI check a single image. I did not need to, it was obvious. How these assets are getting by Adobe’s approval process is beyond me. It seems like most often, there are collections of 20-30 AI images and 2-3 slip through as undetected. To me, that implies a flaw on Adobe’s part, but it could always be contributors working to circumvent the system. My Adobe Stock contributor account has been suspended for nearly two months, and I still have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason.I have already submitted multiple appeals through both the Adobe Stock support form and the official appeal form, but I have not received any meaningful response so far.Because I have not been told which content or activity caused the suspension, I am unable to understand the issue or take corrective action.This situation is having a serious impact on my business, as all sales have completely stopped during this period.Has anyone experienced a similar situation?What would be the best way to proceed from here?Thank you.
What is going on with Adobe Stock blocking lots of search results that used to turn up hundreds/thousands of images? Some examples:LGBTQGay marriageHeroinMarijuana…Even Adobe Stock’s own suggestions don’t turn up anything: Interestingly, if I switch my region, some countries will show results for these searches. For instance, switching to Mexico will turn up plenty of images for “heroin.”Please advise on the best way to access the entire catalog of Stock images.
Several years ago, I bought a stock photo.On the License History page, I see the photo in the list of purchased photos.https://stock.adobe.com/ru/Dashboard/LicenseHistoryBut there's no option to download the license on each photo page. This was an unintentional click. I was using your Premiere product to create a movie and used some Adobe Stock footage to complete the video. I was about to use my last credit and thought, this couldn’t be my last credit. I have been paying for Adobe Stock for 4 years, I should have an abundance of credits to download more videos and photos to complete my project. I thought due to not making my monthly payment yet that that was the cause of not allowing me to download more. I called Customer Service to confirm and to my utter shock, I was told that I lost all of my credits. I thought the Generative Ai of 1500 was the number of stock images that I had previously paid for and were sitting there waiting for me to use. That was not the case. Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic. As suggested many times there should be a report option for this. I recently called Adobe to transfer my personal account to a business account so that a new employee could download the apps and have access to my stock photos. I asked multiple times if my 4500+ stock photos from the past 10 years would transfer to my new business account and was reassured multiple times that it would. It has been 2 weeks since and I have been on the phone with Adobe more times than I can count on two hands. They keep saying the issue was escalated and I would hear back in 24 hours and I never do. Meanwhile, I am being charged monthly for Adobe Stock and now lost access to over 4500 stock images that I use daily for work. This is costing me a lost of time and A LOT of money. I am not sure what else to do? I have logged back on and checked personal and business accounts in Adobe Stock and both show as empty except for the new purchases I have made over the past 2 weeks. I checked libraries and there are a few photos in there but no where close to the 4500 that I had.

There isn’t an option in the “create a post” to report an image. This photo asset ID 411314525 is a composite showing a location that DOES NOT EXIST, see the Snopes entry. If we had a “Report a problem” with the image at point of use, it would be much more efficient than spending time trying to figure out how to report this in a forum that may or may not be seen. I’ll see if I can copy and paste this post into some post that doesn’t really have a category.
