Good day everyone, I used adobe express several times for the translation of pdf files. Mainly from Dutch to French or English or others. But now the translate button is no longer there. I also don't see the header bar with the options I used to have.How can I have the header bar back? Or where did the translate button go to?Can anyone help me?

My recent files won’t upload on the app?

OAnyone else having an issue where the app crashes every time you go to remove an object? I'm paying for this and I need to use it for work... it's happened for the last few days. 

My project is basically a slideshow but I created it as multiple video clips. I want to be able to auto-loop it in the background of a meeting that will be going on. Is there a way to easily convert it to slides, which I know can be looped or can I make the video loopable so that no one has to manage it other than pressing play?

AND - Can't use color palette.  Won't let me enter a custom color in Templates.  (Can't type in the hex.)  Can you reset me to before the update???  These changes are not good. ;(

How do I transfer text fonts from capture to adobe express

Adobe for being such a dominate force in the industry, your customer service is horrendous.  The cost to use your software is extremely high, that you have a death grip on, for Adobe Express to be so glitchy. I can search elements once, before its so glitchy its unusable. Reminds me i need to file my information for the class action suite the last time you were ripping me off for your product by not allowing me to cancel my subscription years ago.Figure it out Adobe. Fix your product i am now entrenched in, its absolutely wrong for the app to be the least bit glitchy.

Hi,After failed attempts to contact support - I'd like to put this question out there to see if anyone else has had issues when they have migrated all their brand templates from BRAND to PROJECTS (as being prompted by Adobe to do this).Issue seems to be that some templates are flagging an error to the allocated users I have allowed access to, stating "YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ONE OR MORE OF THIS TEMPLATE'S ASSOCIATED BRANDS" when all were migrated with the same permissions all at once and its not happening with all, just some of the templates. The same templates had no issues until they were migrated.When the user requests permission, nothing comes to me. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks,R

when creating a poster, the new, permanently positioned box that expands or contracts the layers blocks the upper right corner of the design. Please go back to the way it was before (i.e., remove, or make possible to HIDE, the big, ugly layers box).   Additionally, the text editing menu that pops up no longer allows for style changes within a font family. Please restore this.    Please also restore the expanded color menu. Having very few choices now without having to select custom to create a better color is annoying. Copying the color codes also does not work—copy does not work. Attempts to paste are futile.   Finally, many of the pop up functions that occur when an action is selected make it impossible to see the results below, obscured by the gigantic pop up with sliders. In many cases I am unable to scroll with my finger to reveal the impacted design area—this is most aggravating when the changes are towards the bottom of the design.   Too many changes hap

I’m experiencing an issue with video quality after exporting from Adobe Express. I set the export resolution to 4K (Ultra HD) as required, but after uploading the video, the quality looks downgraded.All export settings seem correct (resolution, format, and bitrate), so I’m not sure why this issue is happening. I’ve noticed similar results even after multiple attempts with different clips.Could you please explain if Adobe Express applies any compression during export, or suggest the best settings to maintain full 4K quality after upload?Thank you for your time and assistance.

I have some text in my circular logo that I want to be in lowercase. But it displays in the design as all uppercase. Is this a limitation because the text is curved in a circle?

When downloading my project as a PDF, there are 4 pages on which the images flip horizontally from how I have them formatted within my project. When I download PNG files of the same pages, the images display correctly as they appear in Express. All 3 images used are stock images from Adobe, info below. When I'm working on an image that I'm placing into an image , if I need to duplicate it or or move forward to the front or back the contextual menu is gone. I literally have force quit the app every single thing I need to do just get the menu back. A simple job they should take me a half an hour is taking hours. 

Hi! Does any one knows how to remove the layers icon from the Adobe Express mobile app while editing images? Recently the icon stays on the top right corner of the editing area blocking part of the image view. It is very annoying. 

I don't have the option to upload files to a folder stored on Creative Cloud online.  I've been able to do this in the past when not at my desktop.  Why can't I do it now?  It's only an Ai file and a few jpegs.

I have a question regarding available sizes/templates for the IG grid format. Generally I use standard Adobe apps for content creation but I decided I need to get a bit familiar with Adobe Express as well and potentially start using it for some of my work. To learn, I wanted to create a few Instagram posts since it is my main social media platform. But right at the bat I have a question regarding the available Instagram sizes.  IG changed the grid format for the profile earlier this year from square to portrait but for a while you couldn't actually make posts with the proper aspect ratio of 3:4 (and consequently most people used the 4:5 ratio knowing that it would cut off some space on the left and right). However, IG quitely made changes recently and now allows to make posts also in 3:4 aspect ratio so the full post could be seen in the grid properly. Consequently I've changed the format for all my posts to 3:4 as well.  Does Adobe Express plan on ad

I once had a separate account for this site; but maybe I created it under a now defunct email address.  We can settle that later. A month ago I was a guest of my County.  The local police yesterday did what they could to provide an image (mugshot).  However, it is in PDF format.  Right now I am accessing the image and your site through Safair on Mac Monterey.  I saw nothing in this system that would help me to restore a sharp image from the blurred one they sent me.  Your company should have the most expertise in the PDF format.  Is there a way to create a sharp image from this?  I want to use it on merchandise.  Thank you.  Adobe Express was the online feature that I just used upon finding it through Google Search (I hesitated to call it an app).  That did not upload the image.  Yesterday I made a copy of the PDF and changed the extension to jpg.  I could not post this with the .jpg attached; and it would not upload

Hi, I am unable to use Adobe Express Clip Maker. Has anyone else had this issue and possibly have a solution. The file i am uploading is 961MB. It analyse the video and when i gets to 5% it stops and give me the following message:
