When trying to upload video, I get an error saying “unsupported file type” even though its an MP4 and this is, in fact, a supported file type. I have checked the codec and uploaded to other platforms without issue to ensure its not a corrupted video.

I created some project some months ago with Adobe Express (websites). Recently I wanted to review these for updates, but nothing could be found in my projects list anymore. Also the hyperlinks I archived seemed not to be active any longer. I have a premium subscription which gave me access to Adobe continuously. So the volatility of these projects is a mystery for me. How can I recover or reactivate the links to these ? Or should Adobe intervene ?

I am having an issue with audio recordings in Adobe Express and hope someone here can help.I recorded some audio directly within Adobe Express, but the files are stuck in a perpetual loading state. I can see the loading spinner, but the audio never finishes processing The main problems are:I cannot play the audio back within my project  I cannot edit or adjust the volume/timing of the audio tracks. The files just keep showing the loading animation indefinitely

When creating social media posts And stories the embedded link does not work once it's posted. it's working from the creation on Adobe Express but once posted it's not working.

So none of these support articles match my exact situation. I got a new computer and needed to edit a photo. I went to use (supposedly free) Adobe Express. I am an Instructor so chose Adobe Express for Education - K12 Edition.  I did not know I was ordering a plan, I just went to use Adobe Express. I later received an email of this Plan for $0. I now wish to order Creative Cloud Pro for Students and Teachers. I am unable to order this plan due to having this Adobe Express for Education - K12 Edition plan. I even called support and they were unable to assist (how is that?), but stated I need to cancel this one plan before I could order the plan I now want. They stated they were escalating the issue (3 days ago) and were supposed to call back with the solution. They kept telling me to go to Manage Plan, but there is no manage plan button or option. I did NOT order it through a third party; I just went to quickly use Adobe Express to resixe 1 photo. It seems rediculous that I unknowing or

The clip maker is stalling on a loading screen. The video appeared to finish loading, but when I tried to download the 10 snipped clips from a video that was less than 30 minutes long, the page disappeared and then stated that the video would still be available. I thought that was odd, so I closed the window, left, and came back later. When I reopened the window, it was stuck on a loading page—even though I had not yet selected a video to download. At first, I thought the issue might be limited to a specific internet browser, but it happens across multiple browsers. I also thought it might be caused by a missing update, but all of my apps appear to be up to date. I assumed it may just need more time, but it has now been over 48 hours with the same continuous loading message, and I’m not sure what it is actually trying to load.

Im converting my project into JPEG format but the message ADOBE STOCK SERVICE OUTAGE keeps popping and unable to continue.

Emojis are not displaying in text when placed in. Adobe Express should support this, there is currently no compatability to place emojis in as text.

I have a script with timing, lighting, camera movements, and dialogue and I want to turn it into an animated music video, with music track supplied.  The vocals have not been recorded.  Is this possible?

I spent hours buildig a video for a reel template and when I go to download the video it downloads to random incomplete sections. Now the video will not open to the final edits I made. This is exteremly frusterating. Why is it so difficult to download sepereate pages in to one video when you’ve built it on the app in a seemless video???

Hi @Tarun Saini @Rose DV @Amitej S I am facing an issue while trying to claim the LinkedIn 3-month free trial benefit provided through Adobe membership benefits. I am an Adobe Express Member.  When I try to redeem it, I get the following error message:“You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.” The thing is, I have never used LinkedIn Premium before since creating my account, so I'm confused about why I'm being marked as ineligible.  To help troubleshoot, I can confirm the following details:  Creative Cloud / Express Plan: I am an Adobe Express Premium Member.Prior LinkedIn Trials: I have never previously redeemed any free LinkedIn Premium trial.  Prior Paid Premium Status: I have never been a paid LinkedIn Premium member.  Troubleshooting Already Done: I have already tried clearing my browser cache/cookies, trying different web browsers, and using a completely fresh Incognito window, but the

I’m learning Adobe Express and working on a simple website design. I’m looking for advice on organizing sections, choosing fonts, using images, and keeping the layout clean and professional. I’d also like tips for making the design work well on different screen sizes.

When I attempted to download a medical document from my healthcare provider/hospital system, before I could see the document, a box popped up that required that I download and install Adobe Photo Express. There was no option to decline or do it later. This was a forced install. The tab was frozen. The only actionable item was the Install App button. The format made it look like this mandate to download and install Adobe Photo Express was a requirement of the “My Chart” medical records web page as it overlaid my”My Chart” web page. When I was done downloading and installing Express Photo, it asked if I wanted to continue to open the document. I clicked YES and my document opened in Acrobat Reader, not Photo Express.

Hi,Where can I find an option to schedule posts for youtube and google?

Remove background not working properly

How can I speak with a live agent?

So I canceled my membership today , within the 14 day window and I haven't got an email for the refund

Is anyones adobe express not scheduling or posting content I've tried for a a week now and can't get it to publish or schedule

I have done this successfully before but cannot download a document. I finish and save a document. Click download. It goes where I save it to on my pc.  They I try to open it and the document looks like a screenshot that is greyed out. I cannot open it, click on it or do anything to it. This is a big problem if I can’t get documents out of Adobe Express other than to print them.
