Hi everyone!  I am running into a sizeable issue with the Creative Cloud. I've been trying to update it and install/update my Apps to their latest version. The problem is, I get stuck in two places:- "getting storage information" never progresses,- "updating creative cloud 0%" does not move forward.  I've tried the following: - Disabling my Firwall/Antivirus- Restarting the computer- Cutting all CC related tasks with Task Manager- Deinstalling and reinstalling CC - Using Cloud Cleaner tool and removing everthing before restarting the computer So far no dice, your help will be massively appreciated. 

I can't remember if when I installed Creative Cloud for the first it was pinned on the explorer's navigation pane.But I think it did.I started saving my projects on the cloud, but I noticed that the Creative Cloud Files wasn't pinned on navigation pane like the other clouds I have installed.So every time I have to go through My Computer\Users\Carlos\Creative Cloud Files to save. I pinned it to quick access, but I wanted it to be like the other clouds.When I search on Google how to add it to the navigation pane I only find how to remove it because seems like no one likes it.And when I try to do the reverse process of removing, I can't find the System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree registry (because it does not exist).Was this option removed because everyone hated it or is there another way I can add the Creative Cloud Files to my navigation pane?

i got a voucher from adobe which has last expiration date jan 5 2023, i used that voucher just prior to its expiration date. but i booked for a wrong exam this happens due to my lack of knowledge about exam changing details from past. when i realise i booked for wrong exam my voucher no longer has date for use so i can't manually change my exam subject now. so i need help to change adobe commerce business practitioner expert exam into developer with add on expert exam

I bought a year-long subscription through my school and everything was working just fine until today when it says that I now have to start a trial on the apps I am only 3 months into the subscription. I go sign out and then sign back in and it says still preparing access for you and it might take a bit but I have been here for almost an hour now, when I go to sign in with google It loads up just fine but says I need to start a trial for access so kind of at a loss on what to do here 

Hi, I'm brazilian, so I'm sorry I didn't communicate very well in English.In Windows, when someone clicks and secures a program icon and pinned to the Taskbar and drags up, some options appear to be selected.After Effects, for example, shows some of your latest projects, as demonstrated by the first image.I think the Creative Cloud icon could have that same functionality. But instead of using projects like After Effects, it could show apps installed by that user.In my case, for example: After EffectsPremiereIllustratorAuditionMedia EncoderI don't know if I could convey the concept.But I appreciate the attention.

I have saved some raw photos into the imports folder of the photos app on my Ipad,  How do I save-copy-upload those photos to my 20 Gb memory space that comes with my Adobe Photography plan.

I have an adobe account that is linked to my University email, everytime I try to install creative cloud or any creative cloud apps onto my Macbook Pro, it repeatedly says I have been signed out and need to resign in, but when I go to re sign in the same sign comes up (as shown below). Someone help???

Hi there!I have a question for the techs out there.I want to get access to my Creative Cloud content + Libraries and migrate it from old profile to new one - within the same organisation. I can login to both profiles.Old profile is now stripped from Creative Cloud solution and Libraries 😞New profile has fresh 1TB of space 😐 I got info from my organisation’s administrator that recently our company made new contract with Adobe and this steps took place:Adobe IDs became Business IDs;access to Creative Cloud solution was shifted between profiles (connected to the same account with the same email). I was not informed in advance that such event will take place… Imagine me changing colours while the call. What steps should I take to get my files back?Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi, My company cancelled my subscription to the Adobe suite but it deleted ALL my files stored in the cloud without allowing me to back them up locally. How can I get them back?Thanks Have a nice day

Hi everybody, am I the only person who finds the constant window on the 2022 Abobe apps annoying? I recently changed my Mac, and before getting the new one the Adobe apps were just like any other. You just get a navigation bar across the top, and the desktop appears below it. Now you have this constant window, when any Adobe app is open so whenever you close a file, you then have to close the window, before you can see your desktop. Is this annoying for anybody else? and can you change it in preferences? Thanks for your help Gareth.

Hi everyone!I and my team upload ZIP files in Creative Cloud. A few days ago, when we download these files, them extension is removed, being recognized by Windows as EXE files. The filenames also are changed to names as "Upload_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS".Someone with this problem too or with a possible solution? Thanks in advance!

Hi! We always upload large files via assets.adobe.com to Creative Cloud. (Browser, Drag&Drop)Since yesterday, Creative Cloud seems to have a 10MB-Limit. Before, 100MB and more was not an issue.Now, I can only upload files with 10.485.760 bytes or less.When I add one more byte (to filesize 10.485.761), the upload fails with "Das medienelement konnte nicht hochgeladen werden".(The media item could not be uploaded) I also tested Chrome, FF and Edge - same result. Can anyone confirm that exactly 10.485.760 bytes is the current filesize limit?(Upload via Browser) @Adobe: Why did that change?

An employee is left the company and I made an other employee owner of the cclibc files. Download link retrieved and files downloaded. But from the 4 files, 2 works, but the other 2 fails the upload givine an error message the file is corrupt. The file is 6kb large, but should be 600Mb.  Can someone helkp me solving this issue?

I have a portfolio posted to Adobe Portfolio. I received a request for some work. Can I respond back through Adobe Portfolio and not use my personal email address? PS. The form made me choose a typic which did not pertain to this question.

Hi, I can't find an answer to this anywhere but where do I add a social icon for example for instagram in my navigation bar in adobe portfolio. I have turned on the "social" icon but I just can't see it. If I add a social icon on a regular page it shows up, but not in the navigation.. why?  I would like to have them as below, in the right top corner.   

I am having an issue where my portolio is being given a "mssing" route when I try accessing it via Google. Meaning, if I use the Adobe url (https://dkeanecda4.myportfolio.com/) I can access the site. However, when I got through Google I get routed to https://portfolio.adobe.com/missing. The site was published and the subscription is active so I do not know what is happening. 

Hello,I am currently subscribed to Photography Plan for individuals. I have recently joined a “None Profit” organization, they are offering me free access to “Adobe Creative Cloud” (ACC). Can someone guide me on how should I move to this new account without losing the stuff located in my personal ACC?Thanks

When I deactivate my app on one computer, and reactivate it. Will my work be ok be? Will it connect back to  the app once I activate it on that one computer?

I am having problems updating the CCD. Error 1004.  

I have been using Adobe Spark for several years and switched to Creative Cloud Express in 2022. 90 percent of my projects have just disappeared from Creative Cloud Express. My custom templates,logos,images and Social media campaigns are all gone. there are a few files in the Deleted folder but I did not put them there nor can I restore them. Libraries still have familiar assets. I have had very few problems with this app in the years I have been using it. I have 40 years experience with Adobe products. Can you help:1. Restore my files and projects?2. Describe a back up proceedure so I can save my editable files on my desktop or removeable media as a hedge against future content losses?Thanks

Hello,i've been a behace member since 2009,i recently got a problem with me behance account,Many of my projects (latest one's) became private and when i try to edit them an error appears. I can no more publish new projects and other behance members cant see my profile anymore as a page showing "Oops! We can’t find that page." appears. I've seen other community posts where users got similar problem as their account was mistook for a spam account. Can anyone provide help on this matter? i tried to contact Behance and got no reply yet.
