Have been trying to upgrade my cloud storage from 1TB to perhaps 4-5 TB. I’m not finding a way to do this from either the web or the creative cloud app. The online docs tell me to ‘manage plan’ or ‘upgrade’, but these options show me how I can change my available apps (don’t need that).Searching the community (questions) - I’m not seeing anything newer than several years ago, and all of the answers steer me to ‘manage plan’, which doesn’t do it.Y’all are making it difficult to upgrade. Is there a way to do this?
Well Ps forum seems to work now. Thanks to everyone who helped with this.Now for the questionI noticied the other day when attempting to access the images I uploaded to the cloud a couple years ago. I thought I was paying additional for this. Obviously missed the message Adobe no longer offered the cloud service and it was free now. However, when attempting to synch to the Cloud upon refresh it was hanging and showing 2 images synching. I do not belive it was doing anything except showing this message. Then when I went into files there were ~12 images showing the Cloud. However, upon uploading my images in the past I was approaching the 1 Tb limit. ******Have I lost these images or are they tucked away someplace on one of Adobe sites? TIA
This issue occured this morning. I already deactivated all my devices by going to this link: https://account.adobe.com/activated-devicesHowever, when I launch any of my apps, the popup comes up that still shows two activated devices. When I click on one of those devices to deactivate, the deactivation hangs, and practically stalls the applciation. I have to force quit to close the application. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP. I cannot just be locked out of my applications that I pay for almost $800 a year. Adobe needs to fix this issue. I petitioned Adobe in the past to expand 3 device limit, not two, because typical professional like me uses three devices -- work computer, home computer, and laptop. This constant activate/deactivate is a travesty, and I knew that one day it is going to cause me some serious trouble. It is pain enough to alway have to quit all your open sessions when you activate/deactivate, but now I am pratically locked out from Adobe.
I am trying to transfer my portfolio cite to my school account, when I follow the tutorial adobe provides it appears to be correct, but the website(adobe portfolio) is refusing to accept and transfer to my school email even though I use both accounts and checked to ensure I spelled my school email correctly. What should I do?

Hi, I need help with a Behance account restriction.My account was restricted/disabled for "Spam," but I have never actively used Behance —I haven't posted any projects or content. I can log in and browse, but I cannot upload aprofile photo or publish a project (I get an upload error), which suggests content actionsare blocked.I submitted an appeal (notification ID: 17f13b00-b1f5-4ce0-b7fe-9819dfcae34d) and it wasrejected without a specific reason. I've also opened a support request.This looks like an automated false positive. Could a moderator or community expert pleasehelp get it reviewed by a human? My Adobe Portfolio will NOT update after I make changes. It seems to freeze and not update at around 95% of the progress bar. can anyone suggest a solution please as I need my site to work. im using Safari, on a Mac. This is a new thing thats suddenly happening. how can I find out if theres an image thats maybe named badly, or corrupt, or two large.

Anything that requires an internet connection within the Adobe platform takes an embarrassingly long amount of time to load. All of their sites glitch when it comes to signing in and a single font can take upwards of 10 minutes to appear in apps. It’s making it hard to work on projects because half of your time is wasted waiting and staring at your screen (or logging in for the 10th time in one day). For a tech company, you think they would pay better attention to these details.

I recently deleted all but one of my files. The file in question is 0.3 GB. Yet the storage says 4.3 GB used? Yes, I Deleted and then Permanently Deleted all the other files, presets, documents, swatches, libraries, etc. The Deleted bin is absolutely empty, I checked. I went through every app I’ve ever used and PermaDeleted everything from the cloud. There are no files in any of the Files tabs like Mobile Creations etc. and the general “All types” file tab just shows the 0.3 GB file. The only place where anything else even shows up is the front page: the Recent Files shows a few RAW files (no previews just blank and a file name) — ones I’ve already deleted and permanently deleted more than 30 days ago! When I try to delete these ghosts, it gives me an error. What on earth is going on? Where are these mysterious 4 GB of unknown files, and how do I get rid of them?
This should be in the Creative Cloud Desktop Forum, sorry for posting in the wrong one. Recently my Creative Cloud is not able to update and shows error 146. I can update my apps and even the desktop app updated because I have all the new icons and navigation (Quick Actions etc.). I also tried the repair tool but that did not help. I run older versions so I really don’t want to uninstall everything to being able to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Any tipps? I’m on a MacBook Pro 2018 with an 2,9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9, 32GB RAM. Where can I find the log file on the mac so I can see which directory is affected? There is no error summary in the alert pop up.
Lightroom Premium purchased for iPad is not getting activated. It used to work before but upon Lightroom app update its not working anymore. I have tried pressing on “Restore Purchases” over and over (over multiple days) but my subscription is not getting restored
Hi. My sister used my card for a free trial of the Adobe Acrobat reader app but didn't cancel it on time. I got changed for an annual subscription on June 5. I requested a refund through Google within an hour after the charge but was rejected. I tried searching here and saw the Acrobat Mobile cancellation form and filled it up but I'm not sure if the form was still working. Google said that I need to contact the developer of the app but I'm not sure how to do that. Can someone help me get my money back?

I’m currently on the Creative Cloud Pro monthly plan, but the 3 month offer I signed up for is about to expire and I’m about to be charged full price. I’m considering downgrading to a single app plan for Photoshop because that’s the only app I use the most.I only have one concern, and it’s something I need to know: if I downgrade my plan, will it affect any of the Adobe Fonts that I’ve been using for my website projects? I’ve been embedding certain fonts in my stylesheets, and I don’t want to risk resetting my styles to default text if I stopped paying for the Pro monthly plan.Thanks.

Many of us are freelancers who regularly use only two or three Adobe applications, yet Adobe effectively pushes us toward the full Creative Cloud package because it offers the best value. Even then, the cost is already very high relative to the income many independent professionals are able to generate from their work.Now Adobe has significantly increased prices and introduced a new Pro subscription tier that is simply unaffordable for many of us. The alternative is to downgrade to the Standard plan, which includes only 25 AI generation credits per month. Offering just 25 credits to customers who are already paying more than €700 per year feels unreasonable and disconnected from the reality of your user base.I believe this strategy is ultimately counterproductive. Hello, I cant seem to access or see my teams library even though they shared a link with me. When I clicked on the “collaborate” button in the mail, it opens the adobe site and says “no files here”. When I click on the librarys there are only the ones I created myself. My teams library which I was invited to is nowhere in sight, also not in the applications themselves. I did read that that can happen when you logged in to the wrong profile linked to your email adress but when logging in I dont get the option to choose which profile I want to take, it automatically logs me into the one I am always using. Any ideas on how to fix this? thank you.

I am a self-employed freelancer and I do not share my account with anyone.I have a desktop computer and a laptop, and I switch between them depending on whether I am working from my office or from home.This morning I changed my password as recommended.
