Hello,I am a photographer and journalist, and I recently created a new account to start selling my photos on Adobe Stock.When I try to sign in and activate my profile, I get this error:Inactive account. Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.I contacted support 3 times but did not receive any response.I have a Creative Cloud subscription under another email (registered to my son), but I created this new account for my own Contributor profile.I also tried logging in through the Contributor portal but the error still appears.I have attached a screenshot of the error.My question:How can I activate my new Adobe Stock Contributor account and start uploading photos?Is it possible to link my existing Creative Cloud subscription (different email) with this new Contributor account, or should I follow another process?Thank you for your help.

I have been contributing since the beginning of this year, and until recently, around 85% of my submitted files were approved without issue. However, for the last 20 days, most of my uploads have been rejected, mainly for the reason of “Similar Content.”I am a bit confused because even last month, when I created new designs inspired by other images, my submissions were accepted. But now, even if my new designs have only about 30% similarity, they are being rejected.Could you please clarify the reason for this sudden change? Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,I need your assistance regarding a critical issue with my account.1. Over the last 4 months my sales have dropped from approx. $2200/month to $600/month.2. My upload activity, portfolio quality, and type of content (icons) have not changed.3. Hello, I would like to ask about some recent changes I have noticed.Review speed – Why has the review speed suddenly slowed down recently? It used to be faster, but in the past few days it seems to take much longer.Similarity rejection – Previously, when I uploaded images, they were not rejected for being too similar, and I am confident that my images have distinct differences. However, in the past few days, images with a similar style and content have been rejected with the message that there are already similar images in the stock. Lately, a lot of my pictures got rejected and I am very curious what would be wrong with these? It looks like Adobe Stock is rejecting photos containing focus on specific parts of that particular picture as for example the one with the flowers attached.
