Hey Adobe Community, I've mad a major issue with one of my Adobe apps in the last few days and enlisted helo through the chat function while signed in. One of the agents helped me yesterday and took control of my screen and I requested the transcript be sent to my email but it never was. I'm just wondering whether there is some way of obtaining chat transcripts if they are not sent by the agent after the conversation has ended. It's imperative I review this transcript as there was some helpful advice and want to remember the steps outlined. Thanks in advance!

Hey! I was logged out of my adobe account and I've gone to log back in but none of the emails available have my plan on there?? I'm still getting charged too... tried to reach out and solve the issue but I can't find a single human to talk to

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can help me out because I’ve been running into some issues with my Adobe subscription. I’m currently on the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan, which normally costs KD 15.000 a month. But my latest invoice shows I was charged KD 16.300, and I have no idea why. Hi everyone,I'm using an Acrobat Pro DC licence which is supposed to be renewed automatically every year (see screenshot of my account, sorry it's in French).This morning I received a message that the licence has expired and I have to renew it, and indeed all the DC Pro functions have been deactivated as a consequence (see screenshot).I went to try and "rebuy" the licence to see what would happen and rightly received a message that I couldn't buy it because I already own a renewable yearly license. Hi,I'm trying to log into my Adobe account to download my latest invoice, but the website doesn’t fully load. The page starts loading and then hangs — it just stays stuck, and I see it's trying to load banners or some scripts, but nothing happens.I’ve tried:- Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)- Incognito/private windows- Clearing cache- Even trying from another deviceNothing works, and I still can't access the billing/invoice section. So I get notified by email today that Adobe is raising rates by 50% next month. 50%! I'm sorry, actually I'm not, but let me just say that a company that is so greedy that they raise their rates by 50% one even by the worst case scenario inflation is well under 5% just shows pure, unadulterated greed. Anyway, I'm gone. Cancel my subscription. It is not 2000, there are so many excellent alternatives out there, both paid and open source. Not only am I leaving the Photoshop ecosystem, I am leaving the entire Adobe ecosystem. I even removed Acrobat. I'm sure I won't be alone, the problem is a lot of people won't even see the email and they won't even care. It was the first time using the app, and I really believed it was a one time purchase and wasn't aware would be charged again. Google Play was not able to provide the assistance I was expecting or the refund, but I hope you will.

Hello, I have a problem with my Adobe account, when I want to go to manage account, I can't log in to my account and it says unable to load data and I don't know why and I hope you can help with the problem.

I'm writing here as pretty much a last resort, I'm at wits end, so to speak. Some months ago I noticed Adobe has suddenly started charging a lot more than it used to, without giving me any warning they would do so. I figured that since I don't use all the apps, I could just as well change to just sub to Photoshop instead and get the whole thing cheaper.So I tried to do that, but no chance. My account won't let me change my plan. It won't let me cancel my plan, it won't let me cancel my account. I am completely locked out of doing any changes to my account whatsoever, and this is very frustrating with a tiny child in the house and tight finances and an Adobe account that blleds money without me being allowed to do anything about it.I've tried to contact support. Or rather, tried to find otu how to contact support, but all I get every single time I click on a link that says something resembling "contact us" is sent to the help center main page. Nothing works. So as the title says, I completely forgot to cancel my two-month free trial and now I'm signed up to the yearly subscription with monthly pay. I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription and would like to request a refund, but there's nothing helpful on Adobes website. I have not used the product since the subscription plan changed, so I'm hopeful to get my subscription cancelled with no fees. I'm currently not in a financial position to pay this much each month and might get me kicked out from my apartment if this issue will not be resolved. Sincerely Frederik

I havent been able to cancel my subscriptions since re-installing my creative cloud due to security issues. I'm able to subscribe to new apps, but not able to unsubscribe to them. The Creative Cloud is already white listed in my network's firewall.

I recently cancelled my subscription, and I received a confirmation email stating that my service will end on 12-November-2024 (PT). The reason for this cancellation and the late payment is due to financial difficulties I am currently experiencing. I can't change my current plan (Photography Plan) or add any new apps to the existing one. My last annual payment was processed 3 months ago successfully yet the only option I have when going into "Manage Plan" is an option to cancel it. No options for changing or adding anything. Why? How to fix this?

My Creative Cloud bill went from $10.91 (including tax) to $16.40 a month.  I remember reading some time ago that the cost was going up upon renewal.  However, I thought that there were options to prepay that would decrease the cost.  Does anyone know about the prepayment option and how to take advantage of it?  Thanks!!

Ich habe bereits alle möglichen Schritte mehrfach durchgeführt, und das Problem ist eindeutig identifiziert: Es liegt an der Kommunikation zwischen dem von Adobe in Deutschland eingesetzten Zahlungsanbieter für SEPA-Lastschrift und der Bezahltmarkierung für meinen Account in der Adobe-Datenbank. Dieses Problem darf jedoch nicht jeden Monat für 5-7 Tage mein Problem sein. Ich werde diesen Beitrag jeden Monat posten, bis Adobe das Problem gelöst hat. Bonjour, depuis 3 jours maintenant j'essaie d'arreter l'essai gratuit d'acrobat pro mais le système bug et aujourd'hui c'est le dernier jour avant le début des payements. Je souhaiterai savoir comment arreter l'abonnement avant que cela devienne payant. Merci d'avance
