Questions

 I have several pods showing up as Unsupported Content on both android and ipad. These pods are files and web links. Is there a way to be able to show these pods with a add-on or something else? 

If you are on webcam and video and you decide to look at other pages or content outside of adobe connect can the other people still see you on video ? Will it pause ?or not show you even if you did join webcam ?

I am living in an area where the government has shutdown high speed internet access and we only have GSM 2G connection speeds available.We have been exploring virtual classroom software to be used for our online classes (for school). Will Adobe Connect work on 2G connectivity speeds on desktops and mobile phones? What are the minimum acceptable bandwidth requirements for running Adobe Connect?

I am having trouble bringingup avaya it states it's already running on the desktop and it is not

updated adobe connect,  as per product notification that all adobe connect 11.0 windows users will be required to updarte, on windows 7 and a windows 10 pc. windows7 no problem. but windows 10 when i tried to share my screen it generates "adobe connect stopped working" windows is closing window. i am able to share whiteboard.

I am unable to circumvent "privacy error" "your connection is not private" when selecting link for my Adobe Connect meeting on my school platform.  I have updated certificates and restarted the computer.  How do I rectify this?  See screen shot.  Note there is not option on any other browser to continue to link despite warning.

I have a 24 minute video in connect that I am trying to make offline. Playing it in the application, it looks and sounds perfectly fine. When I download it to my desktop via MP4 , the downloaded video shows as being 0.00 minutes long. I've downloaded all of my other videos via MP4 and not had an issue. Sometimes when I try to open it, I get an error message that "this file is already in use," when I know it isn't. I can't use the FLV option because I don't have anything on my computer to play it, and since it is a work computer, I can't download anything else to try to play that format. Any ideas on what the issue is and how it can be fixed?

Meeting host who is using a Surface Pro 7 experiences Adobe Connect closing unexpectedly when attempting to share within the meeting.  The device is farely new.  Other hosts on other device types do not experience this issue, so we narrowed it down to the device type.  Any ideas on what may be causing this?

We have meetings with some of the audiernce downlaoding the app and some using the HTML5 version on their browser. Periodically individuals will have the audio go completely out of sysnc and there can be huge delay until they recieve a speech. This can mean that when they do receive the speech it can be overlayed on top of someone else talking. It doesn't happen to everyone on a browser just to individuals at different times. I had tried it myself with a fast coneection and have experienced the same thing. Anyone else have this problem. I would have thought I would be able to find a topic on it if people had the same. Any suggestions?We just moved over to the new version 3 weeks ago and I am seriously thinking of switching off the HMTL5 option

Hello,Yestarday I bought once again licence for Connect Meetings (max 25 users) and when I try to organize meeting I get this issue: The user limit for this account has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance. I've used this SW for 5 years and get such annoying message the first time. Way of creation of meeting is the same now and 5 years ago. Can you help ? Hi, we want to implement the Event Catalog on our website. For that we used the given iFrame code. There is no problem on any devices but apple devices. Instead of the catalog you can just see a white area where the iFrame is implemented. On iPhones there is no chance to make it work, no matter of which browser we are using. On Macbooks I could see the iFrame in Google Chrome but not with Safari.Is there a solution for this problem? We have tried everything but just can't seem to make it work.Thanks in advance

Hey guys,today we had our first virtual classroom session, I was a host (I created and managed the room from the begining) and I assigned the tutor as (co)host. At the very end of the session my laptop needed an update which I was postponing all day in order to be in the room in case somebody needed assistance. Right after I disconnected due to system restart the tutor was automaticaly put in the Participats` list and of course all hir rights were taken. How can I prevent this thing? In the next few days I have a couple overlaping sessions..

I have Presenter and Microsoft Office installed on my Windows 7 computer. There has been a compatibility problem with Flash, Presenter and Office -- that appears to be caused by a corrupted profile. (See Presenter keeps asking for Flash Player update)  So, I created a new login (with a new profile) so that I could "solve the problem". But when I try to use Presenter with the new login it tells me that Presenter is not registered.First, is Presenter registered to my computer or to a particular login on my computer? Second, if it is not tied to a particular login, then how can I get it "registered" for the 2nd login?

Hi, I have an issue with a recorded meeting. When we have online clases we always record them so that students can whatch them later, but in this one record of a meeting, only the audio of the Host is missing. The recording has not been edited nor modified, and there was no audio issue during the meeting. We dont use VoIP or telephony, just standar webcam and PC mic¿What can i do?   

Hello 👋  I am exploring a project for use within Adobe Connect where a host can broadcast live to their participants whilst they stand in front of a green screen. The back ground will be changed to reflect their delivery. Think of it as watching a weather forecast on TV, only managed through Adobe Connect and any additional kit, equipment and software. Anyone with experience of doing this, please would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction. Cheers 👍

Hi, I have a Meeting Host 25 paid licence and after creating and starting a meeting room the participants can't access the room and this message shows up "The user limit for this meeting has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance". How can I fix this, please? Thank you,Adina

Hi there, I've created an Adobe Connect Event (that will be tied to a Meeting Room) with a specific Registration Limit in place. It does not look like Adobe Connect has a waitlist feature for events with registration caps, so we are aiming to handle the waitlist process externally. However, I am not sure how to guarantee that an open spot will be reserved for a specific person on our waitlist, since the list is being handled outside of the software. Is this even possible? I'm concerned that if a spot became available, and a non-waitlist user attempted to register, that they could register and take that spot from the waitlisted users. It's also complicated because we have custom registration questions in place, so participants need to register for the event so we can gather their answers. Is there a way to register users on their behalf? If not, how should I go about manually adding users while also getting their registration answers? Thank you!Courtney

Good morning,  I am a facilitaor working from home, and am looking to purchase a high-quality webcam for this purpose. One that follows me would be ideal, but not necessary. We'd purchased a Meeting Owl, but buried in their help pages it says that device isn't compatible with Connect.  So, what do YOU use? Any recommendations?  Thanks for your time.

Hi! I was trying to attend a music lesson via Adobe Connect. I was able to connect to audio, but when I connected to video, my screen was just yellow. It was yellow on both my and the teacher's ends. I tried both the browser and the laptop app to the same result. I run Catalina 10.15.5 on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015). I Zoom several times a day, so I know my camera works well. Hi,I am hoping someone can help me with this as I have searched widely to no avail??I have a new webcam, and one that works on Skype, Teams etc....it works!!I am a teachers & have to use Adobe connect to deliver sessions. My audio & everything else is fine, but I cannot get the webcam to work. It turns on, lights come on - but no pictures. Just a grey screen, when it is on. I assume it has to do with the resolution or setting somewhere?? But i cannot find how to adjust them ot do troubleshooting. Any ideas or solutions will be greatly appreciated......help please !!!!!Scott
