I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial in March (I can't remeber if I cancelled), and I only used it once. I know that my subscription was suspended due to failed renewal, because I regularly check my mail. I checked my bank account today, only to discover that I was billed 2 days ago, and this happened without prior notice. How do I get a refund please, because I don't intend to continue the plan, which is why I didn't renew when it elasped.

Hello, I was very surprised to discover October 20 2025, a charge of 428.59 CHF made on October 18 2025, more than a year after I purchased my first annual plan on September 11 2024. I truly thought I had successfully canceled my account, and the fact that this payment occurred over a month after the renewal date clearly shows that my cancellation request was not processed correctly. I would like to clarify that I have not used this account for several weeks, since my art school now provides us with an institutional Adobe account. As a student, I therefore already have access through my school and no longer need or use this personal subscription. This amount represents a very significant expense for me, one that I simply cannot afford. I sincerely hope that a full refund can be issued, especially considering that I have not used the service at all since the renewal of an account I believed was canceled. Olá, Gostaria de solicitar o reembolso de renovação de assinatura do Adobe Acrobat Pro que eu já havia solicitado antes da renovação de teste gratuito. Depois do cancelamento, ainda houve 4 cobranças, conforme print. 

Extremely disappointed with Adobe’s service. I’ve been charged twice for my Lightroom subscription via the official Adobe site, yet my account remains inactive even after multiple verifications.Both payments are successfully reflected in my bank statement.

Does anyone know how to contact the customer support? I have a payment issue and the phone support for my country doesn't work, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html , the live chat doesn't work either and I keep being redirected to this community which is not the appropriate space. Bonjour je ne suis pas satisfaite J'avais envoyé un mail car le service ne fonctionne pas et je voulais du coup annuler l'abonnement vu que rien ne fonctionne...  Et là je vois que j'ai été prélevée.  A qui dois-je m'adresser.

Good morning,Yesterday, I paid for an Adobe Lightroom package for €14.74. I did this through the browser, not the app.My first problem is that I can't access my account. At least, I can, but it says I still have to pay. So I can't edit anything, even though I can see my bank statement. Problem two is that €14.74 was debited from my account twice instead of once... Could you help? When I access my account in Lightroom, I don't see my subscription anywhere. There's also nothing listed under memberships.Hopefully, this can be resolved! Best, Ruben

I forgot to cancel my free trial, and now it has charged me. I can’t cancel it due to a billing issue because I don’t have enough funds to pay. I’ve tried contacting an agent, but every time an agent joins, it just sends an automated message and then leaves.

I cancelled my prescription before trial ended and got a e-mail with confirmation but I just noticed that montly payment still had been done for two months. What do I do? Who should I container?

Hello,I am trying to cancel my trial version (within the 7 days period) but I weirdly have an error message when I click on Cancel, making it impossible. I tried to talk to the AI assistant, another error message when I ask the question, and the French phone number also doesn't connect. I try to cancel from Chrome and Edge and it's not working either. Can someone help me ? I wasn't even able to use adobe correctly, a lot of stuff was locked because... trial version. Thank you very much !

Hello,I started a free trial of Premiere Pro, and I have 2 days left in the free trial. I have been trying to cancel it, but every time I try I get an error "Unable to load data, An error occurred. Buenos días, tenía un plan fotográfico de 20Gb y pensaba pasar al nuevo plan de 1Tb, para lo cual compré un nuevo código. El día que expiraba el plan original, intenté poner el nuevo código pero aparentemente no ocurrió nada, y segúia viendo el plan anterior. Pro otra parte, el sistema me dijo que faltaban mis datos de cobro. Le introduje unos datos de cobro de Paypal pensando en que simplemente los almacenaría el sistema, pero se me cobró directamente una renovación anual del plan de 20Gb. Inmediatamente cancelé el plan. Mis preguntas: Recibiré un reembolso completo de la renovación del plan de 20Gb?Podré activar entonces el nuevo plan de 1Tb con el código que compré (ahora me dice que el código ya ha sido utilizado)? Gracias

I just upgrade my plan from Indesign to Creative Cloud pro, it processed through my paypal and I can see it updated on my online account when I log in but Creative Cloud desktop won't update and I can't access any of the apps to download. It keeps saying I need to upgrade still and I got the receipt of payment and invoice number for it all. I need to access these apps asap so can someone tell me what is going on.

Hello everyone,This situation is quite unusual.I purchased the Student Creative Cloud Pro plan, and the transaction was successful. However, not all parts of Adobe seem to recognize the subscription. Depending on where I navigate within Adobe’s platform, it sometimes shows that I have an active plan and sometimes not.As a result, I’m unable to access Photoshop or any other applications included in the Creative Cloud Pro plan. I also can’t reach human support, since the virtual assistant only allows direct contact if an active plan is detected. This is especially frustrating as my 7-day free trial is running out.It also appears that Adobe doesn’t provide an email contact option, only phone numbers.Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?    Apology, the screenshot is in Swedish, but here you can see a registered (edited for privacy) invoice on the plan.lly 

Hello, I attempted to pay for my plan earlier for Photoshop and payment was taken but I had an error message so I did not receive my product. I done this twice once with my bank account and once with my PayPal account and both done the same thing, money was taken out but no product.

Hello, can someone please help me? I have a free trial version and would like to cancel it before the end of the trial period. Unfortunately, I can't access the plans where I would cancel it, and the AI assistant doesn't work either. Do you know how to proceed, because I really don't want to pay for a service I don't use and I am prevented from canceling it. Cependant, sur l’application Adobe Creative Cloud ainsi que sur mon téléphone Android, il est toujours indiqué que mon abonnement est expiré. De plus, sur la version PC, je n’ai pas accès au logiciel : on me propose uniquement la version d’essai.Pourriez-vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème ? I decided to try Adobe Acrobat today and utilize the free seven day trial. Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations so I decided to cancel the subscription. Now, the "manage" alternative has been blanked out under overview and I am unable to cancel the trial. I also have a "Photography-plan" on which the manage alternative is available, so it has nothing to do with cookies. I also have a spotless payment record with Adobe and have never missed a single payment, so this is not the reason it's blanked out. I have been in contact with the AI customer support, which gives me a link, bringing me one step further but failing to "load  data" when I attempt to cancel the Acrobat subscription . "Chat with an agent" is fruitless since no agent appears in the chatroom, in spite of me waiting an hour. What do I do? This is day one of the seven day free trial and I want to have it cancelled since this alternative was a part of the deal when I signed up on the subscription--a seven day
